Kommentare: Reprice has been instrumental to our +500% profitable revenue growth over the last 3 years. We have increased our margins and amount of sales after placing Reprice center and forward in our strategies.

Vorteile:

Hands down the people behind it and the service they offer. Combine this with excellent customization possibilities and a very flexible solution including standard, easy to get started set-up with advanced rules and monitoring capabilities - you have a winner. Its also priced lower than similar competitors in the industry.

Nachteile:

It can still improve its dasboard and promotion/discount engine. But I would rate this as 4 out of 5 stars, so its not bad how it is - it just got room for improvement.

Vorteile:

Automatic pricing of products saves us a LOT of time, and are also making sure we are competitive.

Nachteile:

The UX could be better, and the setup of complex rules a bit easier - but I know that is being worked in.

Reprice Review - Highly Recommend

Kommentare: We are very pleased with reprice as it provides an easy overview of how we price ourselves in the market, and saves us a lot of manual work. We have noticed several times that when we change the price of a product, we sell more of it the following day.

Vorteile:

Change prices, track profits, view competitor prices, and gain insight into market pricing. Easily transfer prices to Magento, and set up time-based campaigns with ease.

Nachteile:

In some months in our market the price for reprice can be too expensive. I am looking forward to the further development in reprice to see how they can add extra value for us :)

RePrice are a ver efficient tool to work with, and RePrice have great developers who delivers what ever features we needed

Nachteile:

Our biggest issue is not an issue with reprice, but instead its a general problem of mathcing products with competitors. Its easier with products that are well known and populare

Pricing made easy!

Nachteile:

All issues that we have had with Reprice have been corrected or explained really fast. The respond time from Reprice team is impeccable! At this time there is nothing to complain about.

Sometimes google matching of products is missing, because we have the wrong EAN number or the competitors dont use google shopping.

Keeping up in a volatile market

Kommentare: I am very happy about reprice. They are easy to talk to, understands our needs and solve issues in a very short time period. The system itself is easy to use, self explaining menus and settings. I really like that i can preset which competitors i want info from.

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to export all the data i need to use it in other own made tools

Nachteile:

It is not really a con, but sometimes we cant get a pricematch on certain products. Normally the reason is that everyone else is empty, so the system do not not scrape it. Would be nice to have a reason on why it hasn't been found

Kommentare: Very happy with Reprice overall. Need som more time to understand each other and our needs. New possibilities emerge the more we learn of what Reprice could help us with. Very happy with the communication which has been key in our partnership.

Nachteile:

We are missing a few key repports and still got over 3000 products not getting a "match". Some of this is our own fault with bad data, but should still have a fix to this, when I could imagine other businesses also struggle with the same.
