Vorteile:

Das mehrer Leute aus einem Team an einen Projekt gleichzeitig arbeiten können

Nachteile:

Hier habe ich kein Negativbeispiel, es ist einfach unersetzbar für den Vertrieb geworden

Es läuft stabil, erlaubt das schnelle Teilen online und kollaboratives Arbeiten

Mir fehlen viele Funktionen wie Zitationen und -Stil, sodass ich wenn es nicht um reines Brainstorming/Listen geht auf Office Word ausweiche

Dokumentenverwaltung auf höchstem Niveau

Kommentare: Alle wichtigen Funktionen, die man von Excel und Co. kennt, ebenso leicht zu bedienen, man braucht nur einen Link zu teilen, um anderen Zugriff zu geben und gemeinsames Arbeiten an denselben Dokumenten ist ein Traum. Klare Empfehlung von meiner Seite! Wer Google Docs bisher noch nicht genutzt hat, der sollte das unbedingt nachholen.

Vorteile:

Einer der Hauptvorteile ist es, dass man beim Verwenden von Google Docs schnell und unkompliziert seine Dokumente mit anderen teilen kann. Selbst ein gleichzeitiges Arbeiten daran ist kein Problem und das erleichtert, gerade in einem Team, so einiges. Die Tatsache, dass Google Docs kostenlos ist, macht es natürlich noch besser. Man hat außerdem schnell Zugriff auf alle Dokumente von jedem Rechner aus. Das Google Login reicht und Dokumente verlieren, vergessen zu sichern usw. gehört der Vergangenheit an.

Nachteile:

Aus meiner Sicht gibt es keine Nachteile. Man nutzt hier ein kostenloses Online Tool, das einem das Leben stark erleichtert, für Datensicherheit sorgt und teilen mit Kollegen oder Freunden extrem einfach macht. Mir fällt auf Anhieb nichts ein, was ich vermisse oder was man verbessern könnte.

Mit Stärken aber auch Schwächen im Vergleich zu MS Word

Guter Begleiter für den beruflichen Alltag

Kommentare: Ich arbeite täglich mit Google Docs um Informationen mit meinem Team zu teilen und gemeinsam an Dokumenten zu arbeiten. In dieser Funktion ist die Nutzung von Google Docs absolut zu empfehlen und es ist ein guter und sehr zuverlässiger Partner im Alltag geworden. Gerade die Erreichbarkeit von Dokumenten, auch von anderen Rechnern aus, ist sehr angenehm. Bis auf die etwas emotionslose Optik ist es ein absolut zu empfehlendes Produkt.

Vorteile:

Das Produkt als solches ist grundsätzlich selbsterklärend und wenn bereits in der Vergangenheit mit einem Textverarbeitungsprogramm gearbeitet wurde, ist die Nutzung selbsterklärend. Was ich als besonders vorteilhaft empfinde, ist das einfache und schnelle Teilen von Dokumenten, gerade bei der Zusammenarbeit in Teams ist dies äußerst wirksam und erleichternd.

Nachteile:

Die Gesamtoptik wirkt etwas "altbacken" ein frischeres und eingängigeres Design wäre wünschenswert. Was etwas schade ist, ist die Tatsache, dass alle Formatierungs- und Dokumentenfunktionen ausschließlich über Drop-down Menüs erreichbar sind. Hier wäre es toll, wenn man mehr mit Symbolen - welche auch eine gewisse Größe haben, damit diese leichter zu erkennen sind - arbeiten würde.

Hat Word für uns ersetzt

Kommentare: Generell schätze ich Google Docs für das kooperative Arbeiten, die Synchronisation über alle Geräte hinweg und die grundlegenden Elemente eines Composing-Programms.

Vorteile:

Über mein GSuite-Konto verwende ich Google Docs, zunächst nur, wenn ich einen Bericht mit ein paar Gruppen bearbeiten wollte. Zurzeit ist es mein Ersatz für Microsoft Word. Alle grundlegenden Funktionen sind vorhanden, und die Arbeit in einer Gruppe funktioniert hervorragend. Außerdem übernimmt Google Docs auch die Gestaltung von Word-Dokumenten.

Nachteile:

Das Senden von Datensätzen an verschiedene Clients oder das Drucken der Arbeit führt dazu, dass die Webschnittstelle des Berichts in die Seite repliziert wird. Ich für meinen Teil finde, das sieht amateurhaft aus. Wenn ich einen Bericht für ein Fachgebiet drucke, drucke ich manchmal mit anderen Anwendungen.

Vielseitiges Tool

Kommentare: Top Tool für alles nutzbar. Leicht verständlich und damit leicht umzugehen.

Vorteile:

Das sie leicht Verständlich in der Benutzung ist und für meine Dienstleistungen sehr vorteilhaft.

Nachteile:

Alles für meine Ansprüche geeignet und nichts zu bemängeln.

Das bessere Word.

Vorteile:

Sehr gute und einfacher Bedienbarkeit. Hat zwar nicht so viele Funktionen wie Alternativprogramme aber dafür ist es sehr gut umgesetzt.

Nachteile:

Eigentlich gefällt alles recht gut. Es könnte ein paar mehr Funktionen oder Integrationen geben aber das wars schon.

Hat bei mir Word abgelöst

Kommentare: Insgesamt schätze ich Google Docs für das kollaborative Arbeiten, die Synchronisierung über alle Geräte hinweg und die grundlegenden Funktionen eines Schreibprogramms.

Vorteile:

Durch meinen GSuite -Account nutze ich Google Docs, anfangs nur, wenn es darum ging, mit mehreren Personen an einem Dokument zu arbeiten. Jetzt ist es für mich der Ersatz für Microsoft Word. Alle wesentlichen Funktionen sind vorhanden, die Arbeit im Team klappt bestens. Und auch mit dem Word-Datei-Format kommt Google Docs klar.

Nachteile:

Einen großen Minuspunkt gibt es: das Platzieren von Grafiken im Text funktioniert leider nur sehr schlecht und kann einen in den Wahnsinn treiben.

Durchaus Empfehlenswert

Vorteile:

It's easy converting to other software, it's ability to import clearly, data is never lost, it is so easy to receive and download information and to compare everything that is needed in informing and helping others.

Nachteile:

I struggle with the appearance of some documents. I have been using computers for over 40 years and I guess I have a little OCD thing about how everything should look. I'm old school, we were taught that there were only so many acceptable formats. I've had to come along way since then.

An Essential Software

Vorteile:

Google Docs is my favorite. I use it everyday in some capacity--whether it is taking notes, collaborating with my team on a project, tagging outside organizations into a document, creating various informational sheets, etc. It works very well for our industry.

Nachteile:

My only true complaint I have is the formatting when printing. If this could be fixed to work more similar to Microsoft Word, then I would have zero complaints.

Must have for Writers Community

I didn't find any con in Google Docs. It's the best.

Best documents tool for entrepreneur

Vorteile:

It is an excellent option for startup and middle-size companies. High integration of cross documents and sharing files between users.

Nachteile:

Some features from Microsoft Office are no compatible or available when you import these documents.

Google Docs allows me to easily translate ideas into text and all, whether I'm writing a school project, a professional report, or a creative writing project.

Vorteile:

Google Docs has completely transformed how I write and collaborate. Some of my favorite things are real-time co-editing with others, built-in commenting/suggestion tools, and version history that keeps track of every change, so nothing gets lost.

Nachteile:

This has a lot of great features, but sometimes is missing advanced formatting or layout options that you might find in other word processors.

Google Docs Customizable and Usable

Kommentare: After using Google Docs, I have better experience with collaborating with team and modifying documents. In addition, Google Docs stores documents, so that users are able to revisit the document. Simple, but advanced.

Vorteile:

Google Docs has beginner-friendly features that allow users to customize their documents with ease. In addition, Google Docs is a lot better than Words because of its usability.

Nachteile:

Despite of the usability, Google Docs miss some features that Microsoft Docs has. It would be better to have similar or particular features included in both Google Docs and Microsoft Words.

Google Docs is a must have

Kommentare: I've had Google Docs forever and don't plan on changing it because it helps me with my notes as in the last dates I put anything down or edited anything.

Vorteile:

Google Docs is great because when you go back to edit what you wrote it gives you a date for the last time you edited anything.

Nachteile:

To be honest there's nothing I disliked about it.

Google doc - Easy to use document tool

Kommentare: Google docs is a quick and user friendly shareable document making service. Easy to create multi user documents that can be edited on and offline.

Vorteile:

- can save your documents to edit them offline when you don't have access to the internet - can allow multiple people to edit the same document in real time. - easy to add links and images to the doc

Nachteile:

- sometimes formatting can be an issue. Especially when making lists - the mobile version is not as user friendly as the desktop version.

Definitely My Personal Favorite Google App

Kommentare: I really love and use Google Docs pretty much everyday, whether I find the need to do quick perusals in the stories I wrote or editing some documents which I can possibly do both online and offline. I really appreciate how I can definitely edit my documents offline and just have the changes applied once I am back online.

Vorteile:

The first time I used this is back when I was a doing a paper with my classmates in my university and I appreciate how we simply don't need to justify our contributions because the history will simply show it. I appreciate it even more when I write my stories because I can even change the color of the paper that is said to help it easier to write even more. It is still my favorite Google App up to date and has never left my phone app list ever since.

Nachteile:

There are honestly none because I truly love Google Docs and how convenient it is whether using it for personal purposes or even in professional matters. I love how it is pretty straight forward and you don't need to be tech-savvy to be able to use it.

Not a panacea, but very useful
