The panel on the left hand side containing most features was well curated and user friendly. The interface is clean. My favourite features have to be the AI tools as all 5 of them were super helpful for editing videos and images. The website also has lots of text styles, effects and lots of music options as well\! In November 2024 I used their website to cancel the service but did not take a screenshot (as I should have done for proof). On the day of renewal we found out about the renewal only by my account being billed. Every other subscription especially (annual ones) give you a heads up before they actually debit however Flexclip informed me of nothing\! Only communication received was after the debit was performed. I requested a refund on the day of renewal and they refused based on their updated policy. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE\!
