Fills in some gaps in HR workflow at a reasonable price

Kommentare: Our company picked WebHR as a inexpensive way to make up for a lack of human resource focused software, and a lack of attendance tracking solution for salaried employees. Moving from a self reporting pen and paper solution for recording time off and requesting vacation leave to WebHR has been a major improvement for us and has resulted in better communication between management and human resources. Ultimately we are finding that WebHR is going to serve as a stop gap measure while our company transitions to a more robust ERP accounting solution that will offer human resource more tools to do their job along side our payroll and accounting departments.

Vorteile:

Accessed through the web and hosting is included with the software subscription. Is able to be linked to Azure Active Directory, so employees do not need to remember additional login information if you currently use some form of Office 365 product. Inexpensive attendance tracking solution for our company's salaried employees.

Nachteile:

The mobile layout is useless once you leave the dashboard page.

I must confess, the whole software is very helpful, but prominent amongst every feature is the Applicant Tracking System. everything we do in the office revolves around hiring the capable hands to go about it. Thus, with the aid of this feature, my office is now the home of professionals. As per the integration with my business process, it has not been easy because we were used to the conventional interview, staff scouting and human resource management system, nevertheless, adopting has made our office an utopia and WebHR, our new consultant

Nachteile:

i have not found any aspect of this least interesting or with a need to be improved

Employees' Management was Not So Easy Before!

2. It doesn't have automated system to send automated e mails to employees for any job openings within
the company.
3. Price should be competitive.

Vorteile:

1. It is Very Simple and Easy Tool to use, Hassle-free experience in managing employees' credentials. 2. Easily accessible from Mobile phones also. 3. Can make amendments to existing files. 4. No or Very Less Technical Issues. 5. It is all in one tool which helps keeping records of all employees whether serving or not serving with us.

Nachteile:

1. As It is Very Simple and Easy software to use and gives Hassle-free experience in managing employees' credentials so lesser efforts are required to maintain our records. 2. It can be easily accessed from Mobile phones also so in urgency or in any situation we can access our important records and take actions swiftly. 3. Amendments can be done to existing files so no need to create extra files or documents. This feature avoids confusion. 4. No or Very Less Technical Issues so no technical wizard is required to operate it. 5. It is all in one tool which helps keeping records of all employees whether serving or not serving with us so it avoids confusion and saves a lot of time.

WEB HR review

Kommentare: Best thing is that the WEB HR team is very helpful, friendly, cooperative and supportive. Their response time to any of my queries is quick and they never leave you hanging. In fact, some times they go out of their way to give support.

Vorteile:

It is user friendly and the user interface is quite interactive. It is like Facebook for employees! Makes employee engagement better.

Nachteile:

Some of the functionalities should be enhanced, the software is still in its initial phases so more different types of features need to be added to make it a holistic HR software. Recruitment tracking and application screening should get better.

I have not experienced anything I would say I like least about the system.

After more than 3 years of implementation and rigorous usage, Webhr keeps getting better each day and has never let us down. Highly Recommended!The team is also highly-talented who helped us with smooth implementation. The Support and customer experience is commendable.

Smart,Flexibile, High Quality, Speed, Bug-Free and almost everything needed for a cloud-based application covering all the required modules.

Nachteile:

Training Module needs to be improved or connected with an LMS.

Complete package for management of people

Kommentare: It has helped in daily tasks management for employees easier. The expense claims are easily met with for the requests by management staff. We can check our days when we were in office and thus it made so many things trackable for us.

Vorteile:

The pay slip genearation is easy with WebHR. The dashboard has so much information about daily things for employees. The module for time sheet allows me to get my tasks done in time. The time and attendence module is also there. We get the announcements and broadcasts on our dashboard. The claims are very easy.

Nachteile:

There are some bugs in the application. For example the performance module doesn't show the total marks of review for appraisal.

Nachteile:

Vorteile:

All aspects are transparent, easy to comprehend, and specifically delineated.

Nachteile:

The initial implementation of access roles was difficult to understand and had to be modified several times in order to prevent personnel from accessing areas they should not. This issue could be easily solved by making access role templates available.

Good looking HR Management tool

Vorteile:

First impression I got from this tool was the design. I am a big fan of flat design and UX in general - the the effort put into this software is great and deeply appreciated.n terms of functionality, the software does provide all needed modules, but with the way they're presented and working, I wouldn't suggest using this software for large companies, would probably be best so stick with it if your company is comprised of <250-300 employees, otherwise everything will get cluttered.

Nachteile:

Lack of mobile access / version - that's a requirement now in 2018. UI seems somewhat cluttered when having to many employees / profiles added.

1. Very useful for small organizations, User management is very good. Even a starter employee can handle WebHR in easy manner. 2. Report sections are very good and easy to understand. Charts and data retrieving is very nice 3. Adding new users is very easy, and monitoring them is very effective 4. Payroll generation is very simple, easy to share the details with your employees. payslip format is clean and informative. 5.Employee Leave management is good. Absent Employees , Late comers , Early Comers and Early leavers is very effective and useful. 6.

Nachteile:

1. When loading higher data , app seems slow. Need performance improvement. 2. Worksheet entry for employees is not as much flexible 3. Leave multilevel approval is not available 4. Payroll calculations are not fully automated , need to work on that. 5. Multilevel approval is not available in any cases 6. Multi window handling is not available, Modern applications give multi window options 7. UI changes needed. Some case app seem hanging (On reports / Gang charts etc) 8. Offline Mode needed with online mode .

Comprehensive but modular offering that suits any business requirement

Kommentare: We have a number of projects with different characteristics and WebHR is flexible enough to be applied across them all.

Vorteile:

Can select only the modules required. simple and intuitive User Interface. Easy to administer. Training new employees is quick and easy. Roles and permissions are easy to change and changes are instant.

Nachteile:

occasional unexplained bugs with user accounts, particularly on the mobile application. Multi-languages not available on the mobile application. Subscription fees don't reduce as the number of users increases (no savings for scale offered).

Easy to learn and adapt. Very good software . We have been using it for more than a year now. Technical support team is very helpful.

Nachteile:

Few bugs which needs to be updated in terms of time sheet module. system logs cannot be tracked back to the admin user who has done any changes.

A Gem That Needs A Little Polish

Kommentare: I am in charge of HR at a small company that is growing quickly. I wanted to have an HR program that offered a lot of features, but many of them had large minimum subscription fees. Meanwhile, a lot of cheaper solutions offered very limited functionality, often only dealing in one or two aspects of HR. WebHR is the one solution I found that was affordable, comprehensive, and was flexible to our company's size. The program is very customizable, covers pretty much any task or data you can think of, and generates excellent reports and summaries. The only potential downside is that the interface isn't hugely user-friendly, and there isn't a good resource out there for looking up questions about the software. However, the user support by WebHR staff is very good! Whenever I am stuck, I simply create a support ticket. A WebHR employee schedules a session with me (and they seem to be quite prompt and available), and then I am walked through a solution via web conference. So far, they have solved 100% of my ticket questions. Although WebHR could use a little polishing, the bones of the software are excellent, and the customer service makes up for any shortcomings. I would not hesitate to recommend this software to small and medium sized businesses.

There are far to many pro's to list or even go into with WebHR, this software will not disappoint. It would take a multitude of software packages combined to fulfill what a subscription gives you!

Nachteile:

That it was not available sooner, spent many years looking for something like this, and countless hours formatting excel spreadsheets.

Very helpful for any business

Vorteile:

Easy to use, loads very fast, enables quick communication with candidates and co-workers. The interface is very well designed.

Nachteile:

From time to time there some annoying bugs appear, making the experience not as good as it could be.

I use it to sign in sign out view employees and i like that you can interact with employees and send badges. Calculating our leaves etc

Nachteile:

It sometimes take a while to load maybe connection problem

WebHR is an excellent platform for HR Management and Administration in a paperless era.

Vorteile:

As a single platform for HR Management and Administration it significantly reduces the costs and total man hours associated with maintaining a full HR staff contingent. Being able to maintain a paperless employee register also helps to reduce costs and greatly improves access to personnel records.

Nachteile:

Ease of use, some employees may have more difficulty accessing the correct menus than others, a clearer, more user friendly interface will be greatly beneficial to all. Sage integration will also be greatly appreciated.

The data is available in just one click. I love they have used BI tool in the software, very easy to understand and very presentable. Every module is sleak and very user-freindly.

Nachteile:

These guys are exceptional. I think they should have a support available in French language as well.
