Vorteile:

Switching to Innago has eased many burdens I had. We are a small nonprofit that depends on every dollar. Being able to afford a rental software for our income based supportive housing is a game changer. The things i love the most are Cost and simplicity.

Nachteile:

Missing a few needed areas of reporting.

First Rate App that won't break the bank!!

Kommentare: Innago has taken a lot of the "labor" out of setting up and tracking individual expenses and incomes associated with each property.

Vorteile:

I really love the ease of use with Innago. It is easy to set up, assign tenants, set up application parameters, create and edit leases, track expenses, and monitor income. I love that my tenants are able to pay through the app and everything is broken down by property making tracking easier.

Nachteile:

I didn't find much difficulty in using this application.

Glitchy page and poor customer service availability

Kommentare: Have used it for just over a year. After the difficulties listed above and esp accounting, I will be looking for alternatives.

Nachteile:

Even though innago sells itself as an all in one property management tool, it’s clunky and unusable when It comes to listing/advertising, tenant screening, tenant application, lease signing, accounting for tax purposes and most other features. When I contacted customer service about setting up a rental application I was told I’d get a call back but did not hear from them. With poor customer service access, this platform is only good for the basic rent collection which you can do easily elsewhere.

Innago Simplifies My Property Management, but There’s Room for Improvement

The platform simplifies communication with tenants through automated reminders and messaging, ensuring I stay on top of important updates. I also use it to streamline the lease signing process with e-signatures, making it easy for both me and my tenants to complete paperwork remotely. Financial management is another key area—I use Innago to track rent payments, generate reports, and handle late fees automatically, which helps me maintain a clear overview of my rental income and expenses.

I’ve been using Innago for my rental property management, and overall, I’m really happy with it. The software is super easy to use—everything from rent collection to handling maintenance requests is straightforward and accessible. I love how quickly I was able to set it up, and the learning curve was minimal, which is a huge plus for someone who doesn’t have time to mess around with complicated software. The customer support has been amazing; they’re always quick to respond and helpful whenever I need them. I use Innago almost daily, and it’s packed with all the essential features that make my life easier. The integration of various tools like tenant screening, lease signing, and financial tracking saves me a ton of time and helps keep my business running smoothly.

Nachteile:

However, there are a few things that could be better. While the platform is generally user-friendly, the interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, making it harder to find specific features quickly. The mobile app is convenient but occasionally feels slower compared to the desktop version. I also wish the reporting features were more customizable, as I often need more detailed financial reports tailored to my needs. Despite these minor setbacks, Innago is still an excellent tool that has made managing my properties far more efficient.

Kommentare: While I have only been with Innago for a little over a month, it was intuitive and simple enough that I decided to move the rest of my portfolio over to the platform.

Vorteile:

Innago makes it easy for me to manage my entire rental portfolio. It's a great software at an even better price, free.

Nachteile:

The part I dislike most is only being able to send one document for signing at a time. This can take a while for each new resident to get through the entire onboarding process.

Best Bang for your Buck

Vorteile:

I love that I can use my own PDF leases and that I can customize rental applications and lease terms. Overall I love that I can truly run my property the way that I want, there are so many customizable options.

Nachteile:

The app itself is very slow. It usually works really well and has lots of great features, but often times it takes a long time for pages to load, which is frustrating - especially when I'm trying to do my book keeping quickly to set up a tenant quickly.

Innago

I do not like that I cannot turn off the credit card option

Excellent customer service, great program

Kommentare: Can't beat this software when it comes to free rent management. Customer service is top notch.

Vorteile:

Free, intuitive, very accessible. Built-In document signing.

Nachteile:

Changing lease terms can be fiddly at times.

Easy to use program

Vorteile:

I like how easy it was to set up and receive payments from my tenant.

Nachteile:

The logging in process sometimes it can take a while (couple minutes) to get my access code texted to me. Could be my cell provider though. I also don't like how it asked me to go through the tutorial every time I log in.

I Spoke They Listened

Kommentare: My overall experience has been a good one.

Vorteile:

The thing that stood out to me the most was how when I had an issue with adding tenants through the app in my iPhone and it wouldn’t work. I opened a ticket with support and within the week they had it fixed and an update for the app out. There support team works and fast! Also having docusign made into the app allows me to get lease and documents signed without the need for paying for another subscription.

Nachteile:

There is a little lag with the app. It the good features mentioned above out way this in my opinion.

Slick, Easy To Use, Worth Paying For

Vorteile:

I had been using Avail for the better part of 3 years, but Innago's interface is more user-friendly and modern. Everything looks professional, and the fees are lower. There is a native app with relevant notifications, and my residents had little trouble getting set up when I switched over. I have contacted customer support several times with minor questions, and the same individual responds during the same business day (or the next if on a weekend). The sites that it syndicates listings to are big ones - Realtor, Zillow, Zumper. I'm very happy I switched to Innago.

Nachteile:

There are three issues that would make Innago even better: 1. Allow tenants to schedule a one-time payment in the future. Right now, one-time payments are ONLY made immediately. Avail allows this function, and some tenants appreciate it. 2. Provide a professional looking website that includes my rentals, pictures, about, testamonials, etc. Avail provides this function, and I use it as my main advertising site. 3. Syndicate to more rental platforms. Apartments.com, Redfin, Rent., and Apartmentlist would be GREAT additions.

Innago - Great for beginners

Kommentare: Overall, would certainly recommend to others getting started. I reviewed a number of competitor platforms but landed on Innago due to the number of built in features and pricing (free!).

Vorteile:

Has just about every feature built into the platform that a beginner to mid-level property manager would need. On top of that, cannot beat the pricing. Once you learn how to navigate the platform, it's a great tool.

Nachteile:

Some items were difficult to locate or took some time playing around to get the way I wanted.

Amazing Software for Lanlords & Tenants Alike!

Worth the research

Kommentare: Researched all current and reputable rental agreement software and read innumerable positive reviews about switching to Innago from another company's software and gave it a go myself. I struggled just a little with the last part of the agreement but the tutorials and customer service are great. According to Reddit, some of these other companies are a real headache and not worth the time or money. Haven't had any hiccups since and my tenant is happy with it as well. Maintenance tracking is a fantastic feature.

Vorteile:

Ease of use for landlord and tenant, quality and response time of support, important notifications and seamless EFT. We really like to track maintenance requests and receipts for tax purposes.

Nachteile:

There were some slightly less than clear instructions in setup but customer service clears it up.

Thorough but UI is Messy

Vorteile:

It's very easy for tenants to sign up and pay/automate rent payments. It's also affordable.

Nachteile:

I find the UI to be very messy at times. It seems that some features could be combined to make for a cleaner experience where it's easier to find what I'm looking for.

Although it has tons of features it is still very easy to use and amazing customer service! Super easy to screen tenants, collect rents, frequently using it, integrate with other softwares and implement.

Nachteile:

Nothing I didn’t like about it. It’s a super easy platform with everything needed.

Great for First Time Homeowner

Kommentare: Overall, I like using Innago because I save money and keep track of everything regarding my home.

Vorteile:

I like that's free, easy to use, and simple to navigate. I love their customer service and quick responsiveness to any inquiries I pose via email or phone. My CS rep called me a few days after setting up the profile to acquaint me with the product and help with set-up.

Nachteile:

I didn't like that I had to tell my tenants how to use Innago instead of a seminar or video or guidebook automatically being sent to them instead.

Great tenant management software for small time landlord

Kommentare: Great so far. Not using all functionality of the platform just yet but its working great for rent collection and tracking.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and responsiveness for rent collection. This is the main use for us as rent collection is automated, free (for us), allows easy tracking.

Nachteile:

Initial tenant onboarding could be a little more vocal with the landlord. For example, one of my tenants did not "verify their identity" with Innago which caused their payment to be stuck in "processing" for a week. I wasnt sure what the problem was so I had to reach out to Innago and they let me know they are waiting for the tenant to get in contact with them. If they let me know earlier, I wouldnt have had to reach out directly to Innago and could have saved a little bit of time.
