Tolle Software mit viele Funktionen aber ist etwa teuer

Kommentare: Gute Software für Zeitmanagement

Vorteile:

Ich nutze mal dieser Software schon seit ca. 3 Jahren und habe es immer für meine Zeitmanagement benutzt. Es war immer top. Also habe gar keine Probleme damit. Später fand ich, dass neue Funktionen ind schon entwicklet, aber werde ich die Zeitnah nutzen.

Nachteile:

Von mir aus, nur die Preis ist etwa hoch. Aber sonst finde ich alles top

So easy for clients

Kommentare: It’s easy to use, makes payments very easy and has ability to have more than one payment method

Vorteile:

As a client I like that it is so simple to view my invoices and make payments

Nachteile:

I don’t have anything that I dislike about simple practice but it would be nice if the client could generate a superbill themselves

The name says it all

Kommentare: Overall, I am 1000% satisfied. I could not see myself going to another platform. I've researched others and I've talked to friends and colleagues who use different platforms, and the others are not a match for SimplePractice at all. They came up with the perfect name for this platform because it does make running my private practice simple.

Vorteile:

The name says it all. SimplePractice, once it is set up is easy to use, the customer support is unmatched. They listen. They have communities where you can make suggestions for improvement of the software and they make updates based on customer suggestions. They offer so many templates options for assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, polices and for so many other reasons. We can also create our own templates. They offer free trainings to all of their customers with the options to gain CE's. There is just so much I can say about SimplePractice. I know I am leaving something out, but just know this is an awesome platform and worth every penny. Even considering calendar intergrations. I thought that was something that would be a given in a platform that caters to running an office easier, but it's not. After talking to friends who are on other platforms, this is not an option they have.

Nachteile:

I don't really have a lot of cons. My biggest drawback right now is the fact that I can't create a bulk invoice statement without deleting old ones and creating new ones. Although that is something I hate I can't do, I wouldn't consider it a major issue, because this is a suggestion that has been brought to the developers of SimplePractice, and the way they continuously upgrade and make changes to meet their customer's needs, this may not be an issue for too long.

really good EMR

Kommentare: My experience was brief bc I found another company that did not charge for another person to sign on.

Vorteile:

It is intuitive and there is alot of support.

Nachteile:

When I hired a billing person, there was a cost increase to have 2 people sign on.

Simple Practice bought Luminello - but it is very deficient as an actual Electronic Health (medical) record

Kommentare: I am now looking for another Electronic Health Record. One that includes documentation of care for the WHOLE person - including the body...

Vorteile:

It seems like it has all the bells and whistles for therapy - which is great, when I am only seeing people for therapy (which is rare). But, despite Simple Practice having bought Luminello to add on the medical/psychiatric EHR features, it is woefully inadequate for psychiatric services

Nachteile:

No vital signs (face it, this was the first thing ever digitized in health care. It is not available in Simple Practice, so you must hand enter vitals - every time.) No ability to include scored measures in a progress note automatically Diagnoses do not appear in progress notes unless they are hand entered No physical exam feature (this is literally available everywhere - but not in SP). No automatic display of medications and prescriptions written. There is no crossover from the medication section (Dr First) and the progress note. Meds are not easily viewed while working on a note and seeing the patient. Portal does not seem to contain education or information shared with patients (like med ed). This info is only available in a chat feature. No lab integration. Of course, you can waste a lot of time inventing your own templates for vitals, H&P, etc. I haven't used the billing feature This is overpriced for what it is. I am not sure what they "bought" from Luminello, other than patient lists and demographic info. Otherwise, it is just Dr First slapped on the back end of a therapy EHR.

Simple Practice is okay!

Kommentare: It was a fair experience but I promptly left after concerns regarding the ownership of data.

Vorteile:

All of the features that were available and the ability to host a group private practice with the software.

Nachteile:

The cost of the product, not being able to customize the forms, and the lack of control and ownership of the data.

SimplePractice is a great platform to run a practice

Vorteile:

SimplePractice makes having a private practice SIMPLE. With this software clients can schedule a consultation with you, input credit card information, you can send them the required paperwork, charge them for the invoice and also add clients notes and measurements all in one place.

Nachteile:

The price is a bit high when starting off, but it is worth it.

Easy-to-Use, Customizable, and Well-Intergrated

Kommentare: Overall, this is a great product. I'd just recommend a few minor adjustments and it would be the perfect EHR!

Vorteile:

I really love the intuitive calendar management. I can 'drag and drop' appointments and can easily set recurrences and move recurring appointments. I also love the 'Load Last Note' feature where I can save time on filling in standard fields and concentrate more on the weekly/bi-weekly changes in information (i.e. client progress, client needs).

Nachteile:

I would improve the Telehealth app. The Telehealth app seems to malfunction quite frequently when clients are using their phones to join appointments. I have also noticed that my video glitches quite frequently. I would also improve the 'Share' function on Telehealth. It is very hard to screenshare and use it for sharing worksheets and handbooks.

OK but not awesome

Kommentare: Meh....it isn't great, not horrible. Customer service is o.k. but email is their primary form of communication which has held me up and is very frustrating.

Vorteile:

the two way calendar sync what what I did this for

Nachteile:

clunky and hard to use. The display isn't great and it sometimes times out and doesn't save my note and I lose it.

Kommentare: Great for managing a practice; simplifies scheduling and invoicing, though some features could be more flexible.

Vorteile:

User-friendly interface for managing appointments and billing.

Nachteile:

Limited customization options for certain features.

Good value

Kommentare: Overall I think SimplePractice offers good value and am looking forward to future offerings.

Vorteile:

I like that all client related information is in one location. No hunting for paper documentation.

Nachteile:

It's not as intuitive as I would have liked.

Easy to Use and Helpful!

Kommentare: Overall, SimplePractice is great. I appreciate the convenience of it, the helpful features and the ease of use!

Vorteile:

As a patient, I think this software is great. It is user friendly and has nice features! You can access invoices, change/add payment methods, message providers, and receive reminders about appointments!

Nachteile:

The only thing I could think of is having to verify my email each time I log in, it can be a pain, but I understand for security purposes!

Simple Practice

Kommentare: I have been pleased with the use of this EMR and the ability to learn to use it.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, flexibility in making it more personalized to your business.

Nachteile:

The ability for client's to pay the invoices sent to them directly without my assistance.

Simple Practice - Great but pricey

Kommentare: I used SP for years until they starting raising the prices quite frequently and by a lot. As a small sole practitioner it felt crazy to spend over $90/mo on an EHR when I didn't need/use a lot of the features.

Vorteile:

It has all the bells and whistles. It's really a great product and syncs with everything you need it to.

Nachteile:

It is really expensive compared to other EHRs out there and their customer service is ok

Horrible Experience

Kommentare: Overall, it was pretty bad. When I did talk with customer service, it was good most of the time. There was one time when the gal treated me like an idiot. The lack of updating the platform with needed changes and not listening to the customer requests on their request page is ridiculous. Why even have a request page?

Vorteile:

It was easy to navigate around the software. To schedule the next session was relatively easy as well. Billing was taken care of, so that was nice.

Nachteile:

*Customer service shared that the [sensitive content hidden] didn't want to make some much-needed changes to the platform (adding time zone changes automatically if the client was in a different time zone from mine, which was one he denied). *You must be on the HIGHEST tier to get ONE-WAY calendar integration. *Price points are ridiculously high for what they offer. *The look and feel of the platform was antiquated.

Great for elevating teletherapy

Vorteile:

Everything is streamlined - from docs to reminders to appointments. I know exactly when I'm going to start a session and what to do before and after.

Nachteile:

Internet connection could be improved; sometimes video/audio is choppy.

Simple Practise Review

Kommentare: I found the admin side was too time consuming.
Some of the reports were lacking.
No cancelation emails are sent out to clients which is not good.

Vorteile:

As a new user i found Simple Practice easy to navigate. Its a good comprehensive tool for healthcare management offering many features. It has helpful customer service.

Nachteile:

The pricing is too high. The invoicing was not that good. Its not for company's its good for solo providers.

Good EMR

Vorteile:

Cheap, prescribing software is good as well

Nachteile:

Kept generating new windows between patient charts

Simple practice has been an efficient EHR

Kommentare: Overall it has been a great experience.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use. The calendar is straight forward. The videos are hippa compliant which is what most therapists look for. Everything is in one place which makes it great (notes, chart, intake, assessments, insurance codes, superbills)

Nachteile:

Sometimes the video doesn't work due to some cache that has to be cleared to use. Sometimes clients do not get the video link

Great app for tracking health

Vorteile:

So simple to track daily calories with a user-filled database of foods. It also had all my records from my doctor which was super helpful.

Nachteile:

I wish it meshed with other apps easily such as myfitnesspal

SimplePractice is an excellent source of communication with my provider

Vorteile:

The telemedicine appointments have been good quality, and it's a good place to store/complete documents, see upcoming appointments, and message with my provider.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a way for me to receive a text when my provider messages me on SimplePractice. I just don't seem to know when she does, so I have to keep checking back.

Once set up, Simple Practice was easy to use.

Nachteile:

It's difficult to get your company set up on the platform.

Efficient

Vorteile:

I liked the layout of the platform. Scheduling was easy.

Nachteile:

I feel there could have been more ease in documentation (i.e. short cuts, easy entry, etc.)

Great starter platform for a private practice

Vorteile:

The easy of easy and the ability to streamline the patient billing process with insurance

Nachteile:

None that I have at thing point with limited experience with the software
