Kommentare: Airtable ist ein leistungsstarkes Werkzeug für die mobile Entwicklung, trotz einiger kleiner Mängel. Es vereinfacht die Datenverwaltung und verbessert die Organisation meiner Projekte

Vorteile:

Airtable ist zu einem unverzichtbaren Werkzeug für die Verwaltung der Daten meiner mobilen Projekte geworden. Die Integration mit anderen Tools ist reibungslos und ich schätze die Flexibilität, die es für die Organisation meiner Datenbanken bietet

Nachteile:

Die tabellenartige Oberfläche kann manchmal in Bezug auf Funktionen und Formeln etwas eingeschränkt sein. Darüber hinaus erfordert der Zugriff auf einige erweiterte Funktionen ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement

Super um eigene kleine Tools zu bauen!

Vorteile:

Super, Tool um kleine Automatisierungssoftware selber zu bauen. Ich konnte innerhalb von 30 Min. ein eigenes Recruiting Tool bauen. Was mir deutlich die weitere Arbeitet erleichtert hat.

Nachteile:

Bedienbarkeit könnte noch etwas besser sein – mehr Integrationen wären toll!

A convenient spreadsheet-like database for your projects

Kommentare: I've used Airtable for many projects of mine mostly as my database. It's really convenient for small projects and the free tier is very generous.

Vorteile:

The user experience of Airtable is really great. You can easily navigate through the app and find what you want. Also, I love how easily you can create relations between tables. Also the API documentation is perfect.

Nachteile:

In the past versions of Airtable you could host assets (images etc.) in the cells and Airtable was providing a permanent URL for them. It seems that this features is gone now and I really miss it.

Project management made easy

Vorteile:

So easy to learn and to use. I also love the pricing

Nachteile:

So far so good, no issues at all. It is working well

Good Tool For Content Visualization

Kommentare: It is a good tool for visual learners, however I tend to prefer Trello in comparison

Kommentare: overall airtable helped our business grow exponentially not just because of its applications but it gave us the perspective about what database can do for a business and how simple it can be if we keep that way. we used it for our app database as well, and it just worked fine bit slow but good for beta version.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

One of the least best things about Airtable is its pricing. While there is a free plan, it has limitations on the number of records and storage space. The paid plans can become expensive, especially for larger teams or those with extensive data needs. AI plans are also overpriced.

Airtable- Good tool for managing content and marketing campaigns

Kommentare: Airtable helps me to manage my marketing campaigns along with managing content very easily. Also airtable has good drag and drop features.

Vorteile:

Airtable is very easy to use and very flexible. It is best for in which we can manage marketing campaigns and content calendars.

Nachteile:

In airtable when we required any extra storage or any advanced features then its pricing is on higher side.

They are providing the app development with low code which is really great for them who don't like coding that much

I love that Airtable has the flexibility of a spreadsheet with the power of a database. For instance, I used it to schedule a content calendar, connecting articles with deadlines, collaborators and status updates. Customizable views (grid, calendar, Kanban, etc.) allow you to visualize your data in multiple ways.

Nachteile:

For inexperienced users in databases, they may find it more difficult to use, learning curve might be lengthy especially for links and integrations, and pricing can be high (some users find this suits luxury teams well)

If a user doesn't have prior knowledge and training its gonna be a pretty steep learning curve.

The filtering is sometimes confusing but I still like having the option to filter

Kommentare: We use Airtable for tracking grants and as a CRM. It's a wonderful tool for sharing data across teams.

Excellent tool for sorting and tracking data

Nachteile:

It take a little learning to set up color coding for columns and moving rows.

Effective Record Management

Kommentare: Overall experience with Airtable has been excellent. Once a base has been built and records created, it provides quick and easy access to information. My uses have included home inventory, travel planning, and member/volunteer management.

Complex to set up but a delight to use

Kommentare: I have Airtable set up for a few specific functionalities, mostly tracking finances and my sales funnel. For the finances one, it was really tricky to get it set up, and I needed help. Once it was up though, I love how easy it is to use, and how it compiles data across the tables to give me the important data.

It's really hard to set up for more complex purposes

This is the cool brother of your office package

Kommentare: It has been extremely beneficial and we use it absolutely every day. There are drawbacks, for sure, but once you learn how to navigate it and use this tool, it will be game-changing.

Airtable feels like the cool brother of Office packages out there. It is great for keeping track of project statuses, or the status of work left undone. It also allows you to build forms that will populate the data in their version of spreadsheet, which is highly powerful and supports some cool features, such as complex relational data structures, that usually other competitors don't.

Nachteile:

There are a few downsides to Airtable. As a user, they could offer better reporting and analytics, this way our teams could better understand what is working and what could go better just by assessing data. Also, sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming to use its customisation options.

It allows you to organize all the information in a more efficient and orderly way in a database that can be accessed by all authorized members and thus everyone can work in a more connected way with an updated database, it is easy to access and the creation of applications within Airtable They are quick to create to put good use to the needs that are required.

Nachteile:

Its price seems a little expensive to me, it is the only thing that I feel that they exaggerate with its price because the rest of the operation is in perfect working order.

Great tool for nonprofit donation drive management

Kommentare: I managed a nonprofit social services program that took in tens of thousands of donations per year from the public. We needed a way to to organize different "drives" we were conducting and barrels or other resources we were allocating to different companies, school, churches, or other groups that were supporting us. Airtable was a highly powerful product that provided the blank slate we needed to customize to our particular needs and use case. It greatly enhanced our efficiency and visibility into this important part of our business.

Totally Worth It

Kommentare: Great experience using this app. Easy to collaborate with your team and really simple to use. The AI feature is also really neat. Helps bring out the creativity in everyone and definitely makes for more interesting and valuable projects.

Vorteile:

I enjoyed the ease of use for this software. The simplicity and design of the webpage is very pleasant. I liked how easy it was to collaborate with coworkers and manage projects together. All around a great app!

Nachteile:

The only thing is the limitations with the different plans that there are. Seems like once you upgrade, you have to give up some tools to get different ones. Other than that it is still great.
