It was going to be too expensive to do it through Dropbox, so I switched to DocuSign which was also easier to integrate with the Pipedrive. I forgot to cancel the subscription, so I emailed asking for a partial refund, but they refused. They saw how little I used it but they didnt care they wouldn't assist. What could have taken 5 hours to complete took from 4:00 pm on a Thursday to 10:00 am on Saturday to almost complete--I have one more to complete and have to wait a few hours because I've been blocked again. I missed the deadline. Support is also slow and useless. I reached out Thursday.
