Kommentare: My experience has been very positive. From the first moment I started using the platform, I realized how easy it was to use and how intuitive its interface was.

Vorteile:

What I liked the most is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. From the very first moment I started using the platform, I was able to navigate smoothly and perform all HR tasks efficiently. I also love how it simplifies each stage of the employee life cycle. From recruiting and onboarding to time tracking and free time management, this tool has you covered.

Nachteile:

One aspect that I think could be improved is the integration with other tools and systems. While it does offer some integrations with third-party software, I wish there were more options available. This would further facilitate the management of human resources and the synchronization of data between different platforms.

Easy Staff Managment Through Factorial

Kommentare: As of now, the Factorial Application is running smoothly and meeting all desired expectations in my business unit. Staff is much pleased with the software as they no longer need to visit my office to submit their leave forms physically as the application enables them to request these through the system. Likewise, never missed my tasks and not had any arguments with my subordinates with regard to their day-offs. All the above achievements emerged thanks to Factorial Software. You will never regret owning this software because this will help to save your human assets in the company.

Vorteile:

One of the best aspects of the Factorial app is its handy Dashboard. This provides a great helicopter view to senior staff with regard to identifying many activities such as upcoming events, pending tasks, upcoming holidays, and community posts. The Dashboard is in blocked shape with enlarged text, which helps users to quickly capture the eyes of the user without missing any activity! Furthermore, the users can easily install many user-friendly applications that integrate with Factorial through a few clicks. Some of the great features you can enjoy using these apps are Goals, reviews, surveys, training and etc. Another superb plus point is users can integrate the mailboxes, including outlook. If somebody thinks this is an exaggeration; I must tell you that you should try their free version before purchasing this! You will surely be mesmerized by your output!

Nachteile:

So far, I did not experience any issues, since I have been using limited features yet but there are many other areas to capitalize on. There are abundant capabilities this App has but I am yet to experience any misbehaves of this app. In a nutshell, there are literally zero issues for me as of now!

Our HR tasks are automated and simplified by Factorial

Kommentare: It's helping us cut down on administrative tasks, applicant tracking systems (ATS) are reducing the amount of paper involved in the recruitment process, and now that analytics are here, we should be able to make more informed hiring decisions. We really appreciate the surveys and the simplicity with which we can now launch satisfaction surveys or evaluations.

Vorteile:

I appreciate the freshness and cleanliness. Very user-friendly, and can be tweaked to a considerable extent by our administrators. In my opinion, it is an excellent system for growing businesses to implement.

Nachteile:

The platform is constantly getting better, so this isn't really a complaint, but when there are sudden, significant changes, the user has little choice but to adopt them or disable them.

Kommentare: Poor and unhelpful service.Support is useless, if they respond at all.Our account handler keeps sending us PDFs to get us to pay more.

Nachteile:

There were a few aspects of Factorial that I found less favorable. One area that I liked least was the limited customization options. While the software provided a solid foundation for HR management, there were certain aspects that couldn't be customized according to specific business needs. This lack of flexibility might be a drawback for organizations requiring highly tailored HR processes or unique workflows. Offering more customization options would have allowed for a more personalized experience for different businesses.

Payroll is too separated from SaaS This is something that 80% of the times is a bad thing, on the other 20% it is nice to speak with a profesional partner who owns a strong legal payroll background

The only HR app you need

Vorteile:

Factorial is a one-stop solution for all things HR. As a user, everything from my daily time-tracking to receiving payslips is handled on the platform. Our company uses factorial a lot. I love the Calendar View where I can see who in the team would be on leave during the month. It enables me to plan things ahead without having to make tens of emails. We also use it during quarterly reviews where we can fill out surveys, put our reviews for 360 feedback etc. If I need any document I don't need to look any further than the platform because all my documents are on this platform.

Nachteile:

So far I haven't come across any major issues. I do see that the app might not be able to offer more once a company starts scaling but it is not a con for me at the moment.

Very Easy to use and quite acurate

Kommentare: It was easy for even the most technologically challenged.

Vorteile:

It is so easy to use. Even when an employee forgets to clock in and out, it is one login and a quick fix.

Nachteile:

Getting to some of the employee information is kind of like looking for an Easter egg. Once, located it is easy to go back to though.

Very good compared to others

Vorteile:

One of the functionality select the most is the time tracking. In Spain, it is mandatory by law to keep a daily track of attendance of all employees.With factorial, it is very easy to clock in and out with riyal times, and not some predefined timeslots.

Nachteile:

I did not find it very easy to integrate factorial with other tools to control all the resources, like action plans, trainings, and so on.

Meets the expectations

Kommentare: Payroll summary feature that allows you to have overview of the whole payroll calculation process helped us a lot during the time we use Factorial.

Vorteile:

Payroll management feature and the payroll summary might be the best when using Factorial. Has great features and really easy to understand the whole points. Training a new comer employee with this product helps a lot as it can show every process step by step, which we loved.

Nachteile:

Too simple and not fast enough when navigating.

Administración HR para todos los niveles

Kommentare: Utilizamos FactorialHR sobretodo para el control de vacaciones, fichajes y firma de documentación con empleados y estamos en estudio para la implementación de gastos que ofrece para liberar el único proceso interno que nos queda en papel.

Vorteile:

La herramienta es muy fácil de utilizar. No se requieren grandes conocimientos de IT para desplegarla y, sobre todo, a nivel de usuario es muy intuitiva por lo que cualquiera puede utilizarla. Su constante evolución y mejoras que van incorporando, ayuda bastante en la gestión del día día. Independientemente del plan que se tenga, escuchan las necesidades de sus clientes para mejorar e implementar nuevas funcionalidades.

Nachteile:

El sistema de fichaje aun le falta alguna mejora, como notificaciones tanto por correo como por app en inicio de jornada laboral en un rango horario y notificación en la final de horario. El los útlimos meses hemos detectado varias caídas, si que es cierto que no es una app core de negocio pero sí que los usuarios se molestan de vez en cuando. La gestión de incidencias es un poco caótico puesto que a veces recibo primero la respuesta del técnico y horas más tarde un correo de apertura del caso con lo que presta a confusión ya veces no sabes si has abierto el ticket hasta que te responden. Eso sí, son muy rápidos en dar respuesta por lo que realmente es más una apunte que una queja.

Excelente plataforma de gestión HR

Kommentare: Desde que comenzamos a utilizar el software he podido manejar un montón de cuestiones a nivel HR que de otra manera, tendría que haber realizado de manera manual y me hubiera costado mucho tiempo. Cada vez que necesito algún consejo sobre la plataforma, me lo brindan rápidamente. Me gusta recibir los newsletters con las novedades en el mundo de recursos humanos y con información acerca de procesos, y como mejorarlos.

Vorteile:

Es una plataforma que centraliza toda la información de los trabajadores. Me ayuda a salvar mucho tiempo con el módulo de ausencias y control horario. Es súper intuitivo, y amigable. Es valorable la actualización de noticias que nos llegan por el blog y son muy interesantes.

Nachteile:

A veces necesito pedir personalizaciones para nuestra empresa en general, pero lo veo como algo normal, y la respuesta y solución siempre es muy pronta.

Adaptabilidad

Kommentare: Factorial es una herramienta muy intuitiva que creo nos ayudará a mejorar el control horario de los Equipos

Vorteile:

Acabamos de empezar a usar factorial y, lo que descataría por el momento, es la adaptabilidad que muestra a nuestras necesidades. Si necesitamos de una función la desarrollan, está en continua actualización.

Nachteile:

Echo en falta algunas funciones, como poder fijar turnos a un empleado en varios centros para que este sepa donde debe acudir. Espero que se incorpore la misma en las próximas actualizaciones.

All rounded and good HR system

Kommentare: overall it's the best HR system we had so far, and i would recomend it to anyone who don't know how to manage his employees

Vorteile:

From the customer side the tool is very easy to use, the interface guide the operations needed to do and it can also be used to create companies surveys

Nachteile:

the surveys could be more fine tuned, currently the feature is a nice to have but should be improved to be more scalable

Primeras semanas con Factorial

Kommentare: Nos ha solucionado fácilmente el tema de los fichajes y facilitado el proceso de solicitud de ausencias.

Vorteile:

Es un producto muy sencillo de utilizar. Cualquier usuario puede adaptarse rápidamente a su uso, y la configuración inicial, además de rápida, permite incluir bastantes detalles según la empresa.

Nachteile:

La sección de informes deja mucho que desear. Por un lado, da la impresión de que toma mal los datos, por lo que los títulos predeterminados no coinciden con la información presentada en los gráficos. Al mismo tiempo, al exportar la información, podría ser interesante exportarla como informe de pdf incluyendo los gráficos elegidos, no como una hoja de Excel con la información usada para hacer el gráfico, lo cual encuentro con poco sentido, dado el objetivo del software. También estaría bien crear vínculos con el calendario de Outlook.

Una Aplicación muy eficiente y de fácil uso

Kommentare: Gracias a Factorial, hemos conseguido una solución integral a las diferentes necesidades que teníamos en la empresa, desde la organización de la información en HR, agilizar procesos con la firma electrónica y la app para registrar las jornadas de trabajo

Vorteile:

Lo que más nos gusta de la aplicación es que es sencilla y el uso es muy intuitivo tanto para las personas que la utilizan como herramienta para registrar las jornadas como para los administradores que tienen mucho más acceso a todas las funcionalidades

Nachteile:

En la parte de reclutamiento creo que aún le queda desarrollo para poder tener más filtros de busqueda a la hora de seleccionar a los candidatos. La parte de implementación es la más complicada debido a que hay que dedicarle tiempo para la configuración previa, pero una vez solucionado, los procesos son mucho más fáciles y ágiles.

FACTORIAL en BYTEMASTER

Kommentare: Unificar la documentación de todas las personas, y sobre todo ganar tiempo todos por la forma de introducir la información y realizar las operaciones de la gestión.

Vorteile:

El diseño del Portal, la parrilla de eventos, las notificaciones de cumpleaños, el control horario, la gestión ausencias y además la nueva aplicación de gastos genera muchas expectativas por el ahorro de tiempo de todos.

Nachteile:

Los informes son difíciles de manejar y no son nada amigables, voy a dar una idea, mi propuesta es realizar una integración con productos de terceros como el Qlik o PBI.

Factorial un software de rrhh con mucha proyección

Vorteile:

Fácil de usar tanto desde el punto de vista del usuario como del equipo de trabajo en el día a día. Además es sencillo obtener la información que necesitas en excel, puedes crear tus propias tablas de KPIs ...

Nachteile:

El organigrama no es fácil de ver si la organización tiene muchos empleados. Además, no conservas el organigrama de años anteriores a cierre de año lo cual en ciertos trámites como auditorias , due diligence tiene que rehacerlo aparte.

CONTENTOS CON EL SOFTWARE

Me gusta mucho lo fácil que es de utilizar, me parece muy util la opción de colgar documentos y solicitar firmas.

Nachteile:

Algunos errores que da a veces, pero que se solventan bien.

Kommentare: Je vous le recommande, il est assez difficile d'être déçu par ce logiciel.

Vorteile:

Une appli simple à utiliser et pratique pour automatiser certaines taches. Pour ceux qui recrutent assez souvent le logiciel est très utile pour gérer toutes ce qui est relative aux ressources humaines grâce à des fonctionnalités intéressantes.

Nachteile:

Pour ma part, il est assez difficile de trouver des défauts à cette application mais seulement souligner le fait qu'il pourrait être plus utile s'il était possible d'intégrer plus d'applications ou de logiciels. Néanmoins, concernant la tache pour laquelle il est créé, il est top.

Good HR software for small companies

Vorteile:

The possibility to manage all aspects of our employee in the same place and according to Spanish law.

Nachteile:

Factorial could offer more space to upload public documents for the whole company, and the most important to organize them in different folders, like Google drive.

An excellent application to monitor and record your work hours

Vorteile:

Factorial's mobile application provides employees with the ability to manage their work hour through a user-friendly interface. With this app, It's easy to start and stop you clock when necessary, request time off or vacation, and review your previous clock-in records.

Nachteile:

It would be incredibly beneficial to have the option to modify previously requested time off days. This feature would allow individual to correct any errors or make changes in advance of the reviewer's evaluation.

Great HR software!!

Vorteile:

I like how "easy to use"is the system, very clear and covers all the functionalities that we need for a HR system. Also we valuate a lot the team abscenses calendar.

Nachteile:

The benefits side is a bit unclear, sometimes we have problems to contract health insurance.
