Kommentare: Eigentlich ziemlich gut. Funktioniert alles top und sieht auch mithilfe der Themes super aus.

Vorteile:

Der Kundensupport ist immer zur Stelle, wenn etwas mal im Webseiten Builder nicht so funktioniert oder wenn man etwas nicht versteht.

Nachteile:

Es ist leider ein bisschen teuer für kleine Unternehmer. Zudem ist es schade, dass man nicht im Kalender direkt sehen kann ob Produkte verfügbar sind oder nicht.

Vorteile:

Einfache und schnelle Buchung für Kunden. Der Kunde sieht jederzeit welche Maschinen verfügbar sind.

Nachteile:

Formulare sollte man besser an das eigene Layout anpassen können (benutze nur Vertrag und Lieferschein, ohne Rechnung). Bei Eingaben Preisstruktur ist das System langsam.

Kommentare: Would recommend. Although I had some initials issues with creating the site, the jargon and use of some features- I still find it to be a great program to for business use.

Vorteile:

I love the read made template for creating websites. I like the calendar feature and it allows me to add multiple rentals to my site with added videos and pictures

I don't feel as though the ease with creating my site was easy. Some of the features can be taken as complicated and should come in a more simpler form.

Great software to run your rental business

Kommentare: this operation is run by children with no managers at the helm - the operations they run are very subpar - the communication is the worst - not to be bragged about. I have asked to communicate with a manager or someone in charge and there is no such person...

Vorteile:

It seemed to be the solution to solving several time consuming tasks on my end.

Nachteile:

booqable now consumes all of my time trying to complete each task, each step of the way. no one is ever available from the company and they pass the puck to one another instead of solving or taking responsibility. no one to help when you need it - everyone shows up when you have no more time. this is not a company to be trusted

Highly flexible, intuitive and customer friendly

Kommentare: This is a solid platform that is fairly easy to learn. The UX is mostly intuitive and the value is impressive. I have a robust business and have yet to need tech support for anything. I do wish they didn’t make you pay for bundling or promo code issuance and management though. It’s a big price difference to go to Premium for these two features that I feel should be standard. Again this is an excellent product and I am very happy.

Vorteile:

Booqable allows me to manage the availability of my entire mix of equipment including buffer time between rental periods, periods during the week, month, or year I want to block an item from being rented, and when I want to block bookings when I am away on vacation. It has a lot of flexibility built into the back end so I can customize bookings, automate or manually send documents and a payment link, etc. It integrates pretty smoothly with my front end website hosting platform, and has been pretty glitch free. The price is fair and has been a big reason I haven’t looked anywhere else—Booqable has a lot of value built into its core offering. Again, it’s very flexible and inter-compatible with enough advanced tools that I cannot see why you’d need anything more.

Nachteile:

Booqable can be slow with loading inventory information or processing certain commands like file downloads or checking-ins. It has gotten better lately though. The app is limited in its abilities to make or complete payment related processes.

Best Rental Store with Outstanding Customer Support

Vorteile:

The platform is extremely user friendly on the customer side and back end. The fact that you can integrate Booqable into word press allows the for a complete customizable website and the best rental store that I have found. On top of all that, the customer service for support, [sensitive content hidden], in particular went above and beyond, answering every question and showing me how to work and operate the rental store to enhance the customer experience.

Nachteile:

I can honestly say that there is nothing I don't like about Booqable. I think any company that is in the rental industry should use booqable as their rental store.

A Really Great Reservations Platform for Everyone!

The website builder can be a little clunky at times, and the appearance of the website integration modules isn't as customizable as I'd like.

Kommentare: Love it! We look professional, we can manage our business, never over booking, the calendar syncs with our Google calendars so we can see at a glance what is up next. We are not bogged down with a system that requires a full time admin person to run it, its quick and easy. Its focusd on cloent orders and managing inventory ( in and out) and nothing else

Its easy to use, affordable, can be used for both rentals and sales plus can be used as onlinr store or linked with a website, it also has build in payment features such as stripe

Nachteile:

The system is geared for customer pickup, we deliver 95% of our orders, delivery fees are based on distance. We do not allow clients to book direct through an online platform because most of our inventory is delivery only, i wish there was a way to set up delivery with the system, it would save us a lot of back and forth with emails

Vorteile:

The all in one concept ! I use it for my inventory. I use it to gather information about my products. I set up an entire website with Booqable’s tools. Customer service is lightning fast, price is unbelievable. I would recommend it.

Nachteile:

Difficulties to upload videos online or fully customize my website. It seems hard to add down payments and deposits at the same times on my e-shop. And when searching through your inventory it would be great to see the prices and quantities and some statistics at the same time, on the first page without having to click on each product.

Kommentare: When i fisrt opened the account i thought was going to be a long extensive learning curve instead it ia very intuitive, instructions are clear and in combination with the videos. I could add all my inventory with all their details in a few hours. I love the web integration as well for my website. Works like intended. The fact that also has its own showcase website is fenomenal. You can actually design it. Let you use stripe as a payment service. And the final part i like is that keeps track of all my inventory activities, bookings, payments, customers and more. I like it very much. Thanks!

Vorteile:

Very intuitive. Very fast / responsive. Very orginized app.

Nachteile:

The Price for me as a startup is a little high. Should have levels of business revenue.

Amazing for the price

I love the amount of features that you got even at the entry-level price point. This was the perfect solution for our business to help keep track of our inventory.

Nachteile:

I wish there was more functionality in the phone app. I almost always have to pull up the website version to get access to everything I need to do. This feels strange for me because almost everything else about my business can be done via a phone applications.

Vorteile:

Very easy to build website from scratch. Stylish design. Fast, friendly support. Booqable ready to listen for advises, recommendations and needed additional features.

Nachteile:

Not enough of features for car rental service, but they promised to add them.

Kommentare: For now, despite a few limitations, I am very happy with the platform. I keep my fingers crossed that the submitted ideas will be implemented by the development team quickly, because there are quite a few of them :D

Vorteile:

Booqable is the best platform I could find at the moment for rental products at the market. Very intuitive platform, enabling independent service. Possibility to track status and history for each product separately. Great rental calendar and a system connected to it in the background, booking reserved products. Last but not least - Great support team!!! :)

Nachteile:

There are still many possibilities for the development of the platform. A milestone would be to build an integration mechanism that would allow simple connection via API with payment providers other than Stripe and with courier companies.

Awesome interface, easy set-up, user friendly

Vorteile:

At a glance, it just makes sense. The interface is easy to understand and navigate. Which in turn makes training staff to use it also very easy. The online booking integration adds a professional touch to the website and is easy to use. I love the automatic and integrated email templates. Another very professional touch to the customers experience. I send thank you emails with a google review link and it has boosted SEO enormously Organizing inventory is comprehensive and thorough. The development team is responsive to suggestions. Customer service is really amazing! They have answered a million emails from me over the years and I appreciate the team at Booqable, especially as a green business owner.

Nachteile:

I found the locations feature to lack in many ways. The 'locations' in the software were not very separate and having all the inventory and all reservations for both shops appear each day was very confusing. Separate log-ins and interfaces would have made much more sense for us, as inventory is not shared across our locations. The work around was to pay for a second account and build them unique to each shop, which is annoying but worth it for us. I dislike that there is not a maintenance feature. Being a bike shop, inventory goes down and I have to make pretend reservations or remove items from inventory. Having some kind of maintenance feature could be really useful our mechanics to track items in repair, share notes and timelines. Luckily we are not performing repairs at this time. If we were also a bike repair shop, we would likely have to go with a different platform.

Vorteile:

Booqable made it possible for us to launch our rental service in a very cost-efficient manner. It would not have been possible without them. Their system is very robust for the base functionaliteit of a rental system: booking, reservation and asset tracking over time. The website builder is very intuitive and you can really get great and professional results without getting into the technicalities. Also the existing links with external apps work very well. I'm particulary happy about the flexible payment and invoicing options provided by booqable and the collaboration with Stripe.

Nachteile:

While Booqable has proven to provide great value and support for launching our rental company, it's just not quite flexible enough in some regards. For example: delivery options are very limited, it's not possible to set article (or variant) specific rental periods, pop-ups for marketing actions or mailing list subscription is not possible when using the booqable website builder, neither is a chatbot. All not really business-critical, but would be nice to have.

Everything we needed!

Vorteile:

Before using Booqable, we used to have to handle our inventory management, booking/contract details and invoicing all manually. We spent a lot of time going back-and-forth with clients. Booqable has taken those tasks off our hands. It's a great platform where everything can be done in one place, efficiently.

Nachteile:

We used Booqable's website builder and didn't love it. It isn't as user-friendly as other platforms like Squarespace, but we managed to create our website with what it offered.

Kommentare: Horrible. The app is beyond basic and they promise so much without any delivery.

Hmm...their logo...and that's about it...

Nachteile:

Booqable is useless. They have minimal features and always promise to work on "adding more". If you want a booking app that is anything above the bare bones, look elsewhere. Coupon codes? Can't get them unless you're on their unfairly priced Pro Plan. Customization options for your rentals? Good luck. The kicker is that they enforce their extremely strict no-refund policy even when they have made errors. They unfairly charged me for an extra location (I'm a tiny business just starting out...definitely not more than one location) and will not budge on the $300 dollars they owe me for that. I switched to using IZY Rent through Shopify and I am MUCH happier with my experience. I wish I didn't have to learn the hard way and lose $600. It might not seem like a lot, but when you're running a small business, it's everything.

While Booqable offers many great features, I found that its pricing structure could be more transparent and flexible. The lack of detailed tutorials or guides for some advanced features was a bit challenging initially. Additionally, I encountered occasional glitches with the mobile app, which slightly hindered our on-the-go operations. Improving these areas would make the overall experience even better.
