The easiest to use customer service software

Kommentare: It helps me organize the movies so that I can give my users a good experience. With this wonderful method, I am able to eliminate the need for assistance and significantly reduce the amount of time I spend responding to support tickets.

Vorteile:

Having pre-written answers available has been a huge time-saver. The option to make my own fields for recording certain bits of client data is also quite useful. My help desk has a record of every time I asked for help. It has helped me get back to support tickets much sooner.

Nachteile:

The UI is not always clear to me. It took some time for me to adjust to it. There are no other major problems. It took me a while to get everything set up, so there is a small learning curve.

Excellent Customer support software

Kommentare: Been with liveagent for a couple months now, I am sure there is more to learn, but everything working for me as I expected it too and how I need it too, so I am very happy.

Vorteile:

I love everything about it, the format, layout the way of ease it helps my work flow to ensure I can easily track customer questions and requests... The live chat feature looks great on our store and the pop ups which I customer starts a chat ensures I dont miss anything, something which happened a lot with our previous software. Couple times I have reached out for support, they've come back very quickly and helped me with my own questions. Really happy with liveagent.

Nachteile:

To be honest, not really comes across anything... I was looking for something simple, and for me this is it, works so well for my needs and my customers.

Fast, Effective and Simple Support Solution

Kommentare: So far it has worked very well. Customers can easily start chats or send emails if chat is offline. Communications get recorded and can responded to at any time. More agents can easily be added and the service is not terribly expensive.

Vorteile:

It's easy and intuitive to setup. Adding the chat widget to my existing website was very easy.

Nachteile:

Chat widget javascript payload drags down Pagespeed scores. Pagespeed indicates depreciated APIs are being used by LiveAgent.

If you need to create more statuses than those that are already prebuilt in LiveAgent, you can create multiple tags and add them to tickets whenever required to categorize them however you need. Kommentare: Every company needs the ideal thing, which is to treat every email as a ticket. If a client does not respond to my follow-up email within three days (thanks to a rule I set up in Los Angeles), a new ticket is opened and I am prompted to contact them again. Such follow-ups should never be sent from regular email accounts since doing so requires excessive monitoring.

Vorteile:

Thanks to LiveAgent, I never have to leave the app to check my Gmail or Yahoo Mail inboxes again. As a marketing professional, I have access to a plethora of email accounts, and I've lost several business opportunities due to my own laziness in checking my inbox. With their "Unlimited Email Accounts" function, LiveAgent scores major points. To make things easier, I included my LA-based email address.

Nachteile:

If you use LiveAgent as your email client, you won't notice any "unread" messages when you check your inbox. But that's not a major problem.

LiveAgent is a full-featured and easy-to-use to use customer support platform and offers very robust and scalable features and one of its powerful and reliable features is the live-chat which is very great in helping us to resolve the customers issues on real-time and also the fact I can manage the contact forms. I also appreciate the automation feature which is time saving and makes our business processes much easier. I also like UI which is very user-friendly and easy to navigate through so it's make it easy for the first time users.

Nachteile:

Nothing. LiveAgent will be remain to best help desk and live-chat support platform. I love how dedicated and supportive the customer support team has always been. The set-up and configuration was smooth and easy.

LiveAgent is the way to go to give a totally fast support

Kommentare: Since its implementation in all our sales and support staff so they can communicate better with our customers. The sales team makes heavy use of LiveAgent on a daily basis, as it allows us to respond quickly and efficiently to any queries or concerns our customers may have via email and live chat. It works wonders for finding new customers and providing them with timely and relevant information.

Vorteile:

LiveAgent is great because it consolidates all my communication channels in one place and makes it easy to automate my workflow. My response time is lightning fast every time a customer contacts me with a query or complaint. When customers visit our websites, they can ask us anything, and we can answer their questions conversationally.

Nachteile:

When users need the tool's functionalities, sometimes it crashes or becomes slow; when this happens, they have to restart it to get it working properly again, which slows down our effectiveness. Note that this doesn't happen all the time, but it has happened to us.

Vorteile:

I appreciate the way LiveAgent's automation simplifies ticket creation for the customer, and its ability to seamlessly route to the appropriate departments quickly to provide the best service. I like the LiveAgent dashboard very much because it is comprehensive and contains all the details and everything related to open tickets and the latest updates to them. It is great that LiveAgent is able to reassure the customer by providing him with a reference number to follow up on the status of the order, which enables him to easily check when needed. I also love LiveAgent's marketing capabilities and its ability to ask questions that attract visitors to our site and connect them directly to the right person to answer their questions. The reports provided by LiveAgent are comprehensive and always help us to make improvements that contribute to attracting new customers more efficiently.

Nachteile:

There are no negatives with LiveAgent, all services are excellent, but I believe that updating the notifications to include the importance of the ticket will enhance our ability to provide the appropriate response.
