Seit der Umstellung mit den Shortcuts ziemliche Probleme

Kommentare: Eig. ein gutes Tool, aber die Sache mit den Shortcuts war mehr eine Verschlimmbesserung. Zumindest in einer Windows-Filestruktur sollte der logische Ordnerbaum auch im Pfad abgebildet sein.

Vorteile:

Gutes File-Sharing Tool und vor allem das Scannen von Dokumenten funktioniert recht gut.

Nachteile:

Immer wieder ändert sich der Client für Windows. Seit kurzes wurde auf Shortcuts umgestellt. Dies erzeugt unter Windows ungewöhnliche teils nicht mehr zusammenhängende Dateipfade. Das macht sehr viel Probleme.

Genialer Cloudspeicher

Kommentare: Benutzerfreundlich, intuitiv, günstige (je nach Speicherplatz sogar kostenlos), kompatibel mit jedem System. Besser geht nicht!

Vorteile:

Man kann es nicht anders sagen, Google macht einfach einen perfekten Job mit seiner Software im Allgemeinen und auch Google Drive macht hier keinen Unterschied. Die Software lässt sich sehr einfach bedienen und ist intuitiv. Datensicherung funktioniert out-of-the-box und jeder Nutzer sollte es problemlos in sein System integrieren können. Dazu kommt noch der wirklich günstige Preis (wer einen höheren Speicher benötigt) . Wer einen günstigen und zuverlässigen Cloudspeicher sucht, der ist hier in den besten Händen.

Nachteile:

Für mich gibt es wirklich keine Nachteile. Ich habe verschiedene Dienste getestet und Google Drive lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für mich daher eine klare Empfehlung, ohne Einschränkungen.

Ideal Cloudlösung um teamweit zusammenzuarbeiten

Kommentare: Google Drive ist eine gute Alternative, um Dokumente und Inhalte zu teilen. Es läuft zuverlässig und ist für mich überall zugänglich. Auch die Gestaltung eigener Ablagen ist einfach und selbsterklärend, sodass man sich gut selbst organisieren kann. Ich arbeite gern mit Google Drive und auch bei der Arbeit in einem Team ist es nützlich gewisse Inhalte an bestimmte Personen freigeben zu können.

Vorteile:

Ich empfinde die Möglichkeit des Filesharings als äußerst angenehm und zuverlässig. Ich kann so Dokumente mit meinen Teammitgliedern gut und zügig teilen. Auch die gemeinsame Zusammenarbeit an Dokumenten ist ideal möglich. Ich nutze es täglich, um wichtige Informationen mit meinem Team zu teilen oder gemeinsam an Dokumenten/Präsentationen zu arbeiten. Gerade in Kombination mit Google Docs ist dies sehr angenehm.

Nachteile:

Mitunter ist das Wiederfinden von Dokumenten, welche man vor einiger Zeit hochgeladen und dann nicht genutzt hat, etwas schwierig. Auch freigegebene Dokumente, welche man längere Zeit nicht genutzt hat, sind nicht immer leicht zu finden.

Kommentare: Google Drive erfüllt für mich alle Anforderungen wie Einfachheit, Datenschutz und Bedienung über unterschiedliche Systeme. Ich kann Google Drive nur weiter empfehlen und nutze es regelmäßig.

Vorteile:

Die einfache Webfunktion, die schnelle Upload Funktion und das sichern von ganzen Ordnern bietet für mich einen Riesen Vorteil. Bei einem Wechsel von einem anderen Anbieter zu Google Drive (Bezahl-Version) ist der Upload fast schneller gewesen als der Download in der anderen klaut.

Nachteile:

Ich konnte keine großen Nachteile feststellen. Ich nutze häufig die mobile Version habe aber auch die App in Verwendung.

Ich benutze es seit 10 Jahren, es ist sicher, einfach und benutzerfreundlich.

Kommentare: Ich habe es in der kostenlosen Version benutzt und fand, dass der Speicherplatz begrenzt ist, aber mit dem minimalen Preis bietet es mehr Flexibilität und mehr Speicherplatz, was für unseren Online-Speicher gut genug ist.Ich mag es und gebe 9 von 10 Punkten.

Vorteile:

können wir Daten speichern, verwalten, gemeinsam nutzen, aus der Ferne auf Daten zugreifen und vieles mehr.

Nachteile:

Es lädt automatisch alle Daten der Fotos und andere Daten von unserem Handy oder Laptop hoch. Am besten wäre es, wenn es eine Option gäbe, um zu fragen, ob das Foto in seiner Originalgröße oder komprimiert hochgeladen werden soll, um Daten zu sparen.

Google Drive ist gut um etwas noch mal zu speichern und absichern.

Nachteile:

Mir ist bis jetzt noch nichts negatives über diese Software aufgefallen weil ich brauche es auch täglich und ich bin zufrieden.

Toller Cloud-Speicher zum Teilen und sichern

Das schnelle und einfache sichern von Daten, sowie die Suchfunktion ist wirklich toll. Großzügiger Speicher

Langsamer als auf Festplatte sichern, liegt aber an der Internetverbindung

Ich finde Google Drive ist eine der besten Erfindungen, die es gibt. Man kann egal wo man ist auf Dokumente, Fotos und sonstige Dateien zugreifen, um mit und an ihnen zu arbeiten. Es ist auch praktisch, dass es ein Google Produkt ist.

Nachteile:

Mir fällt da spontan nichts negatives auf. Ich finde das Programm einfach nur praktisch.

Super Software für das Dokumentensharing

Kommentare: Ich nutze Google Drive gerne zum Teilen umterschiedlicher Dokumente mit anderen Mitarbeitern und bin super zufrieden, dass es immer schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert.

Vorteile:

Gut finde ich bei Google Drive das unkomplizierte Teilen von Dokumenten mit anderen. Man kann sich super in Ordnern organisieren und die Dokumente schnell finden.

Nachteile:

Bisher war alles super bei der Nutzung von Google Drive.

Es ist kostenlos und einfach verständlich. Ist auf vielen Smartphones schon vorinstalliert und am Desktop muss man nichts herunterladen. Zuverlässig und schnell.

Vorteile:

Easy to set up for a client or business, reliable real time sync across the all devices connected. Sharing is great option for internal usage. Pricing plans are one of the best you can find.

Nachteile:

Pretty much all is straight forward, no big issues ever. Customer service will assist you immediately always if on paid plans.

Google Drive works for us!

Kommentare: We needed a safe place and a place to easily be able to share files for all our social and email marketing - and we also needed something that pretty much had unlimited storage as well. So the drive does fulfill all of these needs. We are pretty happy with it! We sometimes will delete files we will no longer use and that seems to free up space for more storage. Have not had an issue with storage yet!

Vorteile:

We pretty much store every single graphic image and video for my business in the drive. We used to rely on Dropbox, but the drive seems to have much more storage. It's out go-to.

Honestly nothing. It works great. We love it.

Vorteile:

Google drive is a helpful tool when needed in storing big files or excessive amount of photos.

Nachteile:

Google drive has a habit of popping up even if I didn’t click on it.

Very useful backup and data storage manager

Kommentare: I am very satissifed overall, because G Drive has everything I need including the access from whatever device I want.

Vorteile:

I really love the accessibility, that I can reach my files from the computer, mobile phone, my tablet... From whatever device I am logged in on my Google account, I can access my files. I can sort them by folders, files, date etc, files are also backed up across devices, storage data plan is also not so expensive for me. I also can color the folders which is the feature I am using a lot. It's better for me as I can easily find the right files and folders then.

Nachteile:

Google drive is great for me as a whole, so nothing is bad for me. Maybe that Docs and Sheets doesn't have all the features as other services, but it is not primarily the Drive's issue.

Kommentare: my overall experience using Google Drive has been efficient and user-friendly. It has provided convenient storage and easy access to your files from any device, simplifying collaboration and organization of documents.

I like google drive because I can use it anytime and anywhere. when I say any time and any where it means I can use it and access my files even I am not connected online . It also give me more space to store important documents that I need in my job . I have been using it since long time and my file still save and not deleted.

Large file sharing has never been so easy

Kommentare: I can access my files everywhere because of Google Drive. There are no more concerns about data loss or corrupt hard drives.

Vorteile:

With Google Drive, I am not worried about the file size that is difficult to send via email due to file attachment size restrictions. With Google Drive, I can share files, images, videos and literally all kinds of documents without having to worry about the file size.

Nachteile:

No issues. I value everything about Google Drive. It’s a life savior.

Kommentare: It is a best app when our phones storage is high and sometimes our phone will dead and it will remove all our data all at a time without letting knowing us so at that time it will be very useful while using this app

Vorteile:

We can use this Google drive app anywhere and anytime whenever we want so it won't delete any of our data so we don't have to worry about our data we can take it back at any time using our Gmail account

Nachteile:

Sometime this needs internet connection so that is bit difficult

Must Have Software For Distributed Teams

Kommentare: Google Drive works great for sharing ideas and working in realtime when teams are half-way around the world. The ability to limit access based on permissions is a critical feature.

Vorteile:

Google Drive makes it easy to create and share data with users anywhere with an internet connection regardless of device. Changes made by one user can be seen by other in realtime. Permissions allow each person to access/view/edit based on functional need.

Nachteile:

Because it is a cloud-based system, unless you create a local/offline copy, you are unable to access your data should the internet be unavailable. As long as you enable/create an offline copy, you are good to go.
