> **Nachteile**: Loomly raised my yearly price by 996% ($300/yr to $2988/yr) and only gave around 30 days notice for the price change. They did not allow me to export my content and have not proactively or clearly posted their pricing model. It feels as though they are holding my content hostage and now demanding I pay the equivalent of my last yearly fee to get my content before leaving their software.

> It started off very well. It has recently soured. I have reached out several times to try and get my content exported before the auto renewal and the support staff are not helping me get my content. It feels predatory and unkind to small businesses like mine.

> Overall Loomly was great to use, it was easy to schedule, post and respond to comments. I really liked that I could schedule unlimited number of posts in the basic plan.
