Vorteile:
Easily used software and all around a great easy to read set up
Nachteile:
theres nothing really difficult about the software, the only thing is possibly the edit time option

Kommentare: 10 being excellent and 1 being poor. I would give a 9.0. Almost there on a scale of 1 to 10.
Vorteile:
Easy to access on my mobile, laptop and PC. HIGHLY convenient and effective.
Nachteile:
When it is time to print out my staff time sheets is a minute problem and ineffective. I like to save paper and time. One staff may have one side of the time sheet because of less punches than another staff has two pages. I have more than 21 staff. Literally, i have to pause and customized my printing pages 5 to 6 times, so I don't print a staff time sheets on a back of another staff's one page timesheet.

Buddy Punch is great!
Kommentare: It is a great way to easily track hours and share them with my employer for approval.
Vorteile:
Easy to have on my phone but not disrupt my work - and easy to make adjustments and add comments from my computer.
Nachteile:
It auto-punches a 30-minute unpaid break. With my job, I work hours where I get longer stretches without breaks and the auto setting is frustrating.

Time entry review
Kommentare: I have had no problems working with this to enter my time.
Vorteile:
Very intuitive. I was able to use it the first time without any training.
Nachteile:
When I add a new time entry, the calendar sometimes is off the bottom of the screen for the date I want. When I scroll down to get the date I need I need to I need to reset the entry box for it to work. The calendar should display above on the screen if it can't fit below.

Buddy Punch is Awesome
Kommentare: I use it on my phone to clock in and out. It keeps me signed in so I don’t take up much time having to put in a password.

Buddy Punch Review
Kommentare: Started using Buddy Punch in November of 2022 when I was Hired at Swift. I honestly like being able to login this way, see my entire week laid out in front of me- I just really like the ease of tracking my hours on Buddy Punch.
Vorteile:
I enjoy being able to clock in & out of my account with ease, easily fix any mistakes if I forget to clock out & make a note of it, etc.
Nachteile:
Everytime I login it always asks me for permission to use my camera. I do NOT like this & don't understand why it asks me this every. single. time I login. Very annoying.

Easy to use
Kommentare: Good system but i wonder if approval to login from several locations when users are restricted by IP address clock in can be implemented.
Vorteile:
It has more than one way to clock in. The pin option is easy to use and remember.
Nachteile:
There was one time where the hours were not displayed correctly for me but they were displayed correctly for my manager. This worried me.

As we have some technical issues with the geofence; it would be nice if the “punch in” interface was more like the “time entry” where you could punch in and out times for the week on one page without having to do it daily all technical

User Friendly
Kommentare: It easy and for a company with different divisions and multiple buildings it solves the issue of having an actual punch clock in one area. everyone can clock in from their work station.
Vorteile:
I like how easy it is to use and i can memo when i clock in and out. this allows me to let management know why i am clocking in or out outside of office hours.
Nachteile:
When you missed clocking in and have to edit your time it does not calculate that adjusted time. it sends a submittal for approval and you have to manually calculate the hours worked until its approved.
