Love Okendo for my reviews!

Kommentare: Service is top notch, integration is awesome, can't say enough good things!

Vorteile:

It's a greatly automated email management tool that integrates with other platforms too.

Nachteile:

I wish I could schedule reviews to be posted to social media accounts.

Great for syndicating reviews across multiple Shopify Stores

Kommentare: Was really simple to on board and get set up across all of our stores. We're able to import our reviews into the platform and lots of customisations are possible with how these are displayed on site.

Vorteile:

Best two features for us are the ability to syndicate our product reviews across our 8 different Shopify stores and also the ability to group products together as we have different listings for different colours.

Nachteile:

The reporting isn't quite as good as another platform that we have used from a net promoter score perspective.

Very easy to use and integrate into our Shopify store, great features to review & respond before publishing and moving reviews over to other products when required

I have found it difficult in the past to import reviews from other platforms

Kommentare: Excellent! They listen to all feedback, are quick to make updates, continuously launch improvements, and are quick to communicate.

Vorteile:

The ease of use setting it up, how simple it was for our customers to leave reviews, and, now, the ease of operating the loyalty and referral systems.

Nachteile:

I wish it had a few more features on the loyalty side but it's a brand new launch.

Does the heavy lifting...

Kommentare: Great - we've been very happy. Any issues we run into we have solved items via Okendo Support email team.

Vorteile:

Syncs with my other apps, and works great on Shopify Plus.

Nachteile:

Almost too many options, so take a minute to get used to everything and sort out how much you want to ask/require of your customer trying to leave a review. Any issues we did have, support was available.

Very solid platform

Vorteile:

Great customer service, good review options, and have recently added their quizzes functionality. All for a good price point.

Nachteile:

no complaints or things I haven't like so far

Value and flexibility

Vorteile:

Super easy setup, the Okendo team took care of 90% of it. Account management team is great, and they've been proactive about allowing us access to try other parts of the Okendo ecosystem.

Nachteile:

Nothing, I can't say enough about Okendo... it's great

Easy to set & use!

Kommentare: Took some time to set up as we were coming over from a competitor. Once everything was switched over it has been easy to use!

Vorteile:

I like that it’s easy to use and train other employees.

Nachteile:

It’s still new so rolling out other programs.

cost is higher than I'd like, so if possible would like a better price

Great Easy to Use Service

Kommentare: Definitely a positive overall experience, and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a really solid reviews software that isn't super fussy.

Vorteile:

It's super easy to use, and all of its features are very sleek and functional. The team is super helpful, and responds quickly if we run into any issues or have questions.

Nachteile:

It's fairly lightweight, and missing some features that more heavy-duty competitors offer. However, it's a great value for the money.

Okendo's integration with Shopify was one of the key decision points in choosing versus others

Nachteile:

Customisation of the platform, to review not only products but our website overall too. Even the buy, get, care process so we can see areas for improvement

Simple to use, great value for money and amazing support

Kommentare: Previously we had little control over reviews, everything was manually being assessed. When looking at alternatives our budget left us with very cheap and cheerful solutions or if we added in a lot more money we had a worthy tool but too expensive for us. Okendo is a perfect fit and at a brilliant price, it has driven value for us and we get more reviews in two weeks than we did all of last year!

Vorteile:

I love how simple to use the system it, I started by looking at competitors and Okendo were under 1/4 of the cost. The system is so powerful and I am always finding tweaks to be made. My concern with a simple plugin would be that we compromise on the look and feel of the reviews, but it fits in with our brand perfectly. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the implementation team were a dream to work with and are an amazing help. I would recommend Okendo over all competitors, no question!

Nachteile:

I feel that it would be good to have this system better integrated with other solutions such as Klaviyo, as at the second it was clunky to set up and edit. Test sends were not the easiest.

Fantastic product & team

Vorteile:

I work at a Shopify+ agency and we use Okendo's products extensively for our merchants. We have done 30+ installations of the various products. Okendo is a fantastic platform that I would highly recommend to any eCommerce merchants. The features available in each of their products is well thought out and enables any merchant to create and identify Superfans. The integration with Klaviyo in particular is absolutely invaluable. The onboarding experience is also always top-notch, and customer service is always a very high quality.

Nachteile:

Although I am forced to fill out this section, I don't see any cons about Okendo.

Set-up and customer support are excellent. Also, you do not have to pay for multiple instances to support multiple stores.

Nachteile:

To date, we have no complaints. Okendo has worked well, and no major issues.

Great Review Software at a Great Price

Kommentare: The people that work for Okendo offer great customer support. I would highly recommend them. We now use this on all 4 of our retail sites.

Vorteile:

The setup of the software was incredibly easy and they assisted every step of the way. This is one of the first apps we have installed where we didn't have to make design edits to make it look good on our page. The software is very easy to use.

Nachteile:

Nothing really. They had everything we needed and helped with everything we asked for.

Hands down the best review app out there!

Vorteile:

I can't explain how perfect this review app is! It helped us collect over 10,000 reviews in the last 2 months and it's been the easiest app to set up! I love the sentiment functionality as it helps us assess our reviews in bulk, and you can also group-specific products together so all of the reviews are displayed in both product pages! Also, giving specific incentives for specific review types (with image, with video, etc) is incredibly easy!

Nachteile:

The only change I would recommend is to be able to give a specific incentive based on the review character count. For example, reviews with less than 120 characters would receive $3 and over 120 would receive $5.

Okendo Review - Ecomm

Kommentare: Very positive experiences and it is evident that reviews drive conversions.

Vorteile:

Okendo has been a simple process to set up and customer service has always been super helpful and prompt.

Nachteile:

We trialled the referral option but found this to be ineffective for us.

Big Fan!

Kommentare: Wonderful! When I switched over it was a seamless transition and I haven't looked back.

Vorteile:

I am a BIG FAN of Okendo! I was previously using a competitors program and paying way too much money. Okendo does all of the same things for a third of the price or less. Highly recommend.

Nachteile:

I wish that there was a way to fully customize the reviews to look like my brand. Right now it's not bad, but if I could customize the shape of the stars, fonts, etc, that would be ideal.

Very Happy with Okendo

Kommentare: Awesome. Overall, the customer service was really, really good. It's been only a couple of weeks so far but very happy with the product and the customer service.

Vorteile:

Implementation was super easy and it was very easy to transition from our prior reviews partner to Okendo. We are getting a lot more for our money and I love the additional info we are collecting from reviewers at no additional cost to us. Also added capabilities for reviewers such as videos and Q and A.

Nachteile:

A couple of small things came up but each one has been fixed (duplicate reviews submitted, etc)

Way better than Yotpo for the price!

Kommentare: As a newly launched company in a new DTC product category, customer reviews (social proof) are incredibly important, so we were on the hunt for a review platform that was reasonably priced, but could meet our unique requirements associated with a headless, custom site. Despite being located halfway around he CEO and support team were incredibly helpful in getting us the help, advice, and tips needed to get it implemented quickly.

Vorteile:

Pros are the price, flexibility to implement on a custom, headless site, capable CEO and support team

Nachteile:

Cons are greater SEO capabilities with respect to general branded searches

Social Cadre Review

Kommentare: I have had a lot of success using okendo. Using the reviews for parts of our campaigns and have only a few times had issues using it but my issue was resolved the same day! Great support!

Vorteile:

I like the fact that you have the options to answer customer inquiries as well as having reviews. I think the integration between Facebook is very smooth as well as their automated flows for sending review emails

Nachteile:

I did not like the customization for moving reviews to Facebook, this could be a little more in-depth or a layout change once selected to move to fb

Great functionality and very responsive customer service

Kommentare: Attractive customer reviews on every product page give customers the confidence to purchase. Okendo is customizable so that it fits with the look of our Shopify theme and it also integrates with our loyalty program so that customers who leave reviews through Okendo can get loyalty points.

Vorteile:

Okendo reviews look great on our product pages and help customers to buy with confidence. The price and the responsive customer service can't be beat.

Nachteile:

I have no complaints because every time we have any issue or any ask Okendo is very responsive.

Game Changer

Vorteile:

DTC is the way most businesses are having to process orders. Having instant feedback on products allows for a better purchase flow from other customers. Okendo is a game changer!! It helps with the shopping experience and we are so thrilled we made the change!

Nachteile:

There is nothing we dislike currently at Okendo. We are very pleased.

A great investment

Kommentare: Nothing bad to say, Okendo does what it's designed to do, is constantly improving, and has substantially increased the number of reviews we receive. Customer support is also excellent - fast response times and dealt with quickly.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, features are constantly being added. Has made it easy for us to collect reviews on our products.

Nachteile:

If you don't have a loyalty program that integrates with Okendo, the process of awarding points and approving reviews is quite cumbersome. We recently switched to Smile for our loyalty program, which integrates with Okendo, and now it's very simple and quick.
