Training could be improved but that is most likely a concern for the organization rather than a software issue. They said it would be compatible with our P-Touch printers and years later it still isn't compatible. They've asked to charge us thousands of dollars to add features that they said they already had before we bought the product. When we ask about new features it seems like they don't even understand our requests. I once sent them step-by-step instructions on how to add a web-hook to their API and they couldn't even manage that. Everyone in the company has consistently had this type of experience with them for the last three years. Nothing works like it should. Everything requires a workaround, and sometimes a good workaround isn't even possible. They're paying me full time to write custom scripts to add features via their API because that's the only option we have. We can't make add-ons/extensions/plugins to add our own features, and they're apparently not competent enough to add the features we need even if we hold their hand and guide them through it. > > Terrible customer support. Terrible documentation. Software is buggy, and it seems like their turnover rate is high enough that some important questions cannot be answered. The software is rigid, and if it doesn't fit your need, you're just out of luck.
