When ever i have a query the customer care team promptly gets back to me with meaningful and useful information. For a one man show is brilliant, but it is tailored to large companies and personal.
There is no email system to communicate with client and vendors, it's all done through the App.

Quick implementation
Vorteile:
Its very intuitive, easy to work with, easy to implement, and easy to train the team on.
Nachteile:
Its a little pricey, but the cost is worth the information, and overall use of the system to bring all of our facility equipment together.
MaintainX review
Kommentare: Overall my experience has been positive with MaintainX. There are still some things we're working on tweaking to have it meet the needs of our company.
Vorteile:
I like the ability to document maintenance and setup reminders and schedules for tasks.
Nachteile:
I find it difficult to review the work that has been completed and check on my team's work to make sure the work is getting done.
Day to Day Operations
Kommentare: It has been pleasant, and it has improved the daily record keeping.
Vorteile:
It is easy to implement. First time users can grasp concepts quickly in this program.
Nachteile:

MaintainX is the best CMMS platform on the market
Kommentare: MaintainX is the best CMMS platform that I have used in my long tenure as a Facility Manager! It's easy to convert to from another platform, the customer support is exceptional, and new users that may not have great computer skills can easily adapt.
Vorteile:
MaintainX is mobile based first! Meaning all the basic user functions of the platform are geared toward mobile use. Users that aren't admins, really have no need to be tied to a desktop and anyone can use their smartphone or tablet. Also, my customers love being able to submit a ticket without needing pesky logins or passwords to keep up with! Scan the QR Code, tell us your problem, and the ticket is created. It's that easy!
Nachteile:
The only con I've found is not being able to filter certain assets out of an asset report before it goes to CSV, but that data is easy to filter out in Excel.
Great streamlined program
Kommentare: We have had a great experience with the program. I would love it if adding a new user it automatically went to a requestor vs automatically wanting to add them as an admin. We have had times when we accidentally tossed someone in the wrong category resulting in charges we didn't need.
Vorteile:
the ease of use including the optional phone app!
Nachteile:
we find the reporting side to be a little bit clunky but have had wonderful customer service in troubleshooting!

Great system geared towards technicians for ease of use
Kommentare: Overall experience has been great so far. I have no regrets in switching to MaintainX.
Vorteile:
MaintainX is a great system for technicians as it's very easy to grasp and train anyone one. Implementation was quick and near seamless for us. Support has been phenomenal. Overall it's a great system to scale with.
Nachteile:
I have no real bad things to say about it. Just like any system you use there will be some road blocks on certain features based off how the program is written but it is not anything that hasn't been able to be worked around.

Kommentare: MaintainX has been on of the smoothest software integrations I've been apart of.

MX's customer service and support team is outstanding. Always knowledgeable and available to help.
Nachteile:
The mobile application does not offer 100% of the features provided in the desktop version.
Strong automated maintenance tracking
Kommentare: At first the platform takes a while to get used to but once I figured it out, it was easy to use.
Vorteile:
I like the automated maintenance tracking system.
Nachteile:
The system is lacking a log book. I would like the ability to log a significant event without having to create a work order.

Upgraded from Excel
Kommentare: Our experience has been wonderful! Our customer success manager [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing. She is quick to answer any questions or jump on a meeting to walk us through something that is new to us. I would recommend MaintainX a thousand times over.
Vorteile:
MaintainX has allowed us to better track our assets and our preventative maintenance. We have gotten rid of our outdated Excel sheets and upgraded to a system that keeps track of everything for us and reminds us when we have missed something. MaintainX has cut down on our data entry time as everything only needs entered once and not new every year.
Nachteile:
We've had MaintainX for over 6 months now and have yet to find a con.

MaintainX makes organizing and showing corrective actions for inspections easy!
Kommentare: Overall MaintainX has helped keep our managers and operators on task with what needs to be done and when.
Vorteile:
It automatically creates corrective action work orders for items that need correction.
Nachteile:
The lack of being able to get alerts for work orders that are due.

- Asset hierarchy is not robust, however 'location' hierarchy is.
Easy to Use
Kommentare: - Love MaintainX. It's been a great tool for our business and has helped us grow our asset management abilities.

Copying and pasting assets takes too much time.
MaintainX isn't just a maintenance program but an entire facility management program
Kommentare: MX has more than 500 employees at this stage and I've interacted with quite a few over the three years and they have all been awesome... But I just have to give a shout out to [sensitive content hidden], my MX dream team and absolutely exceptional to work with.
Vorteile:
MX is an ever changing program and it's constantly getting better. I signed up approx 3 years ago and they have launched feature upgrade after feature upgrade in that time. The system was already awesome when I got it and helped streamline a lot of the things we were struggling to get organized properly, but after three years they have launched so many more updates with features that make it absolutely exceptional.
Nachteile:
I would like to see the ability for me regular staff that aren't on MX to be able to complete a daily check list without quadrupling my price.
Everything I need in one place
Kommentare: I've been an industrial mechanic for over 25 years. I've worked with shelves of parts catalogs with phone numbers and names scribbled on them, with faded faxes, photocopies and breakdowns stapled to the covers or stuffed into binders with manuals with missing pages. Spreadsheets with lines and lines of parts numbers and costs, inspection paper sheets covered in dirt and grease, static-y two-way radios for site equipment service calls, drawers full of half-used PO books with conflicting numbers that mean nothing (I can use YYYYMMDD-HHMM as my PO numbers now!) And that was the trade life. Now there's MaintainX. ALL OF THAT in one easy to find place, at your desk or on your phone. The job is still challenging. But MaintainX makes it easier.
Vorteile:
It links suppliers to POs to spare parts inventory, which links to the assets, which links to inspections, which links to downtime tracking, which links to the mobile app so operators can call for service and automatically leave a record of it on the asset in question...
Nachteile:
Seriously, the only thing that irks me a bit is when I order parts or supplies that have more than two decimal places in the cost. And I hear they're working on that ;-).
High School Rennovation/Addition
Vorteile:
I like that it is user friendly. We have a unique situation where we have turned over parts of a school and are still in site building new areas. MaintainX has allowed us to field maintenance requests from teachers for the entire school and it allows us to determine if it is new construction (contractor issue) or existing areas (school maintenance issue). Before MaintainX we were getting phone calls about the issues and now every teacher has access to MaintainX to submit a work order that we can track and get fixed without a middle man.
Nachteile:
I wish that I could get a PDF print out of filtered work orders that has the description of the work order. There is a summary printout now but it only shows the title. I wish it were to show the entire work order, or at least the description/comments.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:
Having to create the same procedure across multiple Organizations instead of creating one and applying it to all Organizations.
Maintain X
Kommentare: Excellent learning experience of a new platform for inventory and jobs.
Vorteile:
Ease of use and saving trees . Electronic upkeep and hard drives are better than rows of filing cabinets
Nachteile:
The learning curve. And getting everyone on board. There are some that just don’t want to do leaving it more difficult for others but still manageable

Changing to MaintainX
Kommentare: The support team at MaintainX helped us to move all of our files into MaintainX and get started setting up procedures and our parts inventory list. They are quick to respond when we have a question or a request and that made the start up go much easier than we had expected.
Vorteile:
One of the best things about MaintainX is how easy it is to use. Everything from setting up procedures to actually completing work orders has been set up to be simple to use and easy to navigate. The support team worked with us to get all our information transfered over and did a great job explaining how everything worked within the system. This helped to make the transition to a new system much easier than what we had expected.
Nachteile:
Not being able to batch print work orders if needed.
MaintainX: Easy and Conveient
Vorteile:
The workflow is easy to learn and becomes second nature in time.
Nachteile:
The inventory management system could use some updating.
