We can run our entire Cosmetic production business for our brand and for our third-party customers from this application, at the exception of "formula" specific work (which is run by a specific professional cosmetic app). We can run from purchase order to CRM to Manufacturing Order and Plannification within one single app, and this is very powerful. The speed and reactivity of the SaaS platform is also great, which makes it very pleasant to use. It also let us being fully GMP compliant thanks to the traceability function which is critical for Cosmetics Manufacturing. > > **Nachteile**: Sometimes, some operations are quite repetitive like adding a file to many different items: manufacturing order, item with batch produced, inspection, ... But it's manageable. It also lacks a bit of ready made integration, like direct integration with several apps we'd like to use, or through connector. > > We are using MRPEasy as our Production management tool for all our cosmetics filling production, whereas it's for our own brand or for our customers. We also use it as our inventory management tool to process all our purchase orders, packaging consumptions during productions. We also use the CRM option to plan all our customer orders, and this is really brillant. Basically, it's our complete backbone for all production related tasks about managing our cosmetic production process. We can also have all the tracking on batch that is highly critical in cosmetic, and it enables us to be fully GMP compliant. I can only recommend MRPEasy as it is really one of the only tool we found out that is not only super powerful, but can be adapted to any type of manufacturing, with a very good quality/price ratio and plenty of features that are really useful.
