Vorteile:

Bei ELEVEL sind wir vollkommen von ClickMeeting überzeugt. Diese Plattform ist ein wahrer Segen für unsere digitalen Bildungsangebote. Die intuitive Bedienbarkeit und die Vielseitigkeit der Funktionen machen sie zum idealen Werkzeug für unsere Online-Seminare. Egal, ob für kleine Gruppen oder umfangreiche Präsentationen, ClickMeeting liefert durchweg hervorragende Leistungen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Interaktivitätsfunktionen, die eine Echtzeit-Interaktion mit unseren Usern ermöglichen und so den Lernprozess dynamischer und effektiver gestalten.

Nachteile:

Bis zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt haben wir keine Dinge an ClickMeeting auszusetzen.

Empfehlenswerte Plattform für individuellen Online-Unterricht

Kommentare: Die ClickMeeting-Plattform überzeugt durch intuitive Bedienbarkeit sowohl im Backend - also in der Organisation und Planung der Treffen, als auch im praktischen Unterrichtseinsatz. Das macht ClickMeeting für uns seit vielen Jahren zur ersten Wahl.

Vorteile:

Mir gefällt die intuitive Bedienbarkeit der Plattform. Benötigte Unterrichtsmaterialien können vorab im Webinarraum vorbereitet werden. Die Klassenzimmer-Tools sind sehr übersichtlich angeordnet und während des Unterrichts jederzeit schnell und flexibel einsetzbar.Auch die Umfrage- bzw. Poll-Funktion ist sehr ansprechend und kommt bei den Kursteilnehmern sehr gut an. Auch für Online-Tests verwenden wir gerne dieses Tool.

Nachteile:

Aus unserer Sicht hat die Plattform keine relevanten Nachteile.

Schneller Support im Live-Chat

Vorteile:

Wir sind nach wie vor begeistert von den Möglichkeiten, die uns Clickmeeting in Bezug auf unsere Webinare und Online-Meetings bietet! Wir arbeiten nun schon das 3. Jahr mit dieser Plattform und möchten es nicht missen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der zuverlässige und schnelle Support über den Live-Chat - super!

Nachteile:

Keine Angabe, tatsächlich können wir diesbezüglich nichts nennen, sonst würden wir das Tool nicht schon im 3 Jahr nutzen.

Völlig überforderter Support, technische Probleme für die Nutzer

Kommentare: Finger Weg! Dies ist kein seriöser Geschäftspartner.

Vorteile:

Die Software bietet viele Möglichkeiten, eigene Webinare anzulegen und zu veröffentlichen.

Nachteile:

Die Teilnehmer können mit manchen Internetbrowsern nicht teilnehmen, werden schlicht nicht akzeptiert oder sehen oder hören die Moderatoren nicht. Es gibt keine Seite, die erklärt, welche Anforderungen der Browser der Teilnehmer benötigt. Der Support ist aktuell total überfordert und benötigt Wochen, eine Anfrage zu beantworten.

Vielfältige Möglichkeiten

Kommentare: Eine sehr gute Webinar-Plattform, mit der man ganz intuitiv ein Webinar plant und Teilnehmer einlädt. Zudem lassen sich vorbereitete Webinar, die sich z.B. monatlich wiederholen, einfach kopieren und anpassen, das spart Zeit. Der Moderator hat viele Möglichkeiten, mit den Teilnehmern zu interagieren und kann das Webinar so kreativ und individuell gestalten.
Zudem ist die Möglichkeit der On-Demand-Webinare auch sehr praktisch für z.B. Lernvideos.

Vorteile:

Die grosse Auswahl an Interaktion mit den Webinar-Teilnehmern sowie den guten Kundensupport.

Nachteile:

beim Testmeeting konnte ich mich einmal nicht als Teilnehmer einwählen, der Kundensupport hat mir dann aber eine hilfreiche Liste zur Verfügung gestellt, auf was ich künftig achten kann. Ansonsten hats immer geklappt.

Unterirdischer Service

Kommentare: Geschenkt ist noch zu teuer!

Vorteile:

Kann ich nicht beurteilen, weil Service-Anfragen während der Anbahnung schon nicht beantwortet werden können bzw. der Service nicht erreichbar ist.

Nachteile:

Es gibt keine andere Zahlungsweise außer der mit einer Kreditkarte. Ich werde mir jedoch nur wegen click-Meeting keine Kreditkarte anschaffen. Und: Ein Service schein nicht vorhanden zu sein.

Amazing Software

Vorteile:

I like that it is very easy to use. It is easily integrable and my team loves it.

Nachteile:

Honestly, we like everything about it. We haven't had any issues so far.

Great tool, easy to use

Vorteile:

It's user friendly, beautiful tool. It's easy to use. Support team is very efficient, fast and friendly. No bug. the automation is wonderful, with monitoring and follow-up, fully configurable.

Nachteile:

white label customization is too expensive. We did not do it. we cannot choose a picture from us for the background of the waiting room, it is paying and too expensive for us but the pics offered by Clickmeeting were finally enough for us.

Scam - Cancelled Account and They Keep Reinstating Without Permission

Kommentare: Terrible. Customer service was extremely slow, they hung up on me online several times and when I finally got through they either lied to me or didn't follow through. I have now spent 7 hours total cancelling an account that I tried out that was supposed to be a demo and was never used.

Nachteile:

I cancelled the first time in Nov 2023. They put it on a hiatus for 3 months which I agreed to. I cancelled before the 3 months and they charged me anyway. I asked them to cancel my account (by the way, they left me on hold for 3 hours and I had to follow up 5 times and they said that my account was cancelled. They didn't cancel, they put it on hold again, and I just got charged again for a service that I am now on the 3rd time of cancelling.

Great for Webinars

Kommentare: We hold webinars about once per month and using ClickMeeting makes this process so simple. The automation that is built in is a huge time saver. I set up the webinar and can sit back and watch it all in action as people register. Even the follow up is automated. I highly recommend this platform for webinars or meetings.

Vorteile:

I like the automation built into the platform the most. I can set up a webinar and the initiation is automatically sent as well as the reminder emails plus the follow up email after the webinar is complete. I save so much time with ClickMeeting.

Nachteile:

I wish we could have more than 1 host without having to increase our plan. Most times, 1 host is fine but when we host collaborative webinars having a 2nd host would be helpful.

Great solution for online education

The best platform for webinars

Kommentare: Very good and getting better all the time.

Vorteile:

*The ability to go between video and screenshare with ease - the fact that the presenter can be the whole viewing window with one click. *The on screen functions - drawing etc. *The ability to prep everything before hand and be able to jump between slides, videos, camera, white board etc at the click of a button - this is far superior to Zoom, Skype, Teams etc. *The all-in-one event set up & registration system *The chat function works better than other platforms *The post-event data is excellent - a real bonus

Nachteile:

*Connection in China is patchy *Not enough people use it

Fantabulous A/V/W Conferencing Program

Kommentare: Audio and video conferencing. Business instant messaging.

Vorteile:

ClickMeeting offers robust BIM and video conferencing capabilities. It also enhances quality video calls over the internet.

Nachteile:

Currently, I am facing zero issues when using ClickMeeting.

Vorteile:

The customization options for branding, while useful, could be expanded further to allow more personalized experiences.

Kommentare: ClickMeeting has been relatively pain-free to administer, and where there have been hiccups, the excellent customer service has made it all worth it. Despite a significant time difference, ClickMeeting always provides me with prompt and thorough responses.

Vorteile:

ClickMeeting is easy to use, with a fairly intuitive dashboard and room layout. We were able to launch it with minimal training for our presenters.

Nachteile:

Enabling microphones for attendees by our presenters is not always reliable; we don't need to do it often, so it has not been a huge drawback.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu ClickMeeting: At the time (2016), the pricing was more attractive and the features were scaled to our needs. We have been satisfied customers since then and upgraded our subscription during the pandemic, when our webinar attendance increased greatly.

Good value for money, very fast support

Kommentare: Overall with CM we are able to cover our needs. In some ways we have to compromise our expectations and sometimes the tools are more complex than they could be. However, thanks to the quick support, we were always able to resolve everything close to our satisfaction.

Vorteile:

Very quick response. Not only the support but also changes in paid plan.

Nachteile:

I dont like embeded e-mails (notifications, invitations) customisation possibilities (use of my own "from scratch" templates would be great) and also the poor contact management.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu ClickMeeting: There was a historical experience with it in our company (we have an account already) and positive feedback (to support especially) & in comparison with other tools there wasnt any major disadvantage in features. I also have some bad experiences with other tools from previous work. Prices were similar.

When stability is your #1 criteria

Kommentare: I like that it's a flexible and easy to use tool.
Support is always here to help.
My main concerns are the hefty price if you signup without any discount, the lack of flexibility when it comes to upgrades (need to go through support), the lack of marketing features to maximize sales / conversions when you're live.

Vorteile:

It's the most stable webinar tool I've tested. Even if you run into problems, you can still switch to the phone option to pick up where you left. Recordings are made in the cloud and can be synced automatically with your dropbox (but as a rule of thumbs, I always recommend to make your own local recording, better be safe than sorry). The API allows to automate a lot of stuff in the background if you want to skip their registration process to increase conversions.

Nachteile:

There is no way to have a real button for your call to action like in webinarjam : you can just paste a link in the chat. Generally speaking, it's not a "marketing centered" tool so you won't have all those features like "scarcity" countdown available. Pricing is quite expensive, especially if you need to run parallel sessions and capacity upgrades. For big capacity upgrades (>500 attendees), I had to contact support ahead of time as it's a manual process. It's not always possible to "know" in advance so you will most likely run out of capacity or pay for nothing. The API

It has many functions that makes an online event easy to conduct and engaging for audience, but it is not overwhelming. Design and style of menus are extremely intuitive and do not require training to use with ease.

Nachteile:

It could use a bit more options for paid sponsorships, such as banners.

Very good communication tool for the Foundation

Kommentare: Overall, it is a very good tool for our applications, i.e. for webinars and symposia. The ability to serve 3,000 participants or even more in our business is essential, and ClickMeeting provides such an opportunity. The ease of interacting with participants is also what distinguishes this product.

Vorteile:

ClickMeeting offers very easy management of "presenter"/"participant" statuses and communication between presenters and participants of webinars and conferences.

Nachteile:

An option for improvement, in our opinion, is the possibility of closing the event (webinar, conference) by the presenter. Our experience shows that this option should only be available to the administrator.

ClickMeeting - helpful tool for online events
