Microsoft OneNote ist eine voll funktionsfähige digitale Notizanwendung, mit der Ideen organisiert, geteilt und gemeinsam bearbeitet werden können.
Like the rest of Microsoft Office, OneNote has a ton of features and integration with existing Microsoft software, making going between programs like excel and word nearly seamless.
Once you build that “universe,” it can become very complicated to navigate. Sometimes I forget how I got to the place I originally set up and it can be frustrating.

Vorteile:
Unterstützt verschiedene Notizarten, die Suchfunktion (OCR) und die kostenlose Basisversion machen es zu einer idealen Lösung für Arbeit, Studium und Alltag. Ein vielseitiges Tool für effizientes und kreatives Arbeiten!
Nachteile:
Wenn man sehr sehr viele Notizen hat, kann es die Leistung beeinträchtigen, insbesondere auf mobilen Geräten oder bei langsamer Internetverbindung. Die Vielzahl an Funktionen und die hierarchische Struktur können anfangs überwältigend sein für Anfänger. Mit etwas Einarbeitungszeit kriegt man das aber sehr gut hin.
Diese Software ist ein Ersatz für Notizzettel.
Kommentare: Eine übersichtliche, selbsterklärende Software für den täglichen Gebrauch.
Vorteile:
Ich nutze es für kurze Notizen oder Erläuterungen zu bestimmten Themen. Man kann die einzelnen Notizen themenbezogen in einem Ordner alegen.
Nachteile:
Man kann es nicht gut mit Apple Produkten mobil nutzen.
Universallösung zur Organisation von Informationen
Kommentare: Vollumfänglich zufrieden. Informationen werden leicht und übersichtlich festgehalten und mit Kolleg:innen geteilt.
Vorteile:
Man findet sich sofort zurecht und der Freiheit im Gestalten und Teilen von Informationseinheiten sind keine Grenzen gesetzt.
Nachteile:
Bislang sind mir keine negativen Merkmale aufgefallen.
OneNote ist mein zweites Gehirn
Kommentare: OneNote ist Ideenspeicher, Zwischendokumentation, enthält Protokolle und einfache Notizen. Intuitiv bedienbar und anpassbar. Es kommt hier wie so oft darauf an, was man damit macht. Für mich ein mächtiges und unverzichtbares Tool. Ich nutze OneNote sowohl beruflich als auch privat.
Vorteile:
Flexibel an eigene Bedürfnisse anpassbar durch die Bestandteile Buch, Register, Notiz, Kategorien, Farben. OneNote ist Teil der Microsoft 365 Suite und spielt somit auch mit anderen Anwendungen zusammen. Beispielsweise lassen sich Notizen in Microsoft Teams integrieren. Plattformunabhängig (Windows und IOS).
Nachteile:
Nur ein Detail, aber es kommt vor, dass Notizen auf dem Desktop leicht nach links verrutscht angezeigt werden, wenn die Notiz auf einem Apple-Gerät erzeugt wurde.

Vorteile:
Insgesamt würde ich die Verwendung von OneNote trotz der gelegentlichen Schluckaufs empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr zuverlässige und einfach zu bedienende Software für Notizen und Organisation, die ich empfehlen würde.
Nachteile:
OneNote ist einfach zu bedienen und ermöglicht die problemlose Dokumentation und Ablage von verschiedenen Notizen. Der Reiz liegt darin, dass es tatsächlich einem digitalen Notizbuch ähnelt.
Ein Muss für Microsoft Office Nutzer
Kommentare: Microsoft OneNote ist ein gutes Tool, wenn man das Office Paket sowieso nutzt. Es eignet sich hervorragend für Notizen und zur Ablage von Dokumenten. Für komplexe Sachverhalte/ Projekte ist es für mich weniger geeignet.
Vorteile:
One Note ermöglicht es schnell und unkompliziert Notizen zu machen, Artikel und Dokumente abzulegen oder Besprechungsmitschriften anzufertigen.
Nachteile:
Die Möglichkeiten Seiten individuell zu gestalten sind begrenzt. Auch die Aufgabenfunktion ist für meine Zwecke nicht ausreichend.

Kommentare: I can't say enough about how great OneNote has made me more efficient and relieved a lot of stress from confusing notes/tasks.
Vorteile:
I love the notes and tasks making. The ability and way you rearrange and organize notes/tasks is bar none. Saved me so much time and headaches.

For some reason Microsoft in general login is a bit clunky and not as smooth as I'd like,

What makes OneNote stand out is its incredible flexibility. I can type, handwrite, draw, record audio, and even save web clippings directly into my notes

If I had to nitpick, there’s really nothing major to complain about. It’s a solid, versatile platform that meets all my needs without any noticeable drawbacks
Easy to use but too little features
Kommentare: It's a great tool for taking quick daily notes about your projects or during meetings. It doesn't have lots of features that other note-taking softwares have but at the same time it's extremely easy to use.
Vorteile:
It's extremely easy to use and intuitive, almost everyone has it already installed. You don't need any tutorials to start creating your notes.
Nachteile:
Copying and pasting can get irritating as OneNote automatically adds the source. Notes can also easily get really messy and it's hard to avoid it with limited features it has
Perfect but not beautiful
Kommentare: OneNote is likely one of the best note-taking applications available. It is simple, easy to use, and highly intuitive. You can categorize your notes into three levels. Editing is straightforward, and there's no need for manual saving, as everything is saved automatically. It's available on Windows, Android, and iPhone.
Vorteile:
Simple and intuitive interface. Multiplatform usage. Easy to use and light. Instant access on Windows computer because a shortcut is always visible on taskbar.
Nachteile:
Not possible to remove Onenote shortcut from Windows task bar. Interface is too simple.
OneNote helps me keep my workload managed
Kommentare: Overall OneNote has helped me to organize my workload and notes. Sometimes I have so much on my plate it can be hard to keep up with my notes, being able to directly add from Outlook integration is amazing!
Vorteile:
OneNote makes organizing my workload easier.
Nachteile:
Sometimes it can be difficult to determine where things are or how to add them. I believe it is just the learning curve.

Kommentare: Microsoft OneNote is my all-in-one notebook! It’s powerful, flexible, and perfect for capturing ideas, organizing info, and working with others.
Vorteile:
I love how flexible it, I can type, write with a stylus, record audio, and save web pages right into my notes. The structure with notebooks, sections, and pages keeps everything neat.
Nachteile:
Collaboration can feel clunky compared to Google Docs, and syncing between devices isn’t always super fast.

Kommentare: I use OneNote to keep track of processes, remember passwords, and view instructional information written by my fellow co-workers. It allows me to easily search for anything that I need and is essential for my work.

It seemed overly difficult to allow another user to access your notes.

It is well laid out and highly functional, allowing me to write handwritten notes as well as annotate images. I also love how I am able to search within notebooks. This is starting to replace Word or Pages!
Nachteile:
It is sometimes difficult to print notes/annotated images, I have to ensure they are within the A4 boundary.

Vorteile:
Microsoft OneNote is incredible tool that comes with 365 suite. It follows the same thinking and usecases as many other tools by Microsoft, enhancing the experience of such tools as Outlook and Teams. The UI is similar to other tools, there is barely any switch. All users tend to understand and know how it works from the start. There are many instant connections from apps within Windows making it the perfect note tool.
Nachteile:
It is limited in customization and does not deviate from intended templates. Cannot make plans or schemes as in Miro.
Microsoft One Note saved my life and Business from ADHD.
Kommentare: Microsoft One Note is my hero .Why without it I would have pieces of paper everywhere. Not only does it keep me organized but task management is incredible.

It is easy to use, organized, and very critical to collaborate in my business. All of these are checked off my boxes. It helps my stress level.

Decent software for note taking and organization
Vorteile:
I've been using Microsoft OneNote for several years and it has been a good application for note taking. I'm able to organize my notes into various notebooks, sections, and pages. I appreciate that when you paste a website, it automatically shows an icon that previews the website.
Nachteile:
My main complaint is the search feature. When typing multiple words, the search feature is unable to search all the words together, which is very frustrating. It only searches one of the words at a time, rather than combining all the words. The lack of robust features, especially when it comes to the table functionality, is also another reason I may consider switching to another software since it's not an all-in-one application.

I have both a work version and a personal version and have been using OneNote to track tasks, projects "to do's and important information for a long time. It's grown with me and I can't imagine being without it.
Nachteile:
I honestly can't think of a con. There is not much it can't do.

What I like about Microsoft OneNote is this easy to create documents and finishing projects.

I love how detailed and interactive I can get with my notes. I am also able to collaborate and create shared notes.
Nachteile:
It doesn't allow minimalized screen options for quick notes, and lacks integration with other MS apps
OneNote - Helpful in staying organised
Kommentare: Very good experience, I use OneNote everyday to help me in my current role and I plan to keep on doing so for the foreseeable future.
Vorteile:
It's more secure than using a physical notepad, very easy to navigate and use. I like to feel organised in my day-to-day work and OneNote helps me to do this. It can be really helpful sharing notes with colleagues, many of whom also use OneNote.
Nachteile:
The search functionality within OneNote can be limited, making it harder to find specific notes or content quickly.
