Billig - und das sieht man leider im Support und der Funktion

Kommentare: Wenn es schon an der Anlage des Accounts selber mit Steuer-ID hapert, dann sollte man vorsichtig werden.
Wenn die Software nicht binnen 1-2 Stunden mit IT-Support und über Tage mit dem Hersteller-Support nicht lauffähig ist, dann ist es Bananen-Software - und sowas unterstütze ich nicht. Auch bei dem Preis nicht.

Vorteile:

Der Preis hat mich begeistert, deshalb haben wir dieses Tool ausprobiert.

Nachteile:

Der Account konnte nicht mit einer seit Jahren gültigen Umsatzsteuer-Identnummer angelegt werden. Hin- und her mit dem Support geschrieben, schließlich einen Workaround gefunden. Das darf nicht passieren. Das Setup war nicht möglich, wir haben es auch mit Support nicht geschafft, eine Verbindung aufzubauen.

I Love RemotePC and I Depend On It

Kommentare: As part of my project, RemotePC has performed as needed. Thank you so much for a solid product.

Vorteile:

I have a sensitive project that I need the ability to monitor from work. If need be, I need the ability to take control from work. I can be at work and feel like I am sitting in front of my PC at home.

Nachteile:

It's a little bit slower reconnecting through a VPN but that is too be expected.

Asesome Software

Kommentare: Overall, the experience has been fantastic. Great speed.

Vorteile:

The product is very easy to install and has worked flawlessly. I am currently just using a one PC version to allow access to my home PC when I am traveling. Love the ability to drag and drop files from one PC to another.

Nachteile:

It was a bit confusing on whether or not I had to install a remote copy of the software in addition to the software on the primary PC. Once I had the client installed in my browser, all was great. Audio from the remote PC has also been a bit scratchy and broken.

Kommentare: I give it a 7-8 rating. I've only used it for 8 days.

Vorteile:

This is very easy to use. I have used Google chrome, but this allows another computer to access my data without me being around.

Nachteile:

I haven't used it intensely yet so not sure of any cons right now,

Inexpensive trouble free remote desktop access

Kommentare: Very positive. Our company was looking for a inexpensive solution to enable our employees to access on premise computers for the few remaining applications we run that do not offer a easy way to access without being directly on the company intranet. RemotePC is a bit slower to establish a connection to a remote desktop compared to other applications we have used, but once connected there are no speed issues so it is a more than acceptable compromise considering the price.

Vorteile:

RemotePC is a basic remote desktop platform offered at a fantastic price. It will allow a user to access any number of PCs remotely through any web browser and includes multimonitor support. A simple low cost solution to providing remote desktop access to your employees.

Nachteile:

The website can be a bit slow and sometimes the initial connect to your remote PC might take a minute to be established.

Warum RemotePC gewählt wurde: Confusion on our account due to use canceling GoToMeeting. Ultimately felt that GoToMyPC was to expensive for a program that GoTo obviously doesn't care about anymore.

Amazingly Simple Access

Kommentare: I have been blown away how simple the program is to use and the functionality of things like file transfers, remote access, and mobile device apps for pc access. They have a new customer that will be a return customer!

Vorteile:

The program has extremely easy setup and onboarding. I’m now in full control of my tech stack without the need to lug laptops all over creation.

Nachteile:

I wish the pricing was a bit more incremental. I’d really like to manage a few more devices but not as many as the next pricing tier.

Remote PC the best remote access experience

Kommentare: The best experience in remote access, overall, it exceeded our Team expectations.

Vorteile:

It offers convenience, flexibility, and efficiency. It has allowed our team to access our office computers from anywhere, and it has allowed the whole team to collaborate in real-time, enhancing productivity at 100% and reducing downtime.

Nachteile:

Nothing really so far it has been a great experience, we were using TeamViewer and Remote PC is much better, and it has become our application of choice for remote access.

Good Alternative to TeamViewer

Kommentare: No issues so far, we are able to perform all the same functions we could with TeamViewer for a much better price.

RemotePC Review

Kommentare: I have set this up for a few customers who needed a cheap but good option to remote into their work computer. It is user friendly and works fine.

It does have a very good price and so far seems to work very well.

I have not found any as of yet. It does as expected.

Surprised by so this product when looking for some alternative

Kommentare: Haven't been using it very intensively so far because of mid-term health issues when I'm limited regarding the amount of work I usually do, but overally I'm happy with RemotePC

It's not a matter of life and death, but modern design of GUI would be welcome

Remote PC is Great!

Kommentare: Compared to what we have been using for years, this is much, much better! I would get kicked out all the time and have to reload it. Recently they changed and we could not download it with blacking it out.

We started with Remote PC 5 days ago and it's great! It is fast to login and dependable.

Nachteile:

So far there is nothing that I do not like.

Very positive experience with RemotePC

There are a few things I really like about RemotePC. First, it is highly functional for the work we do. I have an employee overseas who is able to remote into a work computer in my office and only on very rare occasions does she have any issues with lag or glitching. Secondly, this product is very fairly priced compared to the competition. Very happy overall.

Nachteile:

So far, I haven't experience any issues that would cause me to write a negative review. Everything is positive at this point.

Cheapest yet the best on the market!

Kommentare: Cheapest yet the best on the market. Very fast connection. Simple interface. Easy to use. Very good support team. 24/7 live chat from real agent.

Vorteile:

Firstly, the price is just so affordable. Second, one of the pc got problem connecting at first due to ISP problem, within days, RemotePC team have given new update just to tackle this. Since then I have no problem connecting anymore.

Nachteile:

Basically nothing for now. It's working so well I don't have anything to not like about it.

For a personal user it was so easy to setup and use

Our company started with your free version and upgrade as first step to SOHO 10 computers, have to recognize fast connections even from our apple tablets. Had some initial confusion that was professionally addressed by the tec support, so far so good (moving this company from team viewer)

Nachteile:

Too early to rate, need more time...so far so good!

RemotePC: My Thoughts

Kommentare: So far I am loving it. Makes working from home easier and connecting to my work computer.

Vorteile:

It's so easy to download and set up. So much better than other programs I've tried like Google Desktop and Team Viewer. From the get-go, I only had to follow a few steps to get it set up on both of my PCs and done. Seriously so easy!!

Nachteile:

I have only used Remote Desktop for about a week or so. The only con I can say so far is the menu/options that sit at the top of the screen. I don't like that you can't move that to a different part of the screen. It always stays at the top. This would be a good update down the road in my book.

Most user friendly Remote Access software

Kommentare: If I would have to summarize the overall experience of using RemotePC in one word, it would be 'FANTASTIC'.

Vorteile:

I had been struggling to manage my remote sever using the free remote access services for a couple of years now. I read about RemotePC in reddit and i decided to give it a try. I fell in love within the first couple of minutes.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the text in the websites gets blurry while scrolling. But that happens very rarely.

Excellence in remote control

Kommentare: I had the need to support a series of devices, with private IPs that accessed the network through LTE routers with private addressing, so alternatives that use NAT were not suitable for me. I tried RemotePC and it was brilliant, fast and efficient control of all equipment, for a very moderate price

Vorteile:

The simplicity of use, and the possibility of installation by users with little knowledge and the number of alternatives and prices

Nachteile:

To this day I have not yet found any cons, so far I have found in this software what I was looking for

Remote PC provides me the simple and robust ability to access 4 CPUs across three locations. I switched from TeamViewer and have had a very positive experience.

RemotePC offers good speed, excellent features, multiple security options, and just works.

Nachteile:

Windows RDP connector option is a paid add-on and the info (and pricing) is buried in the fine print.

Amazing Software

Kommentare: I installed RemotePC recently and I found it smooth and fast. Also, I liked the simplicity of it which helped me alot with my work as I needed to login into my pc while I’m outside work.
