Radical Tradify

Kommentare: Really helpful. Gave me an extended free trial period. Are very fast to call back wroth over the phone support. I'm not moving any time soon. Love this tooll and the company.

Vorteile:

Yes a great tool. I use it daily to quote and invoice my jobs as a Data Cabler. T connects with my suppliersso my invoices are costed correctly. I'm a happy camper. The mobile app is 100%functional. So I can invoice customers on the job if I need to and take payment via credit card via stripe. Easy.

Nachteile:

It's a pretty gripe but they are in new Zealand so that's an issue I suppose. Since I'm an Aussie. Lol.

Island Electrics Ltd - How Tradify is helping the company to keep moving forward!

Kommentare: As stated Tradify is really aiding us to push the company forward and progress to where we want it to be, the guys on jobs like the fact that its there on there phones/smart devices meaning that timesheets don't need to be submitted at the end of the week as it previously was. The integrated invoicing system is really good as well. On the whole Island Electrics Ltd are very happy with Tradify

Vorteile:

The fact that its there on everyone's smart phones/devices. Its instant in terms of updating tasks/jobs

Nachteile:

The software is amazing and continues to help push the company forward, however we do feel that the reports that are included in the software aren't what we use on a daily,weekly or monthly basis. Also the software slows up on big jobs which is frustrating.

Fairly Easy to use, some good features, requires more development

Vorteile:

Saves time quoting and invoicing, layout of invoice looks good, the app is easy to use so the guys in the field don't struggle with how to use it.

Nachteile:

when sending emails from tradify the invoices at the bottom say sent from Tradify, i get that its a bit of free advertising for Tradify but I think it looks unprofessional from our point of view, you can download invoices and documents and send your usual way but that does take longer. Doesn't get updated very regularly I used a competitors software for a while (doesnt integrate with MYOB essentials which is why i stopped) and they did regular improvements every month. doesn't integrate with other calendar programs like google calendar. kits which i like where you basically put together regular things that you do ie install a double Power point, but you cant do this on invoices. Pages on the app do take a long time to load and a big downfall no offline access to the app.

Tradify - small review from a HVAC tech prospective

Kommentare: biggest problem tradufy has solved is time management and reminders in the schedule and being able to link jobs to the schedule is great.

Vorteile:

i love the quote and invoice templates and how easy it is to send off to an email of a phone number which makes it easy to kindly remind customer to pay their bill.

Nachteile:

- would be nice to be able to combine multiple invoices into one invoice but chance I just don't know how to do it. - weekly schedule would be easier if it was in a tile form similar to apple calander to display the week ahead and jobs in each day.

Ease of use, Value for money

Kommentare: Overall it is a great product, with all the features I required, at an affordable price.

Vorteile:

Ease of job tracking, notes feature is great, quoting, invoicing, its all straight forward

Nachteile:

Would be nice for it to be able to save when out of reception and update itself when you get back into reception

Tradify

Kommentare: We have loved using Tradify and have had a great experience with the team. Tech support is great too!

Vorteile:

Tradify is an easy to use all in one software for small to medium size companies. We found it quick and easy to learn and most things are self explanatory to figure out.

Nachteile:

The scheduler gets very busy when you get past a certain number of employees making it harder to see the workloads at a glance. However, you can use filters to view the day another way to see what's going on day by day.

Job Service Management and Quoting

Kommentare: Brilliant love it

Vorteile:

ITs easy to use, integrates with Xero, easy to add materials to your catalogue through supplier CSV files

Nachteile:

Id like to see future expansion on the service reports and being able to attach a image next to each task you have completed.

Great product

Kommentare: Simple quotes, easy invoicing

Vorteile:

The ease of quoting and flexibility of use and the easy integration into my accounting software

Nachteile:

Few small glitches as I work through the different areas but I have found help is always available.

Vorteile:

The product is a very simple format, easy to use and understand. Easy to log and enter details

Nachteile:

More control of reminder emails re open approved documents in case of mistakes or amendments

A very useful job management platform

Vorteile:

The system helps us increase our performance and productivity. We we're able to do other tasks with its time saving feature. Overall, a great help in managing our business operations and the system is worth the price.

Nachteile:

No cons, so far as the platform is doing the job that we need.

Why does it need a title.

Kommentare: I am using it to try get myself organised, I have found myself being more organised since starting using the software, just need to make it a habit to use it constantly at each job instead of thinking, I will input that later.

Vorteile:

I really am still in the very early stages of learning the ins and outs of it.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to receive alerts on my phone for jobs or appointments. The software allows me to double book my time, which seems strange, if I try to schedule an appointment that overlaps an already scheduled appointment, it should alert me, and not allow it. Perhaps this one, is something I am doing wrong, but If i make a kit, and want it at a certain billing rate, it always appears in my quote as the Standard billing rate.

A value for money system that will cut your hours in the office and streamlines your business

Kommentare: When i first started I thought is was a bit of a gimmick, however it is far from it, I have been using tradify for about 2 years now and i can tell you that it has cut my office time down by 70%. I now quote at the customs house in front of them and give them a quote there and then, i then can book them in to do the work at the same time. my teem gets there purchases order descriptions work and where and when at the same time ( no doing quotes at midnight). I can track my teem and alter items on site. I use this to my advantage as it is a great selling tool, customers do not like waiting for quotes and the speed you can do all this show that you are on the ball and a professional. My competition does not stand a chance.
I can be a little non user friendly to start with but keep persisting as it will pay off.

Vorteile:

Cuts all the office crap you have to deal with at the end of the day

Nachteile:

i is a bit hard to find features on the system and can be a little bit annoying to work around the sight

Happy Plumber

Kommentare: We run 12 staff and up to 60 sites a day. Its great to use simple to follow. The staff had it nailed in 2-3 days.

Vorteile:

Web based booking system that talks to my accountancy package simply and efficiently suitable for all phones with browsers. Its been very stable as opposed to other more complex and difficult systems we have used in the past. Has all the reports and features needed to work out productivity and cost tracking per job/ profitability. The added bonus is the cost!!! I saved approximately $650 per month switching to this product.

Nachteile:

not a lot really.

Would Recommend to anyone looking to take their business to the next level

Kommentare: We have had a great amount of success with Tradify not only with scheduling but and increase in efficiency across the board.

Vorteile:

Being able to see all our staffs movements and schedule at a glance offers a great amount of flexibility to rearrange jobs at short notice. Quoting jobs quickly with the use of Kits has dramatically decreased our turn around time for our tenders.

Nachteile:

I would love the ability to review a quote total breakdown with labor and materials made an option. Especially when using kits I havnt found an option to view a report of labor and materials prior to sending it out.

Fantastic! I couldn't work without it.

Vorteile:

I like the user interface and the ability to totally manage a job. Being a sole trader I can quote, time track, and invoice quickly and easily. I can see it's potential for multi staff job assignments.

Nachteile:

No offline functionality. I would love to be able to use this without data coverage in the field and then have it sync with the server. This also affects the speed of usage if I am in a weak mobile signal area.

Highly recommend!

I found this software very easy to use with managing multiple jobs and creating quotes.

Nachteile:

I have yet to find any cons with this software!

Could not survive without this software!!

Organize your time better, and your staff!

Kommentare: Wow what a change, being able to book jobs, and track there progress, its just great. Also being able to see how many hours a staff member has charged out invaluable.

Vorteile:

The ease of us being able to log on from any device and check clients phone no's while out on the road and track the progress of the job, and to be able to check staff locations just fantastic.

Nachteile:

Nothing really its all good, if I had to say what do I like least its probably the fact it costs me money, would I cancel it to save me the money no way! We all love it!

Great software that helps me manage my business from anywhere

Kommentare: I really like this product, we were looking for a basic job tracking piece of software, and this perfectly answered all of my criteira. I'm not even a trade business, we are a design studio. But it really provides all that I need so am very happy to continue using it.

Vorteile:

Easy to find jobs, Easy to search through work. I can see the status of jobs quickly, can add in notes and additional information. Great tracking system of time spent, who did what and where we are up to. It also speaks to MYOB.

Nachteile:

Nothing, it's all good.

Tradify with Commercial HVAC

The ease the use. The compatibility with other platforms. It’s ease to interstate with other users

I am satisfied with the product. It suits my business w I can expand.

Kommentare: I can run my entire company through Tradify. From customer creation, to job programming to scheduling all the way to invoicing. It does it all.

Vorteile:

Its easy to use. Everything I need is all there. I can create jobs, customers, quotes and invoices all on the one system.

the right tools for the job !

Kommentare: We have ben using Tradify for a while now, we find it a very useful tool to manage all our staff, assets and multiple job sites each and every day.
The system allows us to track exact costs of each job at any time, and makes sure all materials and time is charged to the right job.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, very user friendly by giving each team an Ipad they can self manage their own jobs and purchases, whilst allowing management to see what's happening.

Nachteile:

There are a few features we would love to see, but in saying that we have over time talked to the team at tradify and a few of our wish list items have started to appear.

I've been using Tradify for 18 months now and have found it to be very good for my business.

Vorteile:

Tradify integrates well with Xero and does exactly what I need out of the software. I have staff members out on the road and find that I have a lot less paper work to deal with at the end of the day.

Nachteile:

It does have a couple of bugs but nothing too serious and they are always doing work to improve and take suggestions seriously.

Our first 3 months with Tradify

Kommentare: We have been very pleased with our experience with Tradify so far.
We find the system easy to get around and are enjoying using the features we had not been able to use with our previous system.

Vorteile:

- Tradify is very easy to use. - We can attach PDF forms and photos to our jobs making getting information to our Technicians much easier. - With the reoccurring jobs you can also set up the reoccurring invoices that correspond with them.

Nachteile:

1. Can't attached building plans to reoccurring jobs so they stay on file. 2. You cannot control the invoice reminders when they go out. Clients get a bit upset when you send them too many.

It has really suportted our grow in business, best thing that has happened for us re systems

Kommentare: Time saver, peace of mind that it works well and easy, cost savings, easy access to your info, real value for money

Vorteile:

It is the way it has been easy to fit into how we do business with regard to become less relayant on paper every where. Each client with each job has made it easy. Also that it links striaght into MYOB is a real plus.
