One quote/ship platform with a shared history (of quotes and shipments), and which allowed us to add additional carrier and 3PL accounts into the bidding competition, with no additional per-quote overhead.

> **Nachteile**: Every now and then there are a few quirks. Most often these are remedied by telling the user to log out of the portal, and log back in.
> 
> FreightPOP has helped us to reduce workload and reduce shipping costs while improving scalability and visibility. Through nearly two years of service, we have seen constant development and improvement, and support is very responsive. We have even seen feature requests turn into live features just a few weeks later.
