Kein schlechtes Produkt, aber schlechter Service

Vorteile:

Installation und Bereitstellung sind gut umgesetzt.Auch das Branding hat sehr gut funktioniert.Stabilität war nie ein Problem

Nachteile:

Am schlimmsten ist der Service, wenn man ihn mal benötigt.Anfragen werden nicht beantwortet.Lizenzen laufen aus, ohne eine Erinnerung bzw. Rechnung zu erhalten.Erreichbarkeit mangelhaft.

Wir konnten leider kaum testen

Kommentare: Wir sind am Ende froh, dass sich dieser kleine Fehler eingeschlichen hat. Sonst hätten wir es erst zu spät gemerkt, dass AnyDesk eine Service-Wüste ist.

Vorteile:

AnyDesk lief bei uns überwiegend Stabil und konnte auch mit Computern mit schlechter Internetverbindung umgehen.

Nachteile:

Nach 2 Tagen haben sich die Pro Features verabschiedet obwohl die Testphase 14 Tage gehen sollte. Dann haben wir gemerkt, dass es bei AnyDesk keinerlei Kundenservice gibt. 2 Wochen lang haben wir versucht jemanden außerhalb des Vertriebs zu erreichen. Wir haben sogar ein Enterprise Angebot angefordert um darüber an jemanden ran zu kommen der uns helfen kann. Aber selbst das Angebot bzw. eine Rückmeldung vom Enterprise-Support haben wir bis heute nicht erhalten. Inzwischen sind es auch schon 3 Wochen. An der Software hat mir nur nicht gefallen, dass sich das Adressbuch nicht mit iOS-Geräten nutzen lässt.

Download geht aufgrund der doch geringen Größe schnell, Installation ohne Probleme. Das Wichtigste jedoch ist die unkomplizierte, einfache und schnelle Arbeit damit. Datensicherheit inklusive. Kurzum: Software für jede PC Grundausstattung

Nachteile:

Bisher gab es bei uns damit keine Probleme damit.

Mir gefällt an der Software das man von überall hierüber bei Problemen auf dem PC Hilfe von der eigenen IT Anfordern kann

Better than its competitors for personal use.

Kommentare: Overall my experience with AnyDesk has been positive so far and looking forward to use the same application for a while. It has catered all my needs so far and I have high hopes for the same from this application. Despite having some cons, it is easily one of the best application when comes to Remote Desktop Software applications.

Vorteile:

The ability to access my desktop from anywhere around the world via AnyDesk on my laptop comes in handy. AnyDesk also provides security features like encryption, authentication, and access controls to protect my remote desktop sessions which is one of the things I mostly like about it. Even the User interface is very neat and friendly plus when I first installed the application on my PC, it was very easy to set it up without any instructions or anything.

Nachteile:

I think this would be that its not free for commercial use like I generally have to use it for my own self but if in future I want to use it commercially maybe I'll have to look for other free tools or compare them with AnyDesk to see which one is cheaper and offers most amazing features in budget price segment. Other than that AnyDesk should also ensure authentication as some scammers from Bangalore use it to rob genuine people from abroad . The company should ban such accounts and monitor its authentic use.

Simply the best available

Kommentare: Its just excellent. I myself uses it on daily routine.It has make my work life so much better.

Vorteile:

There are so many things which makes Any desk better among all its peers .The first more thing is convenience and easy to use. You can connect as many devices as you can so easily without any problem. Rather than accessing one can even share data very easily through remote desktop.In recent time it has become the house hold name for every individual.

Nachteile:

The con i think will only be slightly high cost.

Anydesk is the awsome solution to remotely connect to devices(desktop, mobile)

Kommentare: It is a great tool for me i use it to connect with my clients and remotely access there PCs to install scripts and software in there machines and teach them how to use it and also do some troubleshooting in there computers

I like the fact that once i was got familiar with anydesk i then did not have to go anywhere else because i could use it for my mobile for laptop because it is available for mobiles too. and secondly like like all the basic and advance feature are there for example screen sharing, remote access, voice or chat etc etc

The anydesk is very very slow sometimes yes i know that sometimes there is a bad signals but still it needs to be optimized more

The unattended access feature is a also an amazing feature as it allows us to access and maintain remote servers and devices without the need for user intervention. It simplifies server maintenance, updates, and various essential tasks, ultimately saving us significant time and effort in managing applications on remote systems. The built-in file transfer capabilities is also highly beneficial for any work.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, the connection just drops without any error. If you have a slower internet, the interaction is going to lag quite a lot.

Kommentare: AnyDesk software despite of free version allowing only three devices at a go, with a paid version is easy to use and can support more that three devices.

Vorteile:

With AnyDesk, one can stay connected to a remote device for longer time which favors you and your team to achieve destined task or training which in return boost productivity and enhance long run of the business. It is also user friendly and saves on time.

Nachteile:

While using AnyDesk, you can experience low resolution devices this affects performance and lag due to device requirement.

Vorteile:

Incredibly simple to use and easily allows you to remote in to another computer. Feels very secure and allows an easy way to use your own computer elsewhere or remote in to someone else's for things like training or support.

Nachteile:

Sometimes connection can be spotty, but will obviously depend on Internet speeds.

Kommentare: as a basic tool is good, if you do not manage sensitive info while providing support since they can easily take the control back, but as general troubleshooting for basic issues it is really good.

Vorteile:

-With just a simple address and a password you can remotely support your users, -You can transfer files.

Nachteile:

-The user can easly disconnect you. -If it is not installed it can be bethersome to assist if it is completly remote.

Kommentare: Daily I use Anydesk for remote work because I am in Home Office. I also support clients with the software and even computers from the company where I work. I can access computers from anywhere at any time due to being multiplatform, operating via Windows, Linux and mobile. Anydesk is indispensable in my day-to-day.

Vorteile:

Anydesk is very easy to use software, allowing remote control of several computers at the same time. Very light and safe, facilitating support for customers, being possible to use the desktop and mobile version. Among the various features of the software, the following stand out: - Possibility of simultaneous access to several computers; - Secure access via authentication password; - Multiplatforms, being possible to run on Windows or Linux and mobile computers. - Minimum necessary accessible requirements; - Screen capture to identify problems; - File transference; The program perfectly complies with its proposal to be a fast and secure application.

Nachteile:

The only flawed point I notice is that the software allows remote control of the computer simultaneously by more than one application. In my opinion, this is not very safe, as it would allow for badly designed hacker control. For this possibility, there should be two-factor authentication to increase security, such as sending SMS or email. This is the only downside of the software.

Vorteile:

AnyDesk is easily accessible for download from their official website. It's quick to install on your desktop machine and takes no time at all to get up and running. Connecting to another device with AnyDesk installed is seamless. Mobile device versions of this software are available. Enabling you access to remote devices when you are not at a desktop machine or working stationary. The basic version of AnyDesk is free to use. This version provides many essential features. The Performance and Enterprise versions offer more powerful network and security features, unattended access for more devices, recording capabilities and branding options. You will need to pay for the upgraded versions of the software.

Nachteile:

The software does need further configuration to achieve a custom set-up. AnyDesk can require some advanced configuration, but this is solvable and you may need to check on the Internet for documented solutions. You may have to upgrade from the free version to the Performance version for the extra features.

Alternative to teamviewer that is up to the task

Kommentare: My experience in general with this software was quite good, except for a few small cases, it worked correctly and I let myself use it without time limitations as happens with the competition. The ability to reproduce sounds is very important in order to perform sound-related test validations. The interface felt complex but if we leave it configured for the end user, he will only have to open the program and let the rest do it for us. I recommend it

Vorteile:

It works quite well, it has the great option of being able to reproduce the sound of the machine to which we are connecting, an option that is not very seen in other similar software. It has a simple tool to connect since it does not require a password, only an ID and that the user on the other side accepts it, or not, depending on how the software is configured because it allows remote access without authorization with different variations. It is available in all operating systems.

Nachteile:

Although the interface is complete, it is not that clear and tends to make the end user dizzy with so many options. It would be interesting if menus can be reduced or see a "lite" version so that the user does not get dizzy. We suffered some lag problems in the connection that we did not suffer with other software, but in brief occasions.

AnyDesk is excellent for collaboration and remote assistance

Kommentare: With AnyDesk I can collaborate with work colleagues, in a stable and organized way, it allows us to do a recording session, in this way a video can be shared with other employees, this helps to save time, it is a very safe software since it has a password and Two-factor authentication, it is possible to use it on almost all platforms, the iOS version is easy to use and practical to monitor other devices remotely.

Vorteile:

I have used remote connection software since many years ago, and over time, some improve and others get worse, AnyDesk has been one of the ones that have improved the most over time. Its interface and tools are the things that stand out the most from the competition. What I like the most is the organized way its Dashboard is, since it shows the devices to which we have remote access, we can add the name we want to have a better order, I like that its connection is stable and fluid, it has Two-factor authentication, that's extra security that many of their competitors don't have.

Nachteile:

One detail that I don’t like is when the full screen is used to control other devices, the brightness of the screen gets brighter; even when we have the brightness to the minimum on our PC, it is somewhat annoying when you are in a place with low light.

Kommentare: To provide IT support, these types of programs are vitally necessary, and if their use is made easy, then most of the necessary setup work can be done quickly and with high quality.

Vorteile:

having most of the functionality needed for remote management, possibility to use free version (for non-commercial use), convenient and easy user interface, sufficiently stable operation.

Nachteile:

from time to time, during the installation of the program, there are situations where, for unclear reasons, it is not possible to connect to the AnyDesk network. A slightly disturbing situation when you need to quickly install the AnyDesk program

Cross-Platform Remote Desktop

Kommentare: Overall, AnyDesk is the one program I cannot live without. It exceeds all my needs and I would be lost without it.

Vorteile:

I wanted a remote desktop solution that would work on Windows, macOS, Linux, and Raspberry Pi and AnyDesk checks all those boxes and more. I use the remote access and file transfer features daily. I am able to access all my systems from a single computer and do everything I need. I am even able to remotely troubleshoot for my parents. The flexibility of systems makes AnyDesk the most-used program on my computer.

Nachteile:

I have really nothing negative to say about AnyDesk. I do wish some features were not behind a paywall or that the pricing system was a single payment rather than monthly. Those have more to do with the company than the software itself. The software does everything I need it to do and more.

Great Software for Remote support

Remote control is fast and easy, really easy to set-up, you can set your company logo and branding, everything is pretty easy, and everything can be configured from the admin page. All the feature you really need from a remote acces software, plus some cool feature, not seen in most software

Nachteile:

the auto-update feature does not work on a custom client, but if you have a deployment solution is pretty easy to deploy the new version

Best FREE solution for Remote Desktop Connection

Kommentare: Overall experience of using AnyDesk is really good to me and its the best "FREE" alternative for remote desktop connection software. Data consumption also very low and its very user friendly software.

Vorteile:

Anydesk is a user friendly remote desktop connection software and it outruns major "paid" remote desktop connection software in many ways. User can connect with a remote desktop in hassle free way . It also gives file transfer between two desktops and not only that it gives many features like Privacy mode, Clipboard and many useful features. Lastly data consumption is very low comparing other remote connection apps.

Nachteile:

When we come into cons Anydesk and good internet connection is a must factor. If you having a bad internet connection it causes lag on remote computer and you are not able to work properly. But you can drop image quality and continue on your work.

Good Software, Horrific Customer Support, Greedy Cancellation Policy!!!!!!

Kommentare: Since they do not have a direct line to their billing department, I called their sales department and was told to make a ticket. Eventually (now months after my initial email) I got a response telling me that because I didn't let them know 3 MONTHS prior to the renewal date that I wanted to cancel that I had to pay the bill and couldn't cancel until the following year!
I asked them to be flexible since I had waited forever for them to actually respond to me (never were my [email protected] emails ever directly responded to). A week or two later I would get a response back basically saying nope - I owe them money. They new I wasn't using the software for the months of trying to get them to answer and clarification. Instead of showing some sense of flexibility with their lack of response (which if I heard back from them in time would have given me time to cancel my other software and pay them and use their software).
As a customer, they want me to be fine with them taking an unreasonably long time to respond to billing questions, yet as a company they are incredibly rigid and not willing to show any flexibility with customers - especially as we try and come out of a pandemic!
While it is in their terms and conditions, requiring 3 months notice to cancel a renewal prior to the renewal date to me is incredibly unreasonable. Who is thinking 3 months before you have a renewal if you will renew or not? To me this is a policy to purposefully trap customers.

Vorteile:

The software, for the most part works well and was easy for clients to be able to use. The branding was a nice feature.

Nachteile:

Once in awhile certain functions like copy and paste wouldn't work - this was more of a rare occurrence though. Biggest "con" has been in dealing with the company. I used a paid version of the software for a year. I enjoyed it, but when it came time for my renewal I figured I would see what else was out there - always with the plan to come back to AnyDesk if I didn't like alternatives. That is where AnyDesk's true colors came out. First, there is no autopay (or at least none that was set up). So when they sent me an invoice at renewal time I had figured, my account would auto cancel if I didn't pay for it (this was my misunderstanding and I own up to that part). I stopped using the software as I started using another and had a 40 Day window that I could get a refund on that. I then received a billing email from AnyDesk with the line to contact their billing department at [email protected] if I had any questions. I sent them an email explaining that I was trying a different software and to please cancel my account. I heard nothing back. a few weeks go by and I get another billing email, so I sent them another message. Nothing. Another email comes, so at this point I am a little ticked, so I send another message stating I have asked them twice to cancel my account and to please stop harassing me. Then I get a letter in the mail saying they were going to put me into collections if I didn't pay. (continued below)

Anydesk- Professional and Efficient Remote Desktop Control Tool

Vorteile:

-Anydesk is one of the best softwares which can be used to access desktops or even mobiles remotely. It is thus an effective and useful tool for working from home thus saving time & travel . -Easy to install and use -Free version and paid versions are available. Paid version is not too expensive. -Connection can be established fast and there is no time limit for the session usage -If we want to access any desktop remotely ; we need to send a request and any person at the other end should accept this request in the desktop in order to establish a connection and start screen sharing. Automatic connection by just entering a simple password is also possible by changing the security settings. - This software helps IT people to check and resolve PC issues remotely which is a great feature . Hence the overall experience is outstanding .

Nachteile:

There are numerous pros and hardly any cons to be specially mentioned. We just need to take care of following points: -Sometimes , the session gets disconnected due to low connectivity and once the connection becomes stable ; automatic connection is not established. We need to manually connect again. -There are chances of misuse and hacking are if we move away without disconnecting the established connection. So we need to be careful. -While accessing your office PC remotely using Anydesk, the window may seem to look smaller and difficult to work with. The screen resolution and settings needs to be adjusted to solve this .
