True OCR technology. Ease of use and good customer support.
Kommentare: Elimination of the paper invoices. Quicker processing time of invoices. Less manual effort. Ability to approve invoices anywhere internet is accessible. True OCR technology reading the bills. Saves my Accounts Payable staff time allowing for redeployment of internal resources.
Vorteile:
Ease of use. Ease of implementation. Training excellent. Good customer support. Mobile app. Ease of delegations for employees on vacation.
Nachteile:
Dashboard cannot be customized. Limited metric data. No data on comparable companies in size, industry, or spend.

Yooz Review
Kommentare: We love the document storage in Yooz and the ability to communicate with coworkers and have the conversation "on the record" with each invoice.
Vorteile:
We love that Yooz holds documents and invoice images to help us toward our goal of going paperless
Nachteile:
The push ups for us is that we have to manually export from each company while being logged into each company in QBs individually. We have around 30 companies so this can be very time consuming.

Yooz overall is helpful for reporting/viewing past invoices
Vorteile:
ease of reviewing past invoices for reporting, formatting is easy to look things up, organization for different companies good
Nachteile:
system is not good at recognizing vendors, amounts, etc, Yooz stamps not good for recognition, inconsistent

We like the PO to invoice matching. We also like the linkage between Aplos and Yooz

We are new to the program and have not dove deep into the program yet.

Kommentare: We enjoy using Yooz it has automated our A/P invoice process and we no longer have to file invoices
Vorteile:
Automation and the AI functionality. How we are able to export files and upload them into our Accounting system. It took away all the manual input and paper invoices.
Nachteile:
The export you can not sort by document date

Easy to use and easy to master. The connection through a web shortcut is fast. Customer support is excellent

Although it is easy to use, the software has difficulties in customizing the dashboard. The yooz software is also a bit expensive which minimizes the use of minimal companies and the price will have to be reduced

Yooz is an easy to use software presents a fast and more secure cloud solution. The financial reports are interesting because it helps us a lot and the features save us time and money.
Nachteile:
Price not high, yooz presents some difficulties but not enough to minimize it. But we use it well

Yooz is very well designed for its users, it is easy to use with a friendly and attractive interface. It also has several features that solve most of our problems.

At first I encountered some problems but with time it was resolved
YOOZ AP Automation
Kommentare: It has helped tremendously with our AP processing. I have been able to increase productivity and accuracy and save money by not having to hire additional personnel. The company is very customer oriented and helpful.
Vorteile:
Customer support is great. The implementation process was easy and the staff was very accomodating. We had many issues during our implementation and they were patient and quick with changes. They offered options for ways to organize and set things up. It is most likely not the best AP automation software but the price point was great and did the trick for us. We have a very difficult ERP system to work with and they managed to integrate it very well. They also brought in a customer that used our same accounting software to explain to us how they integrated the program and went out of their way to make sure that we knew what we were getting. Whenever there was any issue, they called in someone to help right away.
Nachteile:
Not always user intuitive but once you get the hang of the program, it is easy. In the beginning of the implementation, we were moved from person to person but once we settled in, it worked well.

For the most part I love using Yooz. They provide exactly customer service.
Vorteile:
I like the idea of less paperwork. It saves space in filing and searching for the document if need be, is very easy to too.
Nachteile:
It does take longer to post the invoices, but that out ways itself with the other functions that it provides like saving documents and searching for documents with very little information.

its usually pretty good at its informational scan and once the info is correct it works just like you want it to
Nachteile:
it has problems learning. actually, it doesn't learn on it's own, which is lame. you have to essentially open a learning ticket and have someone somewhere try to fix it. I find that no matter how many tickets get opened the system doesn't seem to really adjust to that problem the next time. I would really like the program to auto learn when I highlight the proper info on an invoice.

Makes life easier
Kommentare: 99% of the time it works great and there aren't any issues

I like that I don't have to file hard copies any more, and that it makes my life easier and faster to process my invoices.
Nachteile:
Sometimes there are weird glitches and it seems like it takes a while to get response from the support team

doesn't learn as well as it should, even after a year it still doesn't recognize certain companies or sections. also, does not allow editing at all once submit is hit.

Easy to Use, If Properly Trained, Works great with CDK.
Kommentare: If properly trained, this program is a breeze. There are a few glitches that catch every now and then, but overall it is pretty easy to operate.
Vorteile:
I like that it does catch that the unit is in inventory or it has been sold. That is crucial for our accounting.
Nachteile:
Sometimes the process does not pick up the stock numbers and items will be billed to the invoice or something else. Our accounting system bills invoices to each truck stock number.
Yooz Review
Vorteile:
The most useful tool is having the AI. Having the software learn to read the invoice, dramatically increase production.
Nachteile:
The AI not always working properly. The tax calculations not properly calculating.

Relatively easy to use. Data extraction good. OCR works very well.
Nachteile:
Often rounds the GST/sales tax incorrectly - can't see where to change the rounding method. I suppose i could askSearch facilitiy doesn't always work as well as expected (reveals too much data).
Great Automation and Approval Workflow
Kommentare: Yooz staff was amazing during implementation and helped with every aspect of implementation and training, making this the easiest software implementation we have experienced.
Vorteile:
- Automation of data input (increases accuracy by predicting scanned fields) - Improved our invoice approval timeline significantly - Integrated seamlessly with Sage-Intacct
Nachteile:
N/A - we have not yet found any issues or had any complaints that the software did live up to what was promised.

A great product that is simple to use for all skill sets.
Vorteile:
Fast, easy and effective. Helps track and process invoices so much faster.
Nachteile:
Wish I could have had it earlier in my career.

Vorteile:
I like not having to enter every invoice manually and not having to pull out file folders to look back at history.
Nachteile:
It cannot read all suppliers invoices and it selects the wrong vendor a lot. It does not catch all duplicate Invoices.
Yooz changed our lives
Kommentare: Overall this product changed our lives here in accounting.
Vorteile:
Love the ease of approving invoices. Also love how easy it is to look up an invoice in the system.
Nachteile:
Some times the checks don't get to the vendor timely.

Vorteile:
You can scan documents into the system and not have to keep a physical copy.
Nachteile:
It feels clumsy to me. I know that I have only been using it a short time, but in our previous system, it took me less time to do the same amount of work.
Pretty User Friendly
Kommentare: Pretty darn happy with it. Easier than we used to do but i really don't use a ton of the functionality as only an Approver.
Vorteile:
So much easier than the way we used to process PO approvals.
Nachteile:
Sometimes i have problems remembering the coding and it always pops up on an old PO screen which is odd.

Good user interface for managing invoice data flow
Kommentare: Yooz is providing a fluid and intuitive user interface to manage invoices and customize data flows.It is good in that it allows me to do my job efficiently.
Vorteile:
Yooz allows me to seamlessly review invoices hitting my department and approve them.I can also search archived invoices.
Nachteile:
My company does not fully utilize Yooz capabilities and in the current way we use Yooz, I find the tool to provide everything I need.
