Vorteile:

Das Multichannel Posting und die vereinfachte Bewerber Verwaltung.

Nachteile:

Das viel in den einstellungen versteckt ist und das man manchmal lange etwas bestimmtes suchen muss.

Kommentare: Using Zoho Recruit, I am able to see every single one of my applicants. How far along they are, what projects they're working on, and any other pertinent details may help you steer the E2E hiring process in the right direction.

Vorteile:

Depending on your specific requirements, Zoho offers a wide variety of configuration options. With tools like Deluge, Rest API, and Webhooks, developers are able to automate formerly manual processes. It's a low-cost but feature-packed answer to the problems of managing resumes, job postings, and related information.

Nachteile:

There is little to find fault with. Some of the elements, like the portals, require some time to get used to. However, this is the case on every platform, and Zoho is not the worst option.

Very much functions

Vorteile:

You can configure very much individuals settings in order to have at the end a white label app. The functions are very useful for a recruiting company. The integrations with other Zoho apps working properly.

Nachteile:

If you implement Zoho Recruit it will save money and it is going very quick. However, you need some time to set up your business in a propper manner.

Kommentare: From my experience, Zoho Recruit has still allowed me to save time in organizing job postings and candidates. It's a good software overall.

Vorteile:

Zoho Recruit allows me to manage the entirety of my recruitment process. It helps me create job postings, schedule interviews, sort candidates, and more. The automation feature for certain tasks is also a major plus.

Nachteile:

I didn't like the analysis and reporting provided by Zoho Recruit for evaluating the recruitment process, which I found less effective.

Cost friendly platform thats easy to use.

Kommentare: We transitioned from Bullhorn to Zoho, and it's a world of difference. Bullhorn was very slow and not easy to set up and modify, versus Zoho, which is very fast, has tons of job board extensions, and is easy on the eyes.

Vorteile:

I like the platform design. It's very easy to manage, and you can set it up on your own.

Nachteile:

Sales process is a bit confusing - they will quote you one price then quote you another then say its month to month but encourage an annual commitment.

Extensibile product covering all staffing agency needs

Nachteile:

it takes sometime to fully cover all features

1st Class Recruitment Software

Vorteile:

First class recruitment system with all of the features needed at a significantly lower price point than competitors

Nachteile:

Nothing, it's a great product that I can't recommend highly enough

Great Solutions for Recruitement

Vorteile:

This software is so user friendly and interface of software is good. Especially the I love that this software can intigrate with most of the job board I use in company for job publishing.

Nachteile:

However, sometime to much customization might be confusing for end user and I think at some point of portal setting there is lack of information and use manual about settings

Zoho Recruit

Vorteile:

How easy the platform is to use and how affordable it is for small businesses. It has all the right features for a recruitment agency/embedded talent consultancy.

Nachteile:

Tracking clients can be a bit difficult.

Nachteile:

The only downside of Zoho Recruit is that its advanced features can be a bit overwhelming for new users. But after the initial learning curve our users have no serious issues.

Nachteile:

AI is not as advanced as other ATS/CRMs I've compared.

Great Tool For Start-Up tAgency

Kommentare: As a start up recruitment agency, having a reliable tool to organize and prioritize candidate data is incredibly important. Zoho allows me to do that and so much more!

Vorteile:

- easy to navigate interface - ability to upgrade/downgrade plan based on current needs. - cost effective

Nachteile:

I haven’t gone though all that Zoho has to offer, but so far I have no complaints!!

Does the bed minimum and excels in some some.

Kommentare: It has been good and has expedited our hiring process.

Vorteile:

The job board integration is beneficial in advertising jobs on multiple job platforms.

Nachteile:

The social recruiting feature is not that great.

I've used Zoho before and its got even better so many extra add on to help make recruitment much smother and streamlined. What i love most is being able to add the telephony to the database to make calls and it records everything.

Nachteile:

No negatives really all work as it should

So far in the trial, setting up Jobs and Import Candidates has been easy. I will go through the entire recruitment process to update this review.

Nachteile:

Zoho products generally have many configuration options, which I get as they try to cover every possible use case. But they should have either industry-specific or use case-specific pre-built setups.

Early impression on free trial

Kommentare: Positive so far, it seems to have a good feature -set for the money.

Vorteile:

Seems broad in function and has many of the necessary features.

Nachteile:

Some features are available at certain subscription levels, understandably, but it's not always clear from the help files.

its very elastic and it have very high quality docs for any person

Nachteile:

The definitions and explanations of some non-variable entities are not clear enough

Nachteile:

Not come across any yet other than not being able to change the wording of a few headings
