I also liked that you could customize it to fit what your team actually needed instead of being stuck with a one-size-fits-all setup. The real-time updates were helpful too, especially for keeping track of issues and staying on top of work. Overall, it just made managing things feel more organized and less stressful.

There were a lot of features and options, which was great in the long run, but at the beginning it sometimes felt like too much all at once. I also noticed that certain parts of the system didn’t feel as smooth or intuitive as others, so you had to click around a bit to find what you needed. Once you got used to it, it was manageable, but the learning curve could be frustrating at first.
