Kommentare: My experience has been very positive. I appreciate the live chat function that is available during business hours. In fact, a number of times I’ve been assisted after hours, which has been very useful. I recommend contract foreman to any contractor looking for CRM solution

Vorteile:

I like the long list of PDF formats available. I get to email or text my subcontractor cruise, the work orders which I found the most valuable.

Nachteile:

Initially, the color and layout of the dashboard seemed a little boring and outdated, but I see it coming together. I have no problem with it as it is function, that matters most.

Poor Customer Service

Kommentare: Generally ok, except when you need customer service.

Vorteile:

When it works, it is pretty good.when it does not, customer service is not very good at all.

Nachteile:

When there is an issue, Customer Service is not very good. not prompt and precious.I have been locked out for about 3 weeks due to OTP integration, after several emails to get it fixed, I vented my frustration at the time it was taking, only to be told they will cancel my subscription if I did it again, I have been with them for 2 years. Here is what I sent."I still have the same problem.I do not get a text message or email with the Six digit OTP.How can I make this any clearer.Consider this as another time you have dropped the ball.For F#$ks sake, can someone fix this ASAP."

Vorteile:

Completely Customizable Ease of Use Great Customer Support

Nachteile:

Clients have to make their selections that have an allotted allowance under Change Orders. Should be it's own item.

Contractor Foreman

Kommentare: My overall experience has been great, I feel that I should of made it more important from the beginning to learn the ins and outs of the features of the software as now I'm over 20 projects in and learning how to properly enter the data. Overall our experience with the software has been outstanding and loving that we are able to grow with a software as our business scales

I like that you can keep a running total of each project from start to finish, the features in Contractor Foreman are simple, easy to use and allows us to run our business effectively and efficiently from start to finish

Nachteile:

I can't answer this question at this time, I truly love all of the features and modules of the software

Good value software

Kommentare: I like the program, but feel some of chat assistants can take you down the wrong road.

Vorteile:

An easier program to learn than some of the other software programs we have used at a reasonable price.

Nachteile:

Would have liked a tutorial overview of how to properly set up the system. Step by step so everything is set up and then start with estimate creation, and so forth.

Contractor Formin

Kommentare: Excellent. It has been a good decision thus far.

Vorteile:

Easy of use is for sure my fav. Im not a computer savvy person and it has still been very easy

Nachteile:

The mobile app isnt as friendly but I do have limited use and I may like it more later.

I’m so glad i chose this program

Kommentare: I genuinely enjoy the program and can’t wait to utilize all of the options it can provide to me.

Vorteile:

Contractor Foreman allows me to manage my project from 1 program. I love the fact that it syncs with Quickbooks, allows unlimited photos and customization. The team has been very helpful with answering my questions. The cost was way more reasonable than another big name program.

Nachteile:

I just don’t like the fact that people can’t respond to the email sent from CF so it is an extra step to track.

Great Project Managment Software

Kommentare: So far this is exactly what we are needing for our line of work.

Vorteile:

It was easy to set up, easy to learn how to use it. There are tons of training options to help with the use of the program.

Nachteile:

There are quite a few modules that we will not use, however you can turn most of them off.

It does it all, for a fraction of the price of other project management softwares.

Nachteile:

Schedule not integrating with iCal has been a challenge with managing my schedule as a whole

Great Price for a Great Product

Kommentare: Overall I am impressed with this software as the customer service has been exceptional so far and there is always someone happy to help you with any questions or issues you might have.

Vorteile:

What I like most about Contractor Foreman is the vast scope of modules that allow for so many different options in managing projects.

Nachteile:

Because there are so many features it can be a little bit overwhelming when you first go into the program.

Contractor Foreman is King!

Contractor Foreman so far has been an essential assistant in organized my company. This comes highly recommended from me as I've used other programs and haven't found the same level of quality and customization this product has to offer.

Nachteile:

I haven't found any cons yet.............

Review of Contractor Foreman

Vorteile:

Contractor Foreman has various positive features that retain my continued use for the software, such as ability to allow photo uploads within daily logs, mobile app use for all users, and reminder capabilities for critical job tasks.

Nachteile:

Least likeable feature is when attempting to synchronize contractors foreman into our QuickBooks Software. There are duplicate entries or certain things do not transfer correctly. As a result, we had to terminate the synchronization between the two. Looking for an effective method to prevent errors from happening.

Love Contractor Forman

Does not import past items or transactions. Maybe i did it wrong tho

Excellent program with great training

Kommentare: The one on one training to help you get set up is amazing. We are in implementation phase but can already grasp how much we will enjoy the platform.

Vorteile:

Ability to estimate, invoice, manage projects, subs, vendors, and client communications. One on on training is great!

Nachteile:

Nothing to mention that we have found yet.

Another new program to learn, as this is number 3. They are all similar but different.

Kommentare: Overall, Contractor Foreman is a great database management program. It has all that I need to do my job efficiently.

Vorteile:

Contractor Foreman is fast and has what I need to do my job. If I have any issues I can chat with someone right away.

Nachteile:

Sometimes when the system is down it's a pain.

One Stop Shop

Vorteile:

It's nice that we can track an incoming lead through the estimation process and into job costing and through final billing all in one place. In the past we've had to enter our information in two different locations due to user access so it's nice to be able to enter information in one place and have everyone be able to see and use the information that they need.

Nachteile:

It's been taking a while to get everything up and running because we need to enter all of our information in, but when we are transferring over most of our company information, it makes sense that it will take a while.

Simplify your life

Kommentare: I'm about six months into it and would put up a fight if someone tried to make me switch now, Absolutely love the product. Has made my life way easier.

Vorteile:

I've always done things the old-fashioned way and was pretty resistant to change. I should have listened sooner. I have way more spare time and my workload has actually increased. Love the ease of using it. I thought I'd have to study for weeks to figure it out. I was up and running using a lot of features the first day.

Nachteile:

Someone should have made me try it sooner LOL.

Kommentare: I like how you can have trainings one on one or a group session to learn how to navigate Contractor Foreman. I think this is a great software to manage all your projects and invoices etc.

How you can manage all your projects and expenses to see the profit your making and losing and keeping track of everything you record.

You have to go back every time you save something or do anything.

Contractor Foreman for small Design Build Company

Kommentare: I've been quite happy with the features they have so far. If they can institute a better cost plus system I would be extremely satisfied.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of setup in building estimates and scheduling. There is a robust help library and costumer service has been very good.

Nachteile:

I use a cost plus contract and the cost tracking/invoicing is set up more for a set price type of contract. I would like to see more integration of time and materials into job tracking and invoicing.
