Eine sehr benutzerfreundliche Software mit der umfangreiche Projekte geplant werden können!

Kommentare: Wir planen setzen auch umfangreiche Projekte mit Asana um, zuletzt bspw. die Einführung einer Mitarbeiter-App.

Vorteile:

Die Zuordnung von Verantwortlichkeiten. Steuerung des Timings.

Nachteile:

Es hat ein wenig gedauert bis ich alle Funktionalitäten gefunden und angewendet habe.

Für mich eine Betrugsmasche

Kommentare: Wer mit 13,49 Euro pro Monat wirbt und dann unautorisiert über 80 Euro monatlich abbucht und nicht erstattet, ist für mich ein Betrüger

Nachteile:

Der Premiumaccount wird mit monatlich 13,49 Euro beworben, nach dem Abschluss kommt eine Email, die offenbar absichtlich keinen Betrag enthält. Dann das böse Erwachen, erst werden 67,45 Euro abgebucht und dann 80,27 Euro pro Monat, statt der 13,49 Euro und bei Reklamation heisst es, man hätte irgendwas mit 5 Mitgliedern ausgewählt, was definitiv nicht der Fall war. Entweder war das so versteckt, dass man es nicht gesehen hat oder anderweitig auf betrügerische Art untergejubelt. Unfassbar. Rückbuchung über die Bank beantragt, Anzeige wegen Betrug in Vorbereitung. Besser Finger weg von Asana!

Projektmanagement einfach gemacht

Vorteile:

Sehr benutzerfreundlich aufgebaut. Die Tutorials sind klasse.

Nachteile:

Ich bin so zufrieden, dass es einfach nichts zu meckern gubt

Der Support ist unterirdisch. Bekommt Dokus zugesandt aber leider keinen qualifizierten Support wenn man nicht weiterkommt. Geht man über den Vertrieb heißt es nur das es Dokus gibt.Vor dem Verkauf war die Betreuung gut nach dem Kauf interessiert es keinen.

Tolles Produkt für einfache und schnelle Projektplanung oder zur Strukturierung langer to do Listen

Asana zur Meilensteinplanung und -Verfolgung

Vorteile:

Übersichtlich, gute Usability und „farbenfroh“. Zuweisung von Mitarbeitenden zu Projekten ist sehr einfach vorzunehmen. Deadlines ebenfalls leicht einsehbar und nachvollziehbar.

Nachteile:

Die Integrationen zu nutzen zb für Kalender ist erstmalig etwas aufwendig/müßig

Nachteile:

The platform's steep learning curve is one drawback. Our staff required some time to get used to the software and use all of its functions. Additionally, it has to be improved so that the time monitoring tool and reporting options can be used on mobile devices with ease.

Pay Per Seats is misleading, they make you pay for users you don't use

Kommentare: Good before we upgraded our plan and realized they were overcharging us.

Vorteile:

Easy to setup, easy to create and assign simple tasks

Nachteile:

Their payment options are misleading.They promote their pricing based on seats. $24.99/seat/year. But they force you to pay for seats that you don't use.If you have 7 users, you MUST pay for 10+ users. Which will cost us $1000+ per year for literally nothing.Misleading and a terrible customer experience. I would recommend looking at alternatives first, especially if you are a smaller organization looking to be cost efficient.

Why use any other platform to manage projects!!

We love how easy it is to setup projects, collaborate and monitor success all in one platform! We also love that it integrates seamlessly with other task management platforms.

Nachteile:

We have yet to find a fault!! The layout is gorgeous, it's easy to use and we are able to monitor multiple projects all at once!

Useful for tracking, doesn't replace other communication methods

Kommentare: I think this can be an effective project management tool, if project managers and team members are given enough time to input information and stay up-to-date. But the claims that it will make everything faster are not true. It also doesn't necessarily reduce communications. It may simplify some redundant communications if those redundancies are because of needing to communicate in multiple channels about non-urgent items, but urgent and critical information still needs to be communicated thoroughly so it is not overlooked. Overall, I like the project, but think it should be implemented with these understandings as well as a robust training plan.

Vorteile:

I love the interface as I'm not inclined to use something that looks unappealing. The templates are easy to customize including the workflows.

Nachteile:

The projects don't have the kind of visibility that they claim. It is more difficult than many realize to train people to use this who don't think like the system is setup. It is clear for people who think like this but the design isn't really intuitive otherwise. It doesn't replace other methods of communication for critical tasks and project communications, which can be disappointing to some people based on the marketing.

How to implement Asana in your Organization

Kommentare: If you are having issues with your team on being organized and not being able to know where your projects are standing Asana is the software to you, the knowledge base that they provide is so good that if you are a first time user it will help you to setup Asana in the way that you need.

Vorteile:

How easy is to configure, train new members, organize task and being able to personalize it the way that way that we need. The notifications are very intuitive and helps us to be connected.

Nachteile:

I don't see any aspects that I don't like about Asana.

Project management in Asana makes sense to my brain.

Kommentare: Asana is a fairly simple-to-use project management for a solopreneur or a small team. I worked with both and found it easy to navigate.

Vorteile:

Asana didn't just help me manage work projects, but it also helped me manage personal tasks . It was so nice to see all my to-dos all in one place. I loved being able to set up repetitive tasks with ease. The way that Asana is laid out makes so much more sense to my brain that other project management apps (like Trello).

Nachteile:

I sometimes got frustrated clearing out repetitive tasks that I set up but did not check off as being done (i.e. if I missed a day of work, etc.) but I'm not sure there's an easier way...

We used this mostly to work with the design team - not sure why it wasn't used by everyone else too

Task tracking and project management were very easy, also much easier to collaborate and clearly see timelines, etc. One cool feature was that we set up an integration with an email ID where any email IDs would automatically be created as a task on Asana, making it a really simple way to quickly and efficiently store ideas / tasks

Nachteile:

Nothing really - just that it was only used by one team

Nachteile:

For users who require more sophisticated data analysis and reporting, they may find themselves needing to integrate Asana with external reporting tools.

Asana Review

Kommentare: We have really been able to streamline processes using asana. Also, being able to really have one place to house all info about a project. I also love using the workload feature. This way I can work with sales to see who needs more work and who is about to go on overload.

Vorteile:

User friendly, ability to use minimal features to as in depth as you want. This helps a lot for my Executives that don’t need to know the ins and outs. Also, the training videos help tremendously to on-board a new employee who has never used the software before. I don’t have to come up with my own.

Nachteile:

Still waiting on Forms that can be created and used at a Team level and not just a project level. I’d love to be able to do more automation with in the software itself. Right now I have to use google forms and zapier to do any if/then functionality.

Only one issue....

Kommentare: Overall I have had a great experience. I rarely need support so not really sure what to say there. The one thing I did ask for (working with Google Aliases) they refused to do, so I guess if you are good with their program as is, you will be fine. Just don't expect them to go above and beyond to work with you.

Vorteile:

I have been using Asana since 2013 and have taken it with me to each job I have had since. I love the adaptability of the program. I'm able to use it as a daily task list and can use it to manage a team and a project. They have a lot of ready-made templates that you can use, or you can create your own to use repeatedly like for a board meeting or other projects that have the same tasks each time. I constantly am recommending it to other Executive Assistants as it tends to play well with most programs.

Nachteile:

The main complaint I have is that it does not work with Google Aliases. So if your company has a main address, but uses aliases for different departments it will not recognize the alias which means you can't email the project or tasks in Asana. It's not a deal-breaker, but it is a hassle. I've seen many complaints about this but Asana is deaf to them and refuses to correct this. That leads to the arrogance that tends to come through for items like this and attitudes towards religious non-profits, I find it rather sad as it is a really good program, but they are comfortable with it and not willing to help...

Asana for Digital Agencies

Kommentare: I solved the workload of every member of my team and the priority of each task. I was able to have a clear and open vision of the situation with each client and deliver their requests on time. It was very helful to us.

Vorteile:

I used Asana for 1-2 years while I was working on a Social Media Agency. It helped me a lot to organize my team. I was able to track all the tasks in their differents stages and also I could know the workload of every member of my team. Also I integrated Asana with my Gmail and created tasks from there, very easy and quickly.

Nachteile:

When I started using Asana, I had trouble copying and pasting images directly from the email body. Then when they achieved integration with Gmail, this was resolved. Also, email notifications were quite annoying until I learned how to disable them. Maybe they could add a feature to only send email notifications for important tasks.

Asana is my ABSOLUTE GO TO for task and project management

Kommentare: I switched from Trello to Asana and I truly enjoy using Asana almost because I feel there is a gamification feeling in getting my daily wins accomplished. I literally look at Asana at least 5 times per day and almost always before I end my day to see what my plan of action will be for tomorrow.

Vorteile:

The fact that I can manage my daily tasks seamlessly both on my desktop computer and on my iPhone mobile application.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the copy and paste function doesn't work as I would like it to to take a similar task, copy it and then modify it. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong.

Organizational capabilities - The ability to create custom fields and labels, use the calendar view and timeline, the ability to establish dependencies, and the Portfolio feature, all help in keeping your tasks and projects organized and easy to access.Real-time updates - any changes made to a task or project are immediately reflected across all members of the team. This helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page and can prevent delays or misunderstandings.

Nachteile:

Limited customization options - not able to fully customize the tool to their specific needs. Limited integrations - the number of integrations is still limited compared to other tools like monday.com. This may limit the ability of some teams to fully integrate Asana into their existing workflows and tools.

Best Platform for Project/Team Management

Kommentare: Initially it was a bit overwhelming to set up and sort through all of the features and uses, but once you work with your team and figure out a system it is hands down the most useful and intuitive workspace / task management platform. There are always new features and integrations to be learned which is great to experiment and use as you grow with the platform.

Vorteile:

The best part about Asana is how customizable it is in so many different facets, you can really tailor it to the needs of your specific team and project. The amount of functions that it has and its ability to integrate other apps and services within it makes it extremely versatile and intelligent once you customize it to all of your needs. I also enjoy that there is a mobile app version.

Nachteile:

With all of its endless functionality tools - it can be a bit daunting in setting up the ideal layout and structure of use for your team. There are so many options and features that can make the software seem almost too sophisticated and complicated for everyday use. Not exactly user friendly up front, but once you figure it out and are patient in working out tailoring your workspace it is very useful and covers all bases.

Good software with room for improvement

Kommentare: Asana is a recommendable tool for task management with a very comforting surface. It is easy to handle and set up projects, tasks and teams. It though lacks some useful features that other task management tools like JIRA or teamwork offer.

Vorteile:

Asana is very well designed and has a really nice optical appearance. It helps to structure projects, timetables and priorize tasks in an easy understandable way. It offers a good mobile solution with the Asana app.

Nachteile:

Although it regularly sets up new features and helpful improvements, some features that are essential to me are missing: - The overview of my tasks is a list that can not be sorted in many ways. It only offers to select from project, due dates and likes. I would prefer a sorting by due date connected with the priority of the tasks or due date connected with projects. As I often have up to 15 or 20 tasks per day it would be great to sort them more accurately. - I miss the possibility to priorize tasks independently from their project. E. g. a task is assigned to my within a project and marked there with the priority medium. It though has high priority among my personal due tasks. - Dependencies (not sub-tasks) cannot be set between different tasks. I would like to have the possibility to set a task as dependent on the completion of another task.
