Finger weg!

Kommentare: Typisches, amerikanisches Startup. Hauptsache lärm und Investorengelder, ob das Produkt dauerhaft für ernsthaftes Projektmanagement nutzbar ist, ist den Anführern bei ClickUp absolut egal.

Vorteile:

* tolle Funktionen, wenn sie funktionieren würden

Nachteile:

* schlechte Menüführung * schlechte Suche * alle Features sind halbgar oder werden ständig ohne Ankündigung verändert, hinzugefügt, entfernt * ständige, massive Performance-Probleme * alte Bugs kommen immer wieder, aber ClickUp ist das komplett egal ** sie beheben es, nach einer Woche ist wieder alles kaputt oder es bricht an anderer Stelle erneut auseinander * Tasks, Dokumente und Updates daran verschwinden teilweise willkürlich oder werden nicht gespeichert! * Nicht DSGVO-konform und keine Möglichkeit dazu, da Server nur in den USA stehen

ClickUp lockt mit falschen Versprechungen und schert sich nicht um Kundenzufriedenheit

Kommentare: Clickup ist unseriös, Jira ist die bessere Wahl. Wir wünschten dass wir bei Jira geblieben wären. Ich kann nur vor Clickup warnen!

Vorteile:

Das mit „let’s make a deal“ in Aussicht gestellte Angebot, da wir ein startup sind. Leider hab’s das nie. Ist nur unlauteres Lockmittel bzw. betrug.

Nachteile:

Onboarding hat Wochen gedauert da sich trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage keine mit dem Angebot meldete. Hat schwere Verzögerungen verursacht bei uns.

Mühelose Überblick!

Vorteile:

Ich habe einen guten Überblick über meine täglichen Aufgaben und erhalte auch Erinnerungs-E-Mails. Es war für mich sehr effektiv, dass ich alle meine Aufgaben als Liste, aber auch in einem Kalender sehen kann. Ich kann mühelos die Fortschritte meines Teams bei den Projekten verfolgen.

Nachteile:

Das Tool war anfangs verwirrend und schwer zu navigieren. Ich brauchte einige Zeit, um mich daran zu gewöhnen.

Auf der Suche nach Perfektion ;)

Vorteile:

Wir kommen von Jira, was am Ende ein zugebautes, langsames Desaster war. ClickUp ist vergleichsweise (auch generell gesehen) sehr flink und es wird ständig weiter optimiert. Wir sind fasziniert wie sehr das ClickUp-Team Tempo macht, auf Wünsche reagiert, Hilfestellung beim Import gibt. Die Struktur ist super flexibel, alles ist modern und übersichtlich gestaltet, wir arbeiten schon nach kurzer Zeit erheblich effizienter als in Jira. Zusammengefasst: Jetzt schon genial und jede Woche kommen neue fantastische Funktionen hinzu. Schwer begeistert.

Nachteile:

Die Docs in Clickup können mit Atlassians Confluence noch nicht mithalten, aber auch daran wird stetig gearbeitet.

Sehr gute All-In-One Platform für den alltäglichen Job

Kommentare: Ein sehr durchdachtes und überragendes Konzept. Ein Programm was Ich nicht missen möchte.

Vorteile:

Die einfache Erstellung von mehreren Projekten und Zuteilungen der Mitarbeiter. Die Möglichkeit Automationen zu erstellen die viel Zeit sparen.

Nachteile:

Meiner Meinung nach fehlt eine einfachere Chat Funktionen wie bei einem Messenger wo man auch mal sein Kollege anschreiben kann etc.

Alles! Eine tolle Zeitersparnis und tolles Projektmanagement ist hiermit möglich. Vorallem kann ich arbeiten wie ich es möchte. Es ist schön beim Aufbau dabei zu sein!

Nachteile:

Gerne würde ich ein Feature vorschlagen. Eine bessere Filtermethode für Listen: Liste 1 hat Filter1 (1 & 2 & 3) || (5 & 6 & 7) weiterhin wäre schön den Inhalt per E-Mail senden zu können. Zum Beispiel: "Weekly Doings"

Ideales Terminplanungstool

Kommentare: Tolles Tool, was für den Privatgebrauch und ebenso für kleinere oder mittelgroße Unternehmen ebenfalls alles Wichtige bieten kann. Man kann es sogar als Adressbuch oder zur Verwaltung von Kundenbenutzen. Ich kann es wirklich nur jedem Empfehlen. Wer auf der Suche nach einem solchen Tool ist, der sollte sich ClickUp definitiv mal näher anschauen.

Vorteile:

ClickUp ist für mich eine sehr hochwertige und intuitive Software, in der man sich sehr schnell zurechtfindet. Ich nutze es vor allem zur Planung privater Projekte und Termine. Nach kurzer Einarbeitung findet man sich schnell zurecht und dann entwickelt Clickup auch sein volles Potenzial. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was man damit nicht machen kann.

Nachteile:

Für mich als Privatnutzer ist die Preisstruktur nicht ideal, aber man muss fairerweise sagen, dass Clickup extrem gut weiterentwickelt wird und das muss natürlich auch bezahlt werden.

ClickUp enthält umfangreiche Tools und Funktionen, um die Arbeitsqualität zu verbessern und beschleunigen. Außerdem konnten wir immer den Stand von Tasks immer in Echt Zeit verfolgen.

Nachteile:

Ich habe keine Nachteile bemerkt bis auf die Preis für kleine Unternehmen finde ich es etwa hoch. Aber trotzdem ClickUp bietet also viele Funktion, die richtig gut Geld kostet. Sonst finde ich alles andere top

The only task management tool you'll ever need

Kommentare: Overall, I've had a really positive experience with ClickUp. It's been a very useful tool for me, and I've been able to customize it to fit my needs. I also like that it's constantly being updated with new features and improvements. It's clear that the team behind ClickUp is working hard to make it the best tool it can be.

Vorteile:

I love how intuitive and easy to use ClickUp is. The user interface is very clean and simple, and there are a lot of great features that make it easy to organize and manage tasks. I also like that there are different views, such as Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and lists, so you can choose the view that works best for you. And I really appreciate the ability to customize the interface to suit my needs.

Nachteile:

There are a few areas where ClickUp could improve. One is the search function. It's not always as intuitive as it could be, and sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error to find what you're looking for. Another area that could be improved is the mobile app - while it's functional, it's not quite as user-friendly as the web version. And lastly, the reporting features could be a bit more robust.

A Pleasant Surprise Over Jira

I've been using Jira for quite some time, but recently, I decided to give ClickUp a try, and to my surprise, it's been a delightful experience. Nachteile:

While ClickUp has been a pleasant surprise, it's not without its limitations. It may not match Jira's extensive project management capabilities, which can be a drawback for larger, more complex projects. Additionally, the reporting and analytics features aren't as robust as those in Jira, but they do get the job done. Integration with other tools, while adequate, lacks the seamless experience you'd find with Jira and its ecosystem.

ClickUp is great for keeping track of multiple projects at once

Kommentare: ClickUp helps me stay on top of my assignments and class notes in one convenient location, which is a huge help when working on group projects. Because of this, I am able to keep track of all the details of my project and quickly locate them if and when I need them. It's great for my business and my client.

Vorteile:

ClickUp is great since it allows me to keep track of all of my various projects in one convenient location. The simplicity is mind-blowing. Everyone on the team will have no trouble using CllickUp. You can get the most use out of it by making minor adjustments, and doing so is a breeze.

Nachteile:

More automatization should be installed, please. They're aplenty! And a more streamlined method of transferring templates between departments. In other words. not much that I dislike very much. Okay, one of them is that I have to constantly reload pages.

Our project management has improved a lot with ClickUp

Kommentare: Because of its intuitive design and use of tried-and-true management tools like Agile, Gantt charts, Kanban boards , and more, we find ourselves using it on a regular basis. Its adaptability and wide range of personalizability make it a powerful tool. The progress indicator is a nice, simple touch.

Vorteile:

All members of the team will appreciate the simplicity of setting things up. Customizable layouts and fields mean that data can be presented in a variety of ways to accommodate individual preferences.

Nachteile:

It can be difficult to keep up with all the new releases, but they always end up being worth it in the end. Examples: a plethora of buttons for which we have no idea what they are used.

Extremely customizable tool for team work

Kommentare: Clickup has been my favorite management tool of all times. How easy and reliable it gets the more you use it. The feature i live the most is the super search bar that it will show you everything you’vebtyoed so you can find it easier. Use it multiple times a day.

Vorteile:

I like the most the adaptability to all the teams. For marleting for example i have tables about management. Planning. Follow up on leads. I can also create a flow for content review and i get the documents as a wiki. I usually take notes of meetings although i would prefer to get an integration between an AI transcriber and clickup

Nachteile:

The only part i dont like is when i want to create a nested task. It only allows two levels when i need sometimes more. I wish i can create a subtask inside a subtask inside a subtask.

Great for project and task management

Vorteile:

It's intuitive and easy to use. I can look at a project in many views (list, kanban, calendar, gantt) and more. I can create whiteboards, docs , mindmaps and block tasks and assign things to others.

Nachteile:

There isn't much not to like, it suits my needs perfectly to create projects and see them through to completion with plenty of templates to get you started.

The All-in-One Project Management Tool

Vorteile:

ClickUp provides an easy task management and is very customizable and user-friendly. ClickUp makes it easy for teams to work together. You can talk about tasks, share documents, and assign work to team members.

Nachteile:

Some of the fancier ClickUp features, like automations, can be tough to learn. You might need training. Also if you have a big team, ClickUp can get expensive.

Simple to use but massively flexible

Kommentare: The software helped us to reduce the amount of time working on clients so we could get into work faster and communicate progress on larger projects.

Vorteile:

The ability to tweak and setup clickup to fit in with our agency made the setup a breeze and allowed everyone to work with it slightly differently.

Nachteile:

Because there is so much flexibility, it can be easy to overcomplicate things and inefficiencies can creep in, but that's more of a planning issue than with the software!

Project Management Tool

Kommentare: It is amazing the way it gives us control over the tasks we assign and follow and shows us the changes brought and the progress made in the project and keeping the important files there.

Vorteile:

The progress, time tracking features, and changes brought visibility to anyone in the platform.

Nachteile:

There is nothing to be disliked about ClickUp.

Asana on Steroids

Vorteile:

Features Not only is ClickUp more robust than other management softwares on the market it is more visually appealing. The commitment to providing different templates instead of taking a silly "minimalist" approach that seems to be trendy everywhere even in areas/industries where it doesn't make sense is great and allows project managers to provide different views of a project to get the full perspective on where the progress is and needs to go. Transparency and Innovation The constant improvement and level of transparency they provide in terms of where the product is going along with the genuine consideration they give their users by not only providing a transparent way to make suggestions but also ACTUALLY act on them is amazing. Reasonably Priced The best part is that they openly and freely provide a way to negotiate price and provide very reasonable fair pricing that doesn't leave small businesses struggling to stay organized. Many competitors have very rigid pricing that leaves 2 people teams with big projects and tiny budgets SOL. Had we not been able to negotiate we would not have been able to sign up for pro. As with anything great they're not completely perfect, there's still some features that feel missing (bulk subtask selection, bulk task duplication) but thats OK —  its still a company ran by real humans and nobody is perfect. But I do think between the open roadmap, constant improvement, tonne of features and negotiable price they're pretty close.

Nachteile:

Missing Features Some more seemingly basic features seem to be missing (bulk subtask selection, bulk task duplication) IG Instagram integrated view like twitter doesn't exist yet More is more (things to learn) If you're like me and not a project manager/ have a clear vision of how you need to set up your views it can be overwhelming - there's definitely a lot to learn

The best project manager out there, but not without it's hiccups

Kommentare: This software has helped us streamline our creative process and help keep projects from falling through the cracks. Although the learning curve is steep, once the software becomes intuitive for you, you will not want to use anything else.

Vorteile:

This is by far the best project management software our team has used, by a wide margin. The customization this software offers is fantastic. We are also able to let our clients in on specific projects with ease. Tracking the status, due dates, and flow of a project is very intuitive.

Nachteile:

The initial learning curve of the software is a bit too steep. People who have trouble with technology, will likely have even more trouble learning how to effectively use this software. Also, notifications have been spotty for us for the entire year we have been using this software. It has caused us to miss updates a few times.

A user updated software with all the complexity anyone could ever want.

Kommentare: I have had a great experience with Clickup. I run a couple of small businesses so I haven't been able to take full advantage of everything ClickUp has to offer, but from what I have used I really enjoy it.

Vorteile:

I joined this software about 3 years ago when there were still a lot of missing features. My favorite thing was seeing that they implemented a voting system that allows you to request features and ideas within a thread where everyone can participate, and if you liked the idea you just give it a thumbs up. When the developers look at the features they add it to their list and start adding them. It is very user-driven and very easy to know what is being worked on from threads all the way up to their roadmap plan of all there plans.

Nachteile:

When setting this up if you are not someone that is willing to really learn the software and understand the complexity of this platform to really get full use out of it, then it can get pretty confusing or cumbersome. I love complex platforms that allow for tons of different customizations so for me this works great.

Think of a feature you would wish and ClickUp already have it. and it's improving all the time...

Time tracking, ability to work on tasks through calendar, code highlights in tasks, team assignments, modern UI and continuous improvement through regular updates and introduction of new features.

Nachteile:

So far we have not come across any requirements that ClickUp falls short of. Some new users finds the learning curve bit time consuming but personally, that is rare as most users gets cracking straight away.

It is easy to assign tasks within the team using ClickUp

Kommentare: ClickUp has been a huge help in terms of keeping track of everything that needs doing within the company, from scheduling meetings and updating calendars to keeping track of individual projects. Our team managers are able to keep tabs on everything with the Watcher function.

Vorteile:

ClickUp is helpful in many ways; for starters, it allows us to create and keep track of projects with ease. It comes with a variety of functions, such as a nighttime mode. Other than that, we have access to a variety of dashboards and layouts. It's one of a kind and simple to use thanks to its built-in calendar and reminders.

Nachteile:

For an untested group, the process of adoption can present several obstacles. In many cases, we still don't know what the optimal course of action is when it comes to automating tasks. There is a wide variety of options for controlling alerts that can be changed or removed.

ClickUp Works!

Kommentare: Overall ClickUp is the one-stop shop for all things related to task, time, and project management. Our company doesn't have to go out and get a tool for time management in addition to project management. Nope, everything is all bundled into one large system and it makes it so much easier to become familiar with.

Vorteile:

I love that this tool offers so very many solutions for my company's needs. From employee time tracking to task management to project communication, the platform is terrific! It enables everyone from upper management to entry-level to be held accountable for the overall workflow and success of our clients. ClickUp has so many features that you can get a little lost in the shuffle but it gives the peace of mind that it'll do whatever you need it to so long as you spend a little time in the system setting it up the way you need it.

Nachteile:

It can be a little too easy to get lost if you use a lot of features and boards as our company does. This is why we designated specific individuals to be in charge of the management of that department/ area of service within the ClickUp management system.
