Alles was benutzt habe, war richtig toll. Microsoft Produkte sind die beste in der Welt

Nachteile:

Ich habe keine Nachteile herausgefunden. Aber vielleich nur die Preis ist etwa teuer als die anderen. Aber trotzdem wenn man alle Tools und Futures nutzen möchte, wäre die Beste wahl

Vorteile:

Mit unserem alten System hatten wir immer wieder Probleme, dass sogar Daten etc. verschwunden sind. Von daher wollten wir eigentlich auf die üblichen Serverlösungen wieder umsteigen. Mit dem jetzigen System sind wir aber wieder in der Cloud aber es läuft alles bestens.

Nachteile:

Vor ein paar Wochen gabe es mal einen Serverausfall der wohl die ganze Welt betroffen hat. Hier hat man dann keine Möglichkeit einzugreifen. Man muss einfach warten bis es wieder geht.

Wird kostenlos mit neuem Comuputer mitgeliefert.

Vorteile:

Microsoft 365 wird kostenlos mit einem neuen Computer mitgeliefert. Nach Ablauf der kostenlosen Lizenz kann diese kostengünstig verlängert werden.Microsoft 365 enthält viele nützliche Office Programme, wie Word, Excel, Outlook Microsoft to Do usw., die einfach zu bedienen und sehr nutzerfreundlich sind.

Nachteile:

Negative Erfahrungen konnte ich mit Microsoft 365 nicht machen

Kommentare: Sehr gut und läuft stabiel . Zum arbeiten top produkt ,wo man auch nichts verzichten muss

Vorteile:

Mit dem alten System gab es auch viele Probleme mit dem Verschwinden von Daten. Also mussten wir wirklich zurück zur normalen Serverlösung. Wir sind mit unserem aktuellen System wieder in der Cloud und alles ist gut.

Nachteile:

Vor einigen Wochen gab es einen Serverausfall, der wahrscheinlich die ganze Welt betraf. Hier gibt es keine Möglichkeit einzugreifen. Ich muss warten bis es wieder funktioniert.

Finde die Funktion der automatischen Verbuchung von Bankkonten am wirksamsten.

Die Integration sowie der Aufbau aller Funktionen gestaltete sich als schwierig

Es bietet im Prinzip alles, was wir von dem Programm erwarten. Es ist einfach zu bedienen und die Nutzung ist leicht Verständlich und einfach zu erklären

Das Programm entspricht vollkommen unseren Erwartungen.

Kommentare: Mit Dynamics 365 hat man sämtliche wichtige Tools, die alle im Leben irgendwann mal von nutzen sein sollten an einem Ort.

Vorteile:

Das Programm kann ein ganzes Jahr lang umsonst getestet werden. So hat man reichlich Zeit alle internen Programme richtig kennen zu lernen.

Nachteile:

Bisher kaum Sachen gewesen, die negativ sein sollten.

Vorteile:

By having an intuitive and configurable interface, I was able to design custom workflows that significantly optimized our company's operations. From purchases to sales, through billing and support, everything was interconnected in a simple but very effective way. This greatly improved our productivity and freed up resources for other higher-value tasks

Nachteile:

When migrating data from other systems, it was not entirely clear how roles and access would be mapped. This created initial confusion for users, until I was able to precisely redefine the views, forms, and entities each profile could access. However, I recognize that the security model is very complete and flexible, it just required on my part to spend more time on the correct mapping from the beginning

Easy to get started, low effort. Very important to work with competent people though, otherwise it's easy to go wrong and it could be hard/costly to repair misstakes.

Nachteile:

Price model for Marketing, we have many contacts but we contact them once or twice a year. Very expencive e-mails.

Once you get the hang of using this system you can do a lot with it.

If you're not properly training, it will be difficult to use.

Kommentare: Dynamics 365 has transformed our business for the better. Managing our customers need is the greatest of our core values and we have been able to achieve it.

Vorteile:

Dynamics 365 is a reliable and authentic tool under the Microsoft brand. It is less complicated to use and is quite inexpensive compared to other tools in the market considering that it's usable in a range of business functions. As a marketer I have used it for support and as a very powerful CRM. With it it easy to track leads and sales. The ease of managing status and targeting strategies has helped us improve on responding to customers enquiry which has resulted to a satisfied customer base. This is possible because Dynamics 365 centralize customer and prospects data in a single cloud based platform and increased efficiency from the combined CRM and ERP functionalities.

Nachteile:

Dynamics 365 is a flexible business management tool with guidance and proper technical support. Also it has a wide range of applicability across the business scope. I would therefore recommend it for being a master of all trades.
