The ease of managing files and folders with high volume data. To be able to manage sharing of files easily with relevant people makes the app good value for money.
I also really dislike that when I want to share a "forced copy" of a document to a client, so the client can just make his/her own copy, I am unable to do so.

Kommentare: Sharepoint deckt ca. 90% unserer Anforderungen an Datenbereitstellung und Teilen von Daten ab, ohne dass größere Konfigurationen erforderlich sind. Mit etwas technischem Verständnis lassen sich vielfältige Automatisierungen konfigurieren sowie ein vollwertiges Intranet aufbauen.
Vorteile:
Sharepoint bietet viele Out-Of-The-Box Funktionen, die einen schnellen Einstieg ermöglichen. Microsoft erweitert die Funktionalität ständig. Sehr gut gefallen uns die KI-Funktionen, die Sharepoint mit anderen Microsoft-Services verbinden, wie z.B. Exchange.
Nachteile:
Die Echtzeit-Zusammenarbeit funktioniert machmal nicht wie gewünscht.
Collaboration Plattform
Vorteile:
An sich sind die Möglichkeiten was Freigaben und Berechtigungen angeht hier vielfältig.Versionierung, gleichzeitiges arbeiten, Tiefe Integration in andere Produkte besonders der Powerplattform lassen einem wirklich fast alles realisieren.
Nachteile:
In der neusten Cloudversion immer noch Oberflächen aus den alten onPrem Versionen.Die Complianceeinstellungen wer, wann, was teilen kann sind etwas intransparent und es dauert lange bis man wirklich das konfiguriert hat was man möchte.Insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Azure Information Protection ist es nicht einfach die entsprechenden Richtlinien zu setzen, sodass die Anforderungen erfüllt werden.
SharePoint Features
Kommentare: Intranet und File-Sharing läuft einigermaßen gut. Die Logik bei der Erstellung von Projekten-Seiten ist irgendwie anders als üblich. Man erwartet mehr einfachere Features und Funktionen.
Vorteile:
Dokumentenmanagement ist einigermaßen ok.
Nachteile:
Es gibt keine Rückgängigmachen Funktion. Wenn man etwas aus Versehen falsch gemacht hat ist schwer wieder zu herstellen. Die Oberfläche ist unflexibel. Es fehlt auch Tag-Funktionen. Etwas zu finden oder zu eine Dashboard zu kreieren ist schwer. Sieht unmodern aus. Für News Feed eine automatische Benachrichtigung zu erstellen ist auch schwierig.

Kommentare: SharePoint besitzt eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten, die in der vorhandenen Tiefe bisher noch nicht voll ausgenutzt wurden. Die bereits implementierten Workflows zeigen aber eine sehr gute Anwendbarkeit und Umsetzbarkeit von verschiedensten Anforderungen, so dass mit dieser Software alle gesetzten Unternehmensziele gut erreicht werden konnten.
Vorteile:
Die Funktionalität des Dokumenten-Teilen und die Datenbankfunktion inkl. der wirkungsvollen Zugriffssteuerung ist für uns entscheidend.
Nachteile:
Das konfigurieren von eigenen Sichten und die grafische Anpassung ist sehr kompliziert und stösst unerfahrenere Nutzer ab.
super für Teamarbeit
Vorteile:
die einfache Verwaltung aller Dokumente und dennoch gleichzeitige Nutzung mehrerer Nutzer möglich
Nachteile:
manchmal dauert es wirklich sehr lange, bis alle Dateien laden, da wir sehr viele Dateien abspeichern

Kommentare: Sehr umfangreiches Tool, leicht zu verwalten und sehr benutzerfreundlich

sehr benutzerfreundlich, leicht anpassbar, viele Möglichkeiten

Die Berechtigungsstrukturen können manchmal sehr komplex werden.

Da ich viele Webinare geben, war diese Software für mich recht gut. Es ist gar nicht so leicht eine Bewertung zu schreiben, da , wenn man von einem Produkt schwärmt oft als Fake Bewertung abgetan wird. Doch ich kann es wirklich aus ganzem Herzen empfehlen

Ich bin so positiv über das Produkt, das Nachteile für mein Unternehmen nicht zu erkennen sind

We have done quite well with the tool.
Little by little we have been using more and more functions.
It has helped a lot with the backups and the rotation of personnel that are in the organization.
Vorteile:
We managed to unify in a single platform the management of business documents. It also gives us a good amount of space, 1TB in total, independent of storage per user.
Nachteile:
Collaboration with third parties still seems a bit complicated to me, we have had some problems with the access of external collaborators and we have to be aware of the permissions.

Kommentare: Globally, SharePoint is the best document management tool, collaboration tool and internal communication tool on the market.
Vorteile:
The lists, librairies and metadatas are the great features of SharePoint. Also the front end tool Microsoft Teams renders the collaboration on projects even better.
Nachteile:
The ability to break the security heritage of folder is one of the worst feature now that metadatas are available to manage per type security. Also the desktop synchronization using Microsoft OneDrive creates all sorts of problem and should not be used.

A good solution for most businesses
Kommentare: We store most of our 365 documents in OneDrive but have mostly migrated to Google Drive because of end-user simplicity

It mainly was simple to set up, and document management was excellent from the admin and user side.
Nachteile:
The collaboration and sharing features in OneDrive are confusing and frustrating to use, Sites and groups don't interact correctly in most use cases.

The complexity of the platform can result in longer learning curves, requiring more extensive training and support. Great file program
Kommentare: Overall happy with daily use of SharePoint for business documents. Some updates could improve user satisfaction.
Vorteile:
Easy to access from computers, phones or tablets. I like that more than one team member can access documents at the same time. I also appreciate that you can see who accessed the document last. I find it very simple to a save a copy of documents and covert to PDF's.
Nachteile:
Some features are not accessible on the online format and the desktop version needs to be used instead. One annoyance is the inability to drag documents into a folder from another folder. This is much easier to do on the desktop version rather than SharePoint.
Valuable, With a Learning Curve
Kommentare: We're still adjusting to SharePoint, but I do find it to be a mostly positive, highly functional system that increases collaboration and productivity.
Vorteile:
SharePoint is a trusted service with excellent customer support for any questions, concerns, and feedback. It is a great tool for a large/growing company to easily share files between one another.
Nachteile:
It can be a little troublesome for new users. There are a lot of personal settings to adjust, which can create a headache for the less tech-savvy.
Ideal for Documents, Storage & Sharing

Integration was easy into our systems, we were originally using 3 different cloud storage options, but have now simplified this into one central sharepoint site. Desktop and Mobile access is very easy and can be used with either the Sharepoint App or OneDrive.Sharing files and documents with others is simple, either by a custom link or we can add them as a collaborator (if they are also using microsoft online services) quickly and easily.
Nachteile:
The original setup of sharepoint took a little while to configure. As we do our own in house IT, we had time to implement without requiring additional support. But having a plan for how you want to layout your sharepoint site(s) is very useful at the early stages.

Microsoft SharePoint is more of a board room that we use to share, create, develop ideas but remotely and virtually. It really strengthened our bond as a team. we securely store and access information. Best of it all we easily create websites

its abit expensive, price should be reduced somehow.The installation process is quite complex and requires expert knowledge

Bobby's Sharepoint Review
Kommentare: It's great that most big companies use Sharepoint as well. We have been able to use Sharepoint with multiple companies with integrating new softwares and products. It has definitely been the best product for working with teams inside and outside of the company.
Vorteile:
This software is perfect for sharing files throughout the company, especially one like ours that covers multiple states. With Sharepoint, we can work on things as a team without having to be on a call with one another.
Nachteile:
It took a little bit to get setup and to train everyone how to use it, but once everyone grasped the concept, it hasn't been too bad.

Kommentare: Not all of our employees use SharePoint because there can be confusion between platforms. The concept of file sharing and working in real-time is excellent, as well as how it's integrated with the other Microsoft Programs. However, the way it is designed leaves a lot of room for error or lost files.
Vorteile:
Multiple people being able to access and work on a document is helpful, especially with people working remotely. It eliminates multiple files being emailed back and forth, and reduces the chance for error. The most up-to-date version will always be the one available. It integrates with all other Microsoft products.
Nachteile:
The concept can be confusing to some, when trying to differentiate if it's a cloud, what is different about it from OneNote, how to save files, etc. I believe files could be misplaced or have multiple versions unless all of those platforms are monitored.

Kommentare: I love the ability to store documents in different folders, and the idea of sharing folder-related information is appealing if an organization has the time and expertise to be able to use that feature. Even though it's been tough getting all our staff acclimated, it has been a really good, cost-effective product for our non-profit org.
Vorteile:
This software has a great price for non-profits orgs, and has some pretty incredible, useful features. However, those features are only good if the org's staff is willing to invest time into learning to use them.
Nachteile:
The emails that are sent to the administrators with upcoming changes are written to an IT audience. For a small organization that may not have the staff with that expertise or experience, they are difficult to understand. I really wish Microsoft emails could be understood by a larger audience.
