Cash App Gone Bad

Kommentare: Overall, very untrustworthy. I can't say I would really recommend as a last resort.

Vorteile:

Easy to open an account and use. Also has option for personal and/or business account.

Nachteile:

Very untrustworthy with money they handle. I have been personally affected by this. They even have the capability to erase your activity history. It happened to me and I lost a lot of money.

Kommentare: Overall, I use Cash App for small money transfers between acquaintances. I have found Cash App to be more secure and protected over other similar applications.

Vorteile:

My favorite aspect of Cash App is the ability to transfer money to friends from my bank account. I also like the option to create a savings account through Cash App.

Nachteile:

My least favorite aspect of Cash App is that reward points (stars) expire after a certain period of time.

Kommentare: I like it. It's very similar to venmo. I just don't use my account much because more people have switched over to venmo.

Horrible customer service and transactions

I don't typically make a habit of sharing my personal experiences, but I feel compelled to share what happened to me this morning because it was such a frustrating and upsetting situation. I was trying to send some money to my daughter using Cash App, which I have used several times in the past without any issues. However, this time, after I had completed the transaction, I discovered that the funds had been hacked and stolen from my account. I was shocked and devastated by this turn of events, as I had been relying on being able to send that money to my daughter. I immediately contacted Cash App's customer service to see if there was anything that could be done to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, despite being on the phone with them for several hours, I was unable to get any satisfactory answers or solutions to my problem. The customer service representatives I spoke with seemed to be reading from a script and were unable or unwilling to provide any real help or assistance. I was put on hold for extended periods of time, transferred from one department to another, and ultimately left feeling like I was getting the runaround. To make matters worse, I am now left waiting for a response from my bank, which I had to contact in order to try and stop any further unauthorized transactions from taking place. This whole situation has been a huge inconvenience and has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I have always been wary of using electronic payment apps like Cash App, and this experience has only served to reinforce my concerns. It's disappointing to see a company that is supposed to make our lives easier and more convenient instead cause so much frustration and hardship. I can only hope that my bank is able to help me recover my stolen funds and that I am able to find a more reliable and secure way to send money in the future.

Online Banking Software that does it all!

You can do anything from direct deposit to paying your bills and even sending money to a friend. It's the easiest free software you could possibly ask for.

Nachteile:

There hasn't been anything so far that I dislike about it

Cash App is a Hit or Miss kind of App

Vorteile:

I like how easy Instant Transfers on Cash App are, because they offer immediate, convenient access to money whenever it's needed. Being able to access needed funds is very crucial in emergency situations these days and cash app is spot on!

Nachteile:

Customer Support is terrible. I’ve had many challenges accessing a human Agent in a timely manner which is not excusable.

I have been using Cash APp for quite sometime now and I love it. It is a easy way to send money to my neice and to use whenever Im paying for subscriptions.

Nachteile:

The only thing that I dont like about cash app is that if you someone scams you . you will not get your money back.

Kommentare: My experience with Cash App was horrible, the only reason I say this is because I got scammed and hacked and my money was stolen from me and Cash App support wasn't any help at all half the time. Cash App needs a lot of fixing

Sending and Receiving money to a family member or friend. But may need a little work

Nachteile:

I could add a certain bank on here and that a bank where I get my income. Also for the direct deposit that needs work on too because I receive my daughters Social Security Income checks and when I go to plaid and login its always an error that pops up and that's the only income I have right now.

Vorteile:

A few of the pros that I find with this money slash banking app is the convenience in which it is effortless to send money from account to account regardless of who the bank is. Seemless adding and removal of linked banks makes transfers easy and any deposit is free... immediately.

Nachteile:

I have found that it has alot of spam attempts to charge my debit card so i leave the card locked till i need it. Im not sure if thats a good or bad thing..

That not a lot of people are using it and it limits their ability to get the payments done.

Direct Deposit Lies

Nachteile:

They claim to pay you up to 2 days in advance for direct deposits, but this is a lie. Sometimes it's 2 days (very rare), sometimes it's 1 day, sometimes it's 3 days AFTER your normal payday. They claim that it has to do with when my depositor makes the deposit, but I've confirmed with the depositor that the deposit is made the same exact time every payday - I've even seen the timestamps. I'm tired of not knowing what day I will be getting paid on so I'm no longer using this app. They lie.

Vorteile:

It is easy to receive and send funds. Easy social integration with mobile contacts. Connects to banks with ease.

Nachteile:

The ability to add funds fromseparate accounts would be greatly appreciated.

I love the convenience of cash app and limited set up.

Nachteile:

I don't like the lack of customer service and the easiness of accidently sending money to a wrong recipient but nothing can be done to dispute it

Wen i want to send my hard working money i should be able to then wen i call they tell me nothing can be done and hung up in my freaking face im going to be homeless if tgey dont allow me to send my rent money they are keeping me from paying my rent if i become homeless ill call every news ststion ans put cash app out on how they are really treating ppl
