Kommentare: Ich benutze Clockify nun seit mehreren Monaten und insgesamt bin ich zufrieden mit der Anwendung. Die Zeiterfassung ist einfach und die Berichte sind nützlich, um einen Überblick über die Arbeitszeit zu behalten. Was mir jedoch aufgefallen ist, ist dass einige Funktionen nur in höherpreisigen Plänen verfügbar sind, wie z.B. die Offline-Zeiterfassung. Die Benutzeroberfläche kann anfangs etwas überwältigend sein, aber nach einer kurzen Einarbeitungszeit ist sie leicht zu navigieren.Ein weiteres Manko ist, dass die Mobile App einige Verbesserungen benötigt, da sie nicht so intuitiv ist wie die Desktop-Version. Darüber hinaus gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Kunden hinzuzufügen oder Rechnungen zu erstellen, was ein zusätzliches Tool oder einen anderen Service erfordern würde.Insgesamt bin ich mit Clockify zufrieden, obwohl es einige Verbesserungen geben könnte. Es ist eine gute Option, besonders wenn man ein begrenztes Budget hat oder nur eine einfache Zeiterfassung benötigt. Vorteile:

Clockify ist eine von der beste Software, die ich mit mein Team damit gearbeitet haben und das war richtig top. Zuesrt benötigt nicht viel speicherplatz und zu zweite man kann die Zeit professionell verwalten.

Nachteile:

Manche Funktionen funktionieren nicht über das Desktop software, deshalb man muss im Web einloggen. Aber trotzdem das ist kein Risiko aber wäre besser wenn man alles im App machen kann

Gutes Zeiterfassungs-Tool

Kommentare: In meiner Arbeit als Freelancerin hilft mir Clockify meine unterschiedlichen Kundenprojekte zeitlich zu erfassen und mit Hilfe der Integration in meine Buchhaltungssoftware kann ich auch gleich eine Rechnung erstellen.

Vorteile:

Es gibt eine separate Desktop App, so dass die Zeiterfassung am Rechner kinderleicht ist. Die Handhabung ist selbsterklärend und die kostenlose Version sehr umfangreich. Eine Integration zu lexxware ist möglich.

Nachteile:

Die Desktop-App zeigt nur die Zeiterfassung. Um den gesamten Account einsehen zu können, muss ich mich in den Brwoser einloogen.

Perfektes Tool zur Zeitaufzeichnung/Reporten verschiedener Projekte

Kommentare: Für jeden der verschieden Projekte zu betreuen hat und diese Aufzeichnen will/muss, ist Clockify ein perfektes Tool!

Vorteile:

Die Software ist in wenigen Minuten bereit zum Einsatz und ist sehr intuitiv zu bedienen! Da sie SW im Web sowie auch per eigener App erreichbar ist, kann die Zeit auch immer gleich mit getrackt werden und ein lästiges Nachtragen entfällt

Nachteile:

Habe noch keine Funktion gefunden, welche verbessert gehört und wüsste jetzt auch nicht was fehlt.

Clockify Dein kleines Helferlein für Projekte

Kommentare: Schön ist die Aufteilung der Projekte und Kunden. Endlich sehe ich die echte Arbeitszeit für eine Projekt und nicht die gefühlte. Spielt hervorragend mit Asana zusammen.

Vorteile:

Clockify überzeugt durch eine einfache Bedienung und ist auf allen Geräten präsent. Bietet mir eine Monatsübersicht der Projekte/Zeit um daraus Rechnungen zu generieren. Hilfreich sind die Berichte mit verschiedenen Filterfunktion. Eine App die ich nicht mehr missen möchte.

Nachteile:

Nachteiliges habe ich bis jetzt nicht erfahren können. Im Gegenteil, Clockify entwickelt sich.

Kommentare: Es ist insgesamt ein gutes Produkt mit einer einfach zu bedienenden Benutzeroberfläche und kann Ihnen bei der Verwaltung Ihrer Projektstunden gut helfen.

Vorteile:

Das Beste daran ist, dass es auch kostenlos verwendet werden kann.

Nachteile:

Einige Zeit brauchen wir, um es mit Tools zu integrieren, und haben Schwierigkeiten bei diesem Prozess. Es sollte verbessert werden.

Great solution for a Small / Medium Business

Kommentare: We found a solution that solved the need to have lengthy spreadsheets with all our projects, now we can share, coordinate and summarize everybody´s work.

Vorteile:

This solution is great, easy to use, have great functions to export reports to excel to perform analysis, nice and powerful dashboards, and almost no training needed for the users.

Nachteile:

Really we can´t find Cons for this app, the only issue is that the timesheet feature is not shown by default, but you can simply make it appear with a little of research.

Complete time tracking tool

The best thing about Clockify is being able to separate all projects and their respective tasks. It is very easy to know how long each task takes in large teams.

Vorteile:

With Clockify, I can easily keep track of how much time I'm spending on different activities. It's so simple to use - I just click a button to start a timer, and Clockify automatically records the time I spend on each task. Plus, I can organize my work into projects and tasks, so I always know which activities are taking up the most time. It's a great way to stay organized and make sure I'm using my time efficiently.

Nachteile:

Does Clockify have a lot of revenge time and it's important to let others know and spread what they've learned that they haven't been able to learn? I lacked a little knowledge of English when it was used. Time planning is important for any job. Everyone's knowledge and interests vary, so could Clockify be simplified a little easier to make everyone use it? I'm wondering if I'm going to do that.

Easiest and Cheapest Project Management

Kommentare: I've used Clockify from when I was an employee tracking my work hours on a daily basis, to now using it as someone who needs to stay on top of other's projects and hours. I only started using it because it was free, but I prefer it to other things I've used in the passed, such as Asana, Slack, or just sharing a google drive.

I prefer the simplicity of the layout compared to alternatives and the free version accommodates most needs adequately. You're not forced to pay to get use out of it.

Nachteile:

Some may feel that Clockify is more limited compared to alternatives.

The best time tracking software

Kommentare: I'm still amazed at how fast the tool is and how intuitive it is.

Vorteile:

The application (website) is super intuitive. All users (developers, testers, team managers) had no problem with using it and only needed minutes to get used to using it.

Nachteile:

I think the feature that some users need is more localizations. We wanted to contribute, but there isn't a nice online editor we could use.

Meh...not my favorite

Kommentare: Clockify was just MEH for me. Nothing was great or like "I HAD TO HAVE", but nothing was also so bad that I could not reccomend it. This product is not the best in the field and its not the worst. Thats exactly how I feel about it.

Clockify was pretty straightforward, or so I thought. It was easy to input all of my staff and to roll out the product. The online clock in process was simple.

Nachteile:

I didn't like the project management in clockify. Also it wasn't as easy to input all other stuff I needed for payroll management

Great timer for productivity, quick and easy to set.

Kommentare: The fundamental issue we have been addressing is simply the inquiry, "What did you work on today?" I feel more productive since I can manage my time by doing precisely what I want, I can complete more things than before, and I know where to spend my time. Being conscious of your time is too valuable these days; being able to report our productivity has been a game changer, greatly assisting us in dissecting our duties and maybe splitting tasks depending on hours worked in various areas.

Vorteile:

Clockify is really quick and simple to set up; for the purposes of our business, we had all of our workers set up their productivity monitoring on Clockify in less than an hour. I like that I can write down precisely what I am doing for the day so that if there are any questions, my watch can be checked. I also like that I can make modifications myself because I am not the best at clocking in and out of breaks. It is really helpful and simple to use, and you can truly see where your time is spent.

Nachteile:

While customization is one of the best features of Clockify, it can also be a problem; allowing employees to add their own ratings means we have a lot of duplicates. This is not necessarily a problem, but it does make reporting more concise; for example, each employee tends to keep track of their staff meeting times in their own created category, rather than sharing one; this should have been fixed during our implementation process and could have been avoided; additionally, there is nothing to discredit that app; I use it in my web browser.

Keep It Simple and Smart

Kommentare: Clockify has helped my team get our projects organized for quite some time. We enjoyed the free version for a little over a year before we started opting for the paid version since we want to take advantage of some of the paid features such as automation, API integration, templates, and other productivity features to further improve our operations.

Vorteile:

Clockify is a very simple platform to use with very user-friendly functions and operations. It takes less than 15-min for a new user to get familiar with it and already start working with the system. We love the fact that the system allows admins to be able to get high-level and granular data of individual users or projects. Data Analytics is really great with the high-level information that is already provided by the system UI, but Clockify also provides the capability to either extract the data and user a different data visualization platform to use, or integrate it with a different analytic platform all in all.

Nachteile:

There are some limitations as to what data can be captured and stored in Clockify. If an operation is using a different KPI metrics (such as qty produced / time-spent) then this platform does not support that.

The best affordable software that can save you tons of time!

Kommentare: We tried multiple software for this purpose and finally come to the decision that Clockify is the right choice for our company in these remote working days, so I can suggest you test it and decide by yourself, but this one worth for sure to give it a chance, at least from my perspective and with main factors that I and my team had in mind.

Vorteile:

The report section works awesome! Also, it offers really good access level control and organization management features. You can use and try it for free (as we did) for as long as you like and then decide to continue with premium plans or not

Nachteile:

The smartphone application is really primitive and seems like a beta version :) Do not mistake, it is completely stable, and you can use it, but still, a lake of features and offline working is there...

Best Time Tracking Software Ever

Kommentare: We are a full remote team working on projects for clients, so having a way to track time spent and pay out / invoice using tracked time is very crucial part of our day-to-day workflow. I really enjoy having a working software that I can track time on all of my devices and even have it integrated into other tools like Trello and our accounting software using API.

Vorteile:

We like the fact that just the free feature is good enough for most of our use cases, and most importantly, a full-fledged API that we can integrate our workflows into the tracker so I can track project progress with time spent, help a lot with our retrospective process and refining workflows to optimize time spent, and I can easily grab the time spent on all teammates on each project so I can use to do the payments.

Nachteile:

The Mac Desktop client can definitely use some love, but this is really minor issue, since we now use APIs more.

Clockify gives you power to control all tasks in any kind or size of projects

Kommentare: Clockify gives me control over all parts of a project. I can focus in tasks that are really important and manage my team easily. Clockify is integrated to my Gmail, Calendar, Asana, Google Docs and Spreadsheets making the work very productive and tasks on each of them easy to control. I´ve tested many other softwares online and desktop, including smartphone apps and Clockify was simple the best option I found.

Vorteile:

Clockify is amazing to control time & tasks in projects. Using a plugin Chrome Browser extension you add a small clock to e-mails, documents, spreadsheets, etc, and can start your timer in any kind of task. Clockify allows you to generate reports on the fly, super easy and fast. At the end of the day you know how productive you are and knows where in the projects you stay. You can easily schedule tasks, interact with other members of the team and track almost everything. The costs reports are a powerful tool, with them you control all the costs of your projects and team members. Using work spaces, you can create different scopes of work for any kind of organization you work. Clockify allows you to create clients, projects, teams, tags, and control the costs & track times of work for every one of them.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, I miss a feature like Gantt Chart but this is not really a problem. I also would like to have a version translated to Portuguese.

Clockify is a great free tracker

Kommentare: I have used Clockify for close to two years and I have yet to find a time tracker that is as functional and straightforward. Other apps have more modern designs, but at the expense of usability.

Vorteile:

The basics of any time tracking app is, of course, tracking time. Reports are also very helpful, along with tasks for a project. Clockify is the one app I've found that is free for all those features. It's well designed and thought out. Every feature you need is within quick access and simple to find.

Nachteile:

The interface is as modern as some other trackers (Toggl, Harvest, etc). I occasionally look at other apps just to see if there's a better looking one. But they all either lack the features I need at the free level, or aren't as intuitive to use.

Not much. No qualms. Maybe I can find out later since my subscription is free and for me alone. Maybe if my workspace becomes complex I might start to notice discripancies.

The BEST Time Tracking Software I Have Ever Used

Kommentare: Have I mentioned that I LOVE this software? It is awesome! It does everything I need and more to track the time spent on my clients. Would highly recommend their software!

Vorteile:

What is there NOT to like about this software? It was very easy to set up. It is simple to use. I have a small accounting firm and needed to track time spent per client per employee. This software does it simply and effectively. I love the "tags" as well. With the previous time tracking software I was using before they started to charge a fortune for it...I would have to type out the "tasks" that I was working on with each client. With Clockify, I have set up reports, reviews, emails, data entry, etc. as tags and it is simple as clicking the tag. LOVE LOVE LOVE this software!

Nachteile:

I guess if there was something I could change about the software it would be to add a "pause" button. I have to "Stop" the timer if I get interrupted in a client project and then go down in the time tracker and restart it when I get back in it. Not hard and it still does what I need it to do...but a "pause" button would be nice =) Another "con" would be that I have to manually add new clients and project which takes less than one minute...so not really an issue either =)

Best software to choose for freelancer

Kommentare: I've been using Clockify for more than two years now. I tried other software before but this one was the best at that and still is. If you, like me have simple needs, this is the best piece of software for you. Remark to company: please don't grow. If we're using your product we are not interested in ERP. If you want to grow make a separate product containing project planning etc.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, reliability, fast response from customer service even when I was using only a free version of the software. Clean design, very good reports, ability to export reports to different formats. The basic version has almost all the things I need. Application is small, which is a big plus.

Nachteile:

Lack of Polish version of VAT invoice is a little minus. If there were I'd have everything I need in one app. If you decide to implement that, please consider moving invoicing and time rounding from STANDARD to BASIC plan. I don't need managment stuff. There's literally no small and simple time tracking software with invoicing only. Every app like this slowly grows towards ERP system. Please don't grow. Hone the things you have now and make a separate product capable of integrating with bigger brother.
