I assumed good faith but after a few emails with screenshots of their own licensing agreements it became clear that their licensing and descriptions are deceptive, they know their product doesn't work right at the free tier and when you call them on it they'll insist you misinterpreted the licensing and tell you to give them money, or they'll walk away from the conversation and won't talk to you anymore. miniOrange products' agreements and licensing look polished, but they're only there to hook you in and when the product doesn't work, they tell you to upgrade the licensing tier and when you do it and expect it to work, it doesn't.
