Didn't think self-service AI would work well...I was wrong

Vorteile:

It really is easy to use, and, if you have an intermediate level of data manipulation skills, then this is even easier for you to use.

Nachteile:

Setup and initial launch requires a bit too much reading FOR ME. However, my technical team could easily manage it after that.

Great, but not a free alternative to Mailparser

Kommentare: Mailparser recently discontinued its free plan and so I was looking for a low priced entry alternative and wanted to check out Parsio. I mistakenly thought it was 30 credits/mo which would have been sufficient but it's only 30 credits total. My needs are for simple email (not document) parsing, standardized emails from vacation rental platforms. Mailparser allows multiple steps of textual refinement whereas Parsio deals with a visual interface of the email and then offers minimal refinement. It separated my email from its attachment which, if document parsing were required, would be very helpful.

Vorteile:

I liked the interface and the ease of start up.

Nachteile:

The inability to easily refine parse results into different formats.

At the beginning, If you don't read carefully, it can be confusing.

Not the greatest

Kommentare: My overall experience with Parsio wasn't the greatest. I wasn't able to accomplish the task I was needing to get done.

Vorteile:

I can't exactly pinpoint anything that I would say that I liked about Parsio.

Nachteile:

The directions on how to parse emails wasn't fully clear. I was trying to set up a parse to capture web URL links from inside emails and I tried setting up the parse but I wasn't able to get the results that I was looking for.

Tried and failed

Kommentare: I attempted to use it for whar I needed it fir but it did not accomplish my goals.

Vorteile:

It was relatively easy to use compared to other products.

Nachteile:

I did not like that it would not extract the exact information I needed.

No more Data Entry

Vorteile:

Parsio was incredibly easy to use and get started. I created a template and right away Parsio grabbed form information and saved it to a Google Sheet.

Nachteile:

I would like more field formatters so I can format phone numbers correctly. I would also like more post-processing control by allowing for more Python libraries.

Simple to use, effective in real life

Parsing Docs

Kommentare: My experience was fully good with Parsio. It saves me and my team more time. The Export as Table option is Good and going to explore it soon.

Vorteile:

PDF parsing is the most useful tool for me because all my clients usually send a PDF so I have to manually get the details from the PDF but now using this tool helps me to ease my things.

Nachteile:

I don't think any but sometimes parsing the document takes a long.

A nice little way to step in to AI without the high price tag of Microsoft AI builder

Vorteile:

We came across this as we were looking for alternatives to AI Builder because we are not that even the entry level of documents to make the price tag of $500 a month pay. This helps us extract data from pdf documents to use elsewhere.

Nachteile:

Wish it had a direct Power Automate connection even if premium.

Good for data parsing!

Vorteile:

It did exactly what I need it to do. I need to parse data from a PDF to convert it into an Excel sheet. This saved so much time where I would have have to manually input all the data in myself.

Nachteile:

It is kind of expensive for the monthly subscription. Depending on what you need it may be worth the money to save that time!

Parsio critical to bookkeeping automation!

Kommentare: We're using Parsio to parse data primarily from PDF documents (sometimes email, too) so that information can generate bills or expenses in QuickBooks Online using Zapier.

Vorteile:

Easy to learn, functional, works consistently and quickly.

Nachteile:

I'd prefer a lower price point for the solution, but it is a consistent service and cheaper than hiring someone else.

AI for Archeology

Kommentare: I used Parsio to read and transcribe old handwritten notebooks. It was very useful, it helped me to understand some letters that only with uman eye I couldn't see.

Vorteile:

It permit at everyone to try to use it. The next time I will try to build my own alphabet to read old hanwritten papers. Maybe It could be used in papirology too.

Some categories are too specific and an early user like me could not understand all the utilities and parsio's opportunities

Parsio is very fairly priced compared to the competition and it is available for immediate signup and use. Customer service is outstanding.

Nachteile:

First-time use can be a little confusing, but very easy once you get the hang of it. That being said, their customer service helps with every step of the process.

OCR works well and it detected letters pretty accurate compared to other programs.

I had to connect zapier to get my parsio data into slack. If this was direct, it would save a step, but not that big of a deal.
