Great Value and Functionality

Kommentare: We use Medics Premeir to manage outpatient radiology workflow.

Vorteile:

The software is highly customizable to suit specific business and workflow needs.

Nachteile:

The interface is not flashy, but it is very functional and that is actually preferred.

Kommentare: I have been using MedicsPremier for over 10 years. I have experienced ease of use and extremely high functionality. I would choose the software if I had to do it all over again!!

Vorteile:

The customer services is exceptional!! From sales to implementation and training the program and the support staff has been amazing. I have used many billing programs over the 25 years I've been in this business and MedicsPremier is extremely user friendly, easy to use and extremely efficient for productive work flow!

Nachteile:

I wish the statements / receipts I am able to print are more updated. They are very dated in appearance. However, they are easy to produce and understand by the client.

Costumer Service staff is great! but once they call to resolve an issue, most of the time they don't know how to resolve. Most of the time they have to get back to us.

Vorteile:

That we don't have fill in different tabs on patient demos. Being able to print bills and letters and save them on pdf format.

Nachteile:

can't print the adequate reports for our practice. Not being able to fix our own custom forms. Huge cons is that we have to constantly making sure the insurance order is clicked otherwise the the hcfas wont print...among other things. No very happy with this new system.

Great Medical Software Solutions Company

Kommentare: I have been with ADS since 1989, a very reliable medical software program, highly recommend

Vorteile:

Love the patient demographic and scheduling features, very easty to use. Also can't live without electronic filing. In today's medial practice electronic filing is a must if you want to get reimbursed from insurance companies.

Nachteile:

When calling for support. Sometimes I have a hard time understanding the technician because of a language barrier. Otherwise, no dislikes.

Review

Kommentare: Ok for what we have but I feel it is limited with other software products.

Vorteile:

At the beginning of our EMR transition the flow of scheduling to EMR software

Nachteile:

Is not compatible with other software for phone call reminders, downloading insurance eligiiblities by batch and not user friendly when trying to create new forms to add to patient file. Also, electronic signatures are not easy to use with patient at the check in desk.

Medics Premier and Change Healthcare

Kommentare: Medics Premier has been one of the easiest systems to learn and program. I have been in the field for 30+ years and with the provided "help" function I have been able to learn the system easily. The best "help" function I have used.

Vorteile:

This product is user friendly and easy to train new employees for the job duties they are going to perform. The pre-scrub of claims is very helpful letting us know what errors the claim may have and we can fix on the front end and send the claim out clean.

Nachteile:

I am still familiarizing myself with the reports that are in the system. In some cases I may have to run more than 1 report to gather all the data we are looking for.

Practice Management Software

Kommentare: Excellent

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Everything is straightforward

Nothing, everything works well. No complaints at all

Great Product

Kommentare: Medics Premier integrates well with our EHR software. There are many features that we utilize and many that we do not; it’s nice to know we have options though.

Vorteile:

This software is user friendly and if we cannot figure something out, customer service responds quickly with a solution.

Nachteile:

I would like to see some improvement on customizable forms. We have made some requests in the past for certain forms to be created. While Medics was able to create something we could work with, it wasn’t exactly the outcome we had in mind. Our EHR software provides a word document that can be customized us and has been wonderful to use.

Honest Review

Kommentare: So far since getting Premier I will say the ease of scheduling and claims has become much simpler. i enjoy using this program daily.

Vorteile:

I love the ease of scheduling and sending out claims. Also the claims we receive this way being posted automatically makes my life much easier.

Nachteile:

Secondary claims that need to be sent to insurances for some reason never go automatically. I am not sure what exactly I am doing wrong or if that is just how it is. Most times the claims post with no issues on occasion I have 2 insurances that do not like to post automatically.

Overall good software

Kommentare: My overall impression is 85% positive and I would still recommend them to others.

Vorteile:

I love that the confirm phone texts go out the day before the appointment. We have it set to go out at 11 am and shortly after that the confirms and cancellations start coming in. It allows us the time to reschedule patients and to put patients in that are waiting for appointments.

Nachteile:

I definitely am not crazy about when calling for customer service and have to put in a ticket and wait for a call back. The wait time is too long. I also would like them to improve on printing a statement for a patient. I tell patients jokingly "just 9 easy steps to a receipt".

Support Service Must Be Improved

Vorteile:

The software is ""lightning fast to perform on.

Nachteile:

Customer Support is something that needs to be drastically improved. We pay $3000.00 for our support contract and most of the time we wait about 3 hours on average for someone to call us on each ticket created. Any support calls placed after 3pm EST are not being returned until the next business day.

Vorteile:

Posting charges is the best feature for me. System is user friendly, makes it easy to make corrections before posting into an account.

Nachteile:

Some reports could use a little more detail.

Excellent product that meets all of our needs.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and intuitiveness. The learning curve for training was very short.

Nachteile:

We are tied to Change Healthcare for our claims management as most of the industry is.

MEDICS REVIEW

Kommentare: OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS GOOD. NO REAL CONCERNS.

Vorteile:

The software is user friendly , easy to learn and makes scheduling a breeze.

Nachteile:

The merging of patient information gets inputted at times if not careful and we lose the new information.

Our Lab had an immediate need to find a better RCM Company that had experience in Toxicology Billing

Vorteile:

The ADS Premier Medic's RCM system is 100% integrated to our LIS System. The data flows seamlessly from the LIS to ADS. Extensive training was provided by ADS. The system allows me to track all my claims and denials in one system without the need to go to a separate Clearing House Portal. Our Lab elected to use the ADS staff to perform ALL the billing and management tasks. I have full Access to Premier Medic's 24 by 7 utilizing a workstation or my I-Phone. The management reporting tools are extensive and our client services manager is just an e-mail or phone call away. ADS RCM has increased our revenue and decreased our open A/R extensively.

Nachteile:

There was the need to complete additional paperwork after we left our previous billing service and went with ADS.

Overall a good medical billing software

Kommentare: Streamlining the work flow and getting claims done in a timely manner. Easy from a Medical billing office to connect with clients who utilize the system and get information that is needed.

Vorteile:

Very easy to make changes in encounters and update patient information

Nachteile:

The statements could be a little more concise, some patients get confused reading them.

this is a software and system both has helped in the company billing and management of the overall company's billing functions and get money owned to the company

so far i am happy with this system but the price is high
