Kommentare: Ich verwende Zoom regelmäßig um eintätige Webinare durchzuführen und bin mit der App absolut zufrieden. Ich benötige dabei keine fancy features, sondern eine stabile Bild- und Tonqualität – genau das bietet Zoom.

Vorteile:

Zoom ist aus meiner Sicht die ideale Plattform für die Durchführung von Webinaren. Besonders schätze ich die hohe Zuverlässigkeit. Wir führen häufig eintätige Webinare durch und haben den ganzen Tag über keinerlei Probleme mit der Plattform. Die Qualität der Video- und Audioübertragung ist durchgehend hoch. Gut gefällt mir, dass man im Unterschied zu Microsoft Teams nicht nur den gesamten Bildschirm oder eine App, sondern auch einen frei wählbaren Bildschirmbereich teilen kann. Das ist im Alltag super praktisch, wenn man etwa die Powerpoint-Slides aber nicht die Foliennotizen teilen möchte.

Nachteile:

Die Benutzeroberfläche für die Teilnehmenden könnte noch etwas intuitiver aufgebaut werden. Praktisch wäre es, wenn man vordefinierte Videos per Klick teilen könnte (etwa Videos für die Pausenzeit o.ä.).

Beste Webinare Software

Kommentare: Für mich die Beste Form für Live Meetings. Weil man hier alles so machen kann, als wäre man mit seinen Kunden in einer Halle oder Seminarraum

Vorteile:

Ich nutze Zoom schon mehr als 2 Jahre. Früher hatte ich die kostenlose Version, doch mit der Zeit habe ich Upgegradet. Ich fand es toll das man auch kostenlos Meetings bis zu 45 Minuten machen konnte. So wurde ich mit dem Programm vertraut

Nachteile:

Anfangs hatte ich Probleme alles zu finden z. B Den Breakout Room

Top Tool

Kommentare: Top Tool ,leicht in der Handhabung. Auch mit mehreren Nutzbar. Bildschirm teilen ist eine super Möglichkeit.

Vorteile:

Dieses Tool nutze ich häufig um in Kontakt zu treten mit Kunden und Partnern. Sie ist leicht zu nutzen und einfach in der Handhabung.

Nachteile:

Finde jetzt keine Nachteile und bin mega begeistert vom Tool

Extrem schlechter Kundenservice

Vorteile:

Nichts ist überragend - alles ist vergleichbar mit ähnlicher Software

Nachteile:

Ich habe Probleme, weil durch das Ändern meiner Mail-Adresse fehlerhaft ein zweites Konto erstellt wurde. Nun komme ich weder auf mein altes kostenpflichtiges Konto, noch kann ich das neue falsche Konto wieder löschen - beide Konten blockieren sich gegenseitig. Für dieses Problem gibt es nun keinerlei Support, man wird lediglich mit FAQs oder chatbots abgespeist, die KEINE Lösung meines Problems enthalten. Ich brauche einen telefonischen oder Mail-Support mit einer realen Person, die mein Problem beheben kann.

Its been really helpful and its a good communication platform

Kommentare: Its been amazing so far, had a reasonable number of job trainings via Zoom.

Vorteile:

It's host so many persons in a single meeting, its has beautiful features where you can choose to send a private message to just one person or the entire participants in meeting, it breaks the barrier of location as people in different locations can actually have their meetings or training via Zoom,

Nachteile:

In most cases you need the permission of the host to record meetings.

A tool made for large events

Kommentare: Overall its the only tool with tons of features which are very helpful during large events webinars. The hight quality streaming and the recent privacy control is admirable. The training program need little extra details which should cover the admin panel setting is details. Apart from this everything is smooth and easy to run.

Vorteile:

The zoom matric tool has the best option, and it help track Realtime engagements. The high-quality visual streaming and a complete control of the feature within the app is excellence.

Nachteile:

Only one feature which I find difficult is the screen and admin setting features. There are every less details mention within the app about the tool settings which often leads to confusions.

Powerful meeting platform with lot of meeting controls.

Kommentare: It is good altogether just security concerns. The streaming quality and meeting provision is instantaneous. Free version has 45 min of meet time only.

Vorteile:

The meeting platform has a support and great compatibility across devices and OS. Be it browser or application base i have used the service without any compatibility issue.Streaming quality is good

Nachteile:

UI is not friendly and too busy. Mic glitch is evident sometimes. Working in cyber security domain we are concerned about its access control feature.

Zoom - a great platform for your streaming needs

Kommentare: Overall the system is very easy to use, it has a lot of features that can very easily be overlooked that are actually quite powerful, but can be a game changer

Vorteile:

It is a very stable platform, and can be integrated into our streaming software, vMix very easily

Nachteile:

The way that you setup Webinars is not very intuitive, you select a start time, and you have to state how many hours your event is, very few people think in this way and will generally have a start and end time.

Simple but Effective

Kommentare: My overall experience with Zoom has been positive. It is not a super complex product but I think that was intentional to #1 make it available to a wide audience and #2 hope the code would be simple enough that it wouldn't experience too many glitches

Vorteile:

What I liked most about Zoom was how user-friendly it was and how you did not have to be a tech nerd to understand how to use it.

Nachteile:

Zoom often did not have great video quality. There would be lags and sometimes dropped calls/videos.

Universal Connection

Kommentare: I use zoom regularly at work to teach online classes. Zoom was essential to stay connected personally and professionally during the pandemic.

Vorteile:

Easy to use. Connects people. Accessible on any computer. No cost.

Nachteile:

Times out and limited number of participants

Zoom has stayed the course.

Kommentare: Our overall experience with Zoom Events as a paying yearly customer is satisfactory. When they boomed during the pandemic the challenges was not seen or exploited by other. They adjusted well and improved on so many additions to the Zoom experience.

Vorteile:

What we like most is the ease of use when setting up an event.

Nachteile:

The Zoom events has room for improvement, but the technology probably has to catch up with their need. It has most of the tools and apps to assist it. We have not used Webinars as of yet, so there is no least or most.

Webinar hosting and online trainings

Kommentare: Great tool to host webinars, trainings and host live calls for my online group programme.

Vorteile:

Easy to use. Fast and great tools to stream music.

Nachteile:

The add on cost is higher than i eould like compared to other products on the market.

Professional and good branding. Comfortable to use.

Kommentare: I liked it, has alot of features and pricings. Our company was expecting a small attendees and we were able to get a good pricing.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use and hides the attendees from each other, which is good for the enterprise as it can hide competitors from each other.

Nachteile:

People have to download the app for a better experience which can make attendees a bit discouraged to attend the webinar

Kommentare: Overall, the Zoom does its functions and it serves it purpose. It connects people online through online events and webinars. It also has some improvements and it integrates some AI which is a good thing.

Vorteile:

The zoom has user friendly interface because it uses easy to identify buttons. The buttons has a good presentation of its function. It allows interaction which is a good feature of an online platform. It has customizable settings for the host so that they can manage the meeting according to their needs.

Nachteile:

One of the problems I encountered in Zoom is when I tried to use the application on MacBook. It asked me to update the app but I when I was done updating it, it has an error. I ended up joining the meeting in a browser.

Vorteile:

Zoom event s and webinars brings the great quality of the Zoom online meeting platform and combines it with scheduling and webinar capabilities offering marketers and online educators and webinar publishers a great platform to run their ongoing webinar series allowing them to plan and promote webinars several months in advance.

Nachteile:

I believe the event scheduling system can still be improved.

Pros and Cons of Zoom Meet

Kommentare: I really appreciate with the advancement in technology especially in Zoom Meeting since it allows meeting in long distance even just from your home, no distance barrier makes it a highlight point.

Vorteile:

As a teacher, I am able to conduct my teaching lesson with higher efficiency with my lovely students. Besides that, Zoom enables me to share screen during my lessons and enable my students to see the screen and shared materials crystal-clear. Plus, it provides better microphone so that my sound can be heard clearly.

Nachteile:

Some of the features is premium, so need to purchase, but mostly do not.

The most reliable tool for my meetings

What I've liked the most is how easy was to use it.

Nachteile:

The cost. May be the cost could be a little lower.

Kommentare: My Overall Zoom experience is firstly joining in on a meeting that will soon accomplish something sensational while seeing so many faces on the screen. Zoom Events and webinars are very informative and educational gives you great creative entertainment in a positive light. Positive individuals planning to make a difference and build a better foundation in all circumstances and categories. Its a great form of togetherness and I think of Zoom as a form of positive intuitive strength.

Vorteile:

Zoom Events are very exciting and creative you get to see the actual progress of a particular project or event you have been planning. Its a concise structure of abilities and capabilities building together as a team player.

Nachteile:

What I would say about most zooms webinars are a slight bit timely the plus side is all the great information positive impacts on self awareness and self confidence the endless opportunities that approach once in attendance of an event and all the motivational speakers, teachers, listeners and thinkers together in one setting. Time is all we need to become successful.

Awesome in every way

Excellent Application for meeting orWebinar

Vorteile:

Zoom Application is very useful for my work meeting and online learning. I use zoom 4 times or 5 times a week. At the time of COVID19 we make a meeting with zoom. It it simple GUI, easy to use, whiteboard feature, Notes, audio and video call quality, layout and options is perfect. We can create presentation with whiteboard and make any others thing together over zoom meeting. Auto caption featue is the best for me because when we have a meeting or online learning with foreign person. It is very useful for me.

Nachteile:

I don't have about zoom events and webinars. It is very useful application. I wish zoom will upgrade the best feature for clients in the feature.

The Great Zoom

Kommentare: Overall a completely positive experience. It is set up to make sure that you can remember and make the Zoom meetings.

Vorteile:

Everything is laid out for easy access and organization. You put the information in and Zoom send links and reminders. The subject, date and time is included and the option to add it to your calendar.

Nachteile:

Sometimes you have trouble with the link working, or lose access to the webinar.

How is zoom meetings helping us?

Kommentare: My overall experience with zoom was quite satisfying but still the app should improve its issue and fix bugs asap.

Vorteile:

It has many features like integration of other apps, multiple hosts,file & screen sharing, meeting recording, whiteboard etc which I like most about zoom.

Nachteile:

It is easy to use but sometimes it becomes messy and it has only 40 minutes of meeting time and it has freezing and crash issues .

Efficiency and practical
