Vorteile:

Es hat einfach etwas, das sich humanistischer und einladender anfühlt. Der Umfrageprozess weniger langweilig und unterhaltsamer als bei anderen Programmen dieser Art. Es gibt eine Menge Software zum Erstellen von Formularen aber diese gefällt mir persönlichem am besten.

Nachteile:

Für meine Zwecke funktioniert die Software super.

Kommentare: I have an extensive experience with software from the times of start-up to today. I would like to mention a specific case where we used software for an academic extensive survey. During the days of the Pandemic, Typeform supported the community extensively by providing pro accounts to the researchers specific to COVID-19. With the help of Typeform we have collected 11k of feedback from academics about their perceptions on how COVID changed their teaching in higher education. Thanks to the Typeform we collected a massive data that is used extensively for academic articles in Turkey.

Vorteile:

As the title suggests, Typeform is for people who would like to ask opinions with style, rather than outdated web alternatives with boring designs. In social research, the first step to impress someone is to show them that the form or survey is specifically tailored to the user experience. With Typeform you can create this feeling from the introduction to the end of the survey. UI is very friendly and compatible with almost any device capable of web browsing. It is one of the true-responsive web applications out there. Not just user experience, but designing forms is also a breeze which provides new learners easy to control. Also for experienced form designing, logic system provides all the essential tools that one can possibly need.

Nachteile:

Apart from the all responsive nature of user interface. Designing and editing form is currently for desktop browsers. Ablility to transform surveys into exams or quizez with audit support may extend the functionality further.

I find Typeform's interface to be incredibly user-friendly, which adds to the visually appealing design of their surveys, forms, and quizzes. Nachteile:

From my experience as a Typeform user, I have not encountered any shortcomings with the platform. The combination of its user-friendly interface and conversational approach to survey questions make it an excellent choice for my survey campaigns. I highly recommend Typeform as a scalable and reliable survey-making platform to anyone looking for the best features for their surveys.

Didn’t have enough flexibility for me

Kommentare: It initially felt like it would be a great option to me, but started to feel limiting, which led to frustration for me and giving up on trying to use it.

Vorteile:

I liked the format used to build the form. It allowed for the format of the form to be visualized as you built it.

Nachteile:

I didn’t like that you couldn’t really customize the form but so much while using the free option. It also didn’t feel like I was able to easily locate a of the options available to me.

Typeform, an excellent way to understand our client's needs and increase the level of satisfaction.

Kommentare: Typeform generates the expected results from the beginning and without the need to start from scratch. We can use multiple predefined templates based on our needs and their use limitations are practically non-existent. The documentation on its use allows us to quickly learn how far we can go and the return on investment is very convenient for any information.The integrations with Hubspot, Google, Slack and many others make it a very useful product in corporate environments, in addition to having mechanisms to share information on our social networks.

Vorteile:

Typeform adapts to practically any need, in addition to integrating with many other software platforms, which makes it very useful in corporate environments.On the other hand, Typeform goes a little further than other similar tools, allowing branching and logical processing in the preparation of forms, this provides functionalities that segment surveys and questionnaires and reach more people with a single request for information. Additionally, it uses secure mechanisms to safeguard the information of our clients, leads or users, and all based on the fulfillment of particular needs, without requiring the development of code to obtain what companies need.

Nachteile:

Typeform is oriented to corporate environments with multiple needs, in addition to the fact that the integration mechanisms are constantly being expanded, favoring the correct treatment of data and the use of analytics, reporting and export, so that there are no barriers in the broad use of information. This works 100% for business plans, so its use in tests is limited and so, if we want to know more, we should dig into the existing usage documentation.

Amazing tool

I like that Typeform is an easy to use survey platform. It has a modern, interactive design that makes it easy for both the survey creators and respondents. The drag and drop feature makes it simple to create survey questions that are tailored to the user. Additionally, Typeform provides a wide range of options for customization, such as custom themes, images, and fonts. Typeform also provides an easy way to collect user data and insights with the data summary feature. The data summary feature allows you to analyze the results of your survey quickly and easily. Another feature I like is the ability to export data in a variety of formats, such as PDF, Excel, or CSV.

Nachteile:

I didn't appreciate having to buy a paid plan to get access to more features, and some of the more complex features were difficult to use and understand.

Increase your efficiency with Typeform

Kommentare: We used to use Google Forms, it was time consuming and there was little flexibility. And Typeform changed all of that.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Question branching and logic. Link customisation features, etc.

Nachteile:

The given image import layouts are very substandard.

A unique way to execute surveys.

Kommentare: Typeform is crucial for conducting surveys of varying sample sizes within my team. Typeform's conditional logic mapping and its chat-style presentation of survey questions has significantly increased interactivity of our surveys and ultimately resulted in greater engagement among survey respondents.

In the first part, I am amazed by the appealing design and themes of Typeform's survey templates. They showcase our surveys in an optimal way, as the visual appeal of a survey has a significant impact on its engagement rate. Typeform's design expertise surpasses others in this aspect. In the second part, I appreciate Typeform's strategy of displaying one survey question at a time in a conversational manner, resembling a dialogue rather than an interrogation. This approach eliminates a major pitfall in survey design and enhances the user's survey-taking experience.

Nachteile:

Typeform's survey security measures are inadequate in the current era of high bot activity on the internet, and this has affected the reliability of our survey data in the past. To ensure the accuracy and validity of the data collected through surveys, Typeform must implement robust authentication protocols.

Easy and good results

Kommentare: I need it for internal purposes, not for customers. The desing that I create is all that I need, I can configure and personalize my surveys, so my employees receive different templates every time. I can use pictures, fonts and effects which help me a lot for my final result. You don't need to have a big knowledge about programming to develop a good survey. Then, your results are very good reported and saved.

Vorteile:

The best that Typeform has is the user experience. You can desing your survey, apply different templantes and formats, try your survey, addapt it and test it before send it. The free version is very simple, but let you try the product and makes it familiar. Then you can get your subscription and apply more effects, desings and features.

Nachteile:

Maybe the free version is very very simple, but I undertand the subscription model. Once you have more features, the practice is very simple and the result is excelent.

I can see Typeform's place in cases, when more form customization is needed and surveys UI/UX is also important - in comparison to Google Forms

Nachteile:

It might be easier to use (also when I compare them with Google Forms) but I guess it is due to the more extensive functionalities.

An intuitive platform for creating and conducting surveys

Vorteile:

It's simple to develop custom forms and surveys thanks to the user-friendly interface. I value the drag-and-drop feature in particular because it makes it simple for me to add questions and alter the form's appearance. Kommentare: Typeforms are awesome! It's been really easy to use from the start and is extremely reliable when it comes to third-party integrations working smoothly without regular errors. It's easy to collaborate and manage with fellow team members and as a team, we love it. It has its shortcomings but with a few improvisations of extra fields and third-party integrations here and there, you can get the best out of Typeforms.

Vorteile:

What I like most is the opportunity to extremely personalize forms. You can do this with the data the user has just filled in or with data you have coming with from third-party apps, in my case Airtable. This gives you an opportunity to connect better with your lead and get a higher form completion rate.

Nachteile:

Typeform needs to expand its integration with Airtable. You can create forms within Typeforms from tables on AIrtable but it has shortcomings for me. I have my data stored in Airtable but it's not possible to bring all multi-select field types or linked records when creating a form. I can easily export the responses to Airtable and add missing records later, manually, but It would be much better if I could have all fields on the form as it is on Airtbale with linked records. Also, it's sustainable to keep doing this manually if you collect a lot of data.

Beautiful, online forms in a highly user-friendly format

Kommentare: Typeform has allowed me to present beautiful surveys to my clients so they can share their thoughts, opinions and needs. It's pleasant to use, both for me and for my clients, and it's fun and fresh in the design and style. I have also been able to get further insight into the data collected thanks to the Typeform analytics dashboard. It's great to have a tool I can use when I need to rapidly create and publish a survey and engage my customers in completing it! I can rely on its well-thought out features and analytics tools.

Vorteile:

I love how the forms work for the user: they're original, nice looking and highly functional. When someone fills out your questionnaire, they see each question individually. Once they answer it, they hit "enter" and they see the next question. The forms are very nice looking, with a good color scheme and font--it's definitely eye-catching and helps the user to focus on the question on the screen. Typeform looks professional and is an excellent way to gather information from your clients or anyone else you need to survey. It's also easy to create the survey itself and equally intuitive with its drag and drop style. The one-question-at-a-time format also helps to increase the number of completed forms, as it's not overwhelming, like a page of questions might be.

Nachteile:

The price is reasonable but definitely adds another cost to your business for a single service that could be replaced by a free product. It is, however, worth the price if you regularly use surveys in your business. For those who'd like to add a logo or other additional business-specific designs, Google Forms would be a better bet as Typeform's branding possibilities are minimal. For my business I think Typeform is ideal, presentation-wise, but I have thought about how it might look less professional depending on whom I'm surveying (for example, very formal or traditional clients).

Gründe für den Wechsel zu Typeform: The look of Survey Monkey is not as modern and timeless. It's also a little clunkier to use and re-organize surveys. Overall, Typeform is much more functional for entrepreneurs, particularly thanks to its powerhouse analytics tools. In that regard, Survey Monkey cannot compete, and this was the main reason I chose Typeform over Survey Monkey.

Great for almost everything. Beautiful forms

Kommentare: Fantastic survey tool. As far as lead capture/marketing use goes, it did a lot of things really nicely but came juuuuust short of being a truly all-in-one marketer's form software.

Vorteile:

Look and feel of finished forms was always top-notch. We find multi-step forms to perform much better so typeform's one question at a time worked great for most applications. logic was very easy to build, question type options allowed for a wide variety of forms to be built. Doesn't cost an arm and leg either. If using for surveys, the data from the insights is easy to use.

Nachteile:

Only 2 issues, 1 very small and 1 slightly limiting. First, I really wanted to have them fill out their address on one screen. This wasn't possible with the one-question pages which work for most things but make mailing addresses inconvenient and lengthy. Second and slightly more importantly, once you branch out of their hosted forms things weren't always as reliable. Thinks like pop-up features which are premium were ok but sometimes slow to load and not easy to deploy site-wide - you had to include code on every page you wanted something to appear. But if you can stick to embedding forms or the landing page hosted by typeform itself it works great. Oh and the Keap integration is weak. Any kind of custom fields or wanting to add more than one tag on form submission meant I had to go through Zapier which made extra work. Not awful but not ideal.

Typeform Review

Kommentare: I love Typeform. I love that it integrates with our CRM and how easy it is to create forms. They consistently make updates to improve the software and make it even better as a marketing tool for its users.

Vorteile:

Skip logic! Building forms with Typeform is almost like a game or a test because you have to think through situations and different paths people can go through filling out your form. The skip logic is crucial to having different pathways in one form for a custom experience.

Nachteile:

The matrix-type of question isn't as customizable as I wish it would be. I guess it serves a different purpose than I assumed.

Fresh Take on Better Surveys

Kommentare: Great. Makes the boring old survey chore, more of a fun choice. Allows us to be more creative and put out more engaging surveys with easier interfaces that result in improved completion rates. The back end is slick. The builder works. It is easy to implement conditional logic and the overall experience feels like an actual advancement over older software.

Vorteile:

After years of using older software, we gave Typeform a try. It is more engaging, more modern and has more user-friendly options when crafting internal and external surveys. Ease of set up is there, and it has great logic and intelligence behind the pretty interface.

Nachteile:

Not a lot to not like, however would like to see some additional analytics. This depends on your goal and purpose, as well as the way you set up the tool. However I would have liked to segment my inbound data slightly different. Not a deal breaker by any means,

Build form and survey with no coding

Kommentare: I my line of work, i need to use many form and survey to collect data from user and client to have the most current and precise data. Typeform help me to do it with easy and the report that can be generated from all the data collected help me to interprate the raw data better.

Vorteile:

Building a form and survey with Typeform is the most easy to do, as it is using a drag and drop graphical interface, and no coding involve while building it. It also has time estimation for user to complete the form or survey which help them to know how much time they needed to complete it.

Nachteile:

Using it with free plan has so much limitation to the tools that i can use to building the forms. I have upgrading to the premium account but not much advance tools in there that can compensate the cost for the premium plan. I hope they can add more feature and advance tools for the premium plan.

Typeform makes forms fun!

Kommentare: We love creating new forms and seeing how much fun we can make them. This is a great platform and is a must have!

Vorteile:

The customization and flow of forms makes forms more engaging and easier to complete. We have noticed more individuals filling out forms once we switched to Typeform due to the uniqueness and not overwhelming the individual with all the questions at once.

Nachteile:

There was a bit of a learning curve when creating new forms. Changing an existing template when you are creating a new form will alter any saved forms using that template. The system should send a notification informing you if you make changes it will change other forms using that template.

The best way to make forms

Typeform is one of the best tools we use on the commpany, its so easy and have a lot of options when is integrated with zapier

Nachteile:

For the moment, we don´t have any problem, maybe the only feature we ask for is to have a format question when cards numbers are captureted

Typeform's user friendly survey UI can also be limiting at times

Kommentare: I still use Typeform on a regular basis but it's ideal for short surveys. If you need to create longer, more complicated surveys, it's one question at a time UI can be limiting.

Vorteile:

Typeform's one question at a time UI probably feels the most friendly to survey takers. It breaks up the survey into easy steps so people don't feel overwhelmed seeing all of the questions at once. Their survey builder is fairly intuitive to use once you figure out all of the options that are there (some can be hard to find). It also has a very helpful integration with Google Sheets so you can see all of the replies there updated automatically. Typeform's logic jump feature (ability to take a respondent to another question based on how they answered one of the previous ones) is helpful as well.

Nachteile:

Typeform's one question at a time UI can also be limiting because sometimes, it makes more sense to ask a few questions together on one screen. For example, you may want to ask for someone's First name and Last name as separate questions, but Typeform would only show each question by themselves, on separate screens. Beyond the landing page if you choose to have one, there's no easy way to add your brand to the rest of the survey (example: your logo as a fixed header) without using backgrounds, which isn't ideal as your logo may look too big or small depending on the screen size and a question may appear on top of it. Typeform also changed their pricing recently so you can only remove their branding with the highest monthly tier. Their Powered by Typeform button stands out quite a bit because its background uses the font color your questions are in (typically dark).

The best form experience

Kommentare: My experience with Typeform has been great, everything that I thought I wanted to do was possible.

Vorteile:

Typeform is the best tool for creating forms that we have used so far. It creates the experience that we think is the better one for our users.

Nachteile:

There are too many features locked behind a paywall. Because of that, we end up using google forms even though it is worse.

I dislike that Typeform can be a bit too basic in its design and customization options. Additionally, the free version of Typeform is quite limited in terms of features, so if you want to get the most out of it, you may need to upgrade to a paid plan.

Best form site I've ever used.

Kommentare: Excellent site with innovative UX and great service overall. Can't live without it.

Vorteile:

I absolutely love Typeform. In my opinion, it's got the best User Experience overall. Its forms are customisable, but the best thing about it is the one-question-per-time structure. Specially great for long answers, although all kinds of answers work well. Also for when you, for some reason, don't want the person to peek into the other questions, or have some sort of "surprise" promo or something on one of the next questions. Also, the way the responses are shown makes it easy to find specific information. It's also got integration with Zapier to save you time, and offers many ready to use gorgeous templates.

Nachteile:

Only 10 (ten) questions on free mode. Getting only 100 responses is already bad enough. Come on, if you at least offered a plan between free and Pro, more people would get it (specially in countries w/ less 'powerful' exchange rates).

Creative online form

Vorteile:

Typeform offering the most beautiful and interactive online form that are easy to customized it to our satisfaction. It make the user engaging more with the form and giving them a unique and fun experience even when they are dealing with the business form.

Nachteile:

Typeform should always update and constantly adding more new template and design, so we can have more option when designing the form. Other than that, i have no other dissatisfaction with this software.

Modernizes the age-old online form filling experience

Kommentare: Overall my experience both as a creator of surveys on Typeform and someone taking the survey as a customer has always been net positive and have enjoyed the interface a lot.

Vorteile:

I like how Typeform essentially focuses a person on one question at a time. The shortcuts to toggle between questions and answer each question by pressing the enter key seems really intuitive for a mobile device experience obsessed world of today.

Nachteile:

I sometimes feel that the Typeform UI was slower when it moved from one question to the next. It goes away too fast to the next question. The speed of shuffling from one question to the following can be reduced so it doesn't alarm someone taking the survey or filling a live form.
