Vorteile:

- kostenlose Möglichkeit mit Kunden zu kommunizieren, Termine zu vereinbaren und Fragen zu beantworten, ohne auf Anrufe angewiesen zu sein - WhatsApp ist den Meisten bekannt und wird von Kunden gerne genutzt., Viele ziehen die Kontaktaufnahme per Chat einem Telefongespräch sogar vor - dank WhatsApp ist man stets erreichbar, auch wenn man auf direktem Wege gerade nicht erreichbar ist ist., Anfragen können dann einfach bei nächster Gelegenheit und zu jeder Tageszeit beantwortet werden - WhatsApp ermöglicht es Kunden kostenfrei anzurufen, auch diese Option wird sehr gerne in Anspruch genommen - WhatsApp Business ermöglicht es einem sich als Geschäft auszuweisen und schafft somit Vertrauen beim Kunden - Automatische Antworten ermöglichen es einem, seinen Kunden mitzuteilen, zu welchen Uhrzeiten und Tagen man erreichbar ist und wann sie mit einer Antwort rechnen können

Nachteile:

- Leider ist es nicht möglich, die Häufigkeit mit der die automatisch generierte Antwort versendet wird personalisiert festzulegen, diese wird immer nur dann verschickt, wenn eine gewisse Zeit lang kein Austausch zwischen der einen kontaktierenden Person und einem selbst stattgefunden hat. Somit ist eine Abwesenheitsbenachrichtigung (z.B. bei Abwesenheit durch Urlaub) bei Kunden mit denen man häufiger interagiert leider nicht möglich.

Die Beste Art zu kommunizieren

Whatsapp ist die beste App um miteinander zu kommunizieren, man kann über verschiedene Länder hinaus kommunizieren. Die Art der kommunikation reicht von schreiben, Sprachnachrichten senden, anrufen bis zur videochat und das alles kostenlos.

Nachteile:

Es gibt so gut wie keine mängel, das einzige was man kritisieren kann wäre , dass man sein Design nicht Bunt machen kann.

Vorteile:

Schnell und effektiv Mitarbeiter und Kollegen kontaktieren. Teilen verschiedener Inhalte untereinander möglich. Fördert die Teambildung

Nachteile:

Übernahme durch Facebook machte und zumindest am Anfang skeptisch. Bis jetzt aber nichts nachteiliges festgestellt

Vorteile:

Sowohl Privat- als auch Unternehmenskunden nutzten die Software, sodass die Funktionen und Anwendung bereits häufig bekannt sind.

Nachteile:

Es gibt bisher noch keine Funktion, welche es ermöglicht in Video-Telefonaten verschiedene Dokumente für andere Teilnehmer freizugeben oder zu teilen.

Vorteile:

Es ist einfach praktisch, weil so viele Menschen es zum Kommunizieren nutzen. Man kann auch telefonieren und chatten. Das ist echt eine tolle Idee zur richtigen Zeit gewesen.

Nachteile:

In den Medien hört man ja immer wieder schlechte Kritik wegen dem Datenschutz. Aber man soll sich nicht verrückt machen.

Nachteile:

It does not have a on/off system where you can be connected to the internet and remain offline in WhatsApp.

Kommentare: These can very useful in many ways like in office meeting and education purposes. In the corona pandemic times it helps a lot like sharing materials and office file and it has cool features that is group messaging option. Through this option they communicate with messages easily

These platforms can be used in both mobile and desktop modes. These requires less storage than others platform. We can easily send messages, pictures,and pdf's etc.. present in new update we can also transfer money also.

Nachteile:

Transferring money is best in my point of view some people don't want having this option

My overall experience is brilliant. WhatsApp is best technology for sharing data and files . It saves lot of time for transferring files from phone to computer . WhatsApp allows each customer to make audio and video call to all over the globe only using internet connection.

Nachteile:

There is lack of privacy especially when one deletes messages in groups. Following up chats in groups is quite cumbersome, especially when the chats are so many, its competitor makes group chats way easier. Video calls need a stable internet connection leading to distortions and interruptions in communication.

We started using whatsapp software when we needed to connect in group communictions for our company projects , the use of this software is very easy and it always satisfy me. I advised many of our customers to use the software for chat or other things the want.

Nachteile:

The software works well with me but what i like least is when i have to set up a new version of whatsapp, it use sometime to be not leting some message appearing in the software.

Vorteile:

WhatsApp has been my partner from the start of my business, if I have to talk with my employees and if I have to make a group call or give a decision on a particular project I am always able to do it smoothly and easily with WhatsApp. Plus WhatsApp is used by almost a lot of people in the World for which our customers are able to get in touch with us in no time, and our team is able to produce them the best possible. I think the reason it's used by almost everyone is that its easiness of how it works, simple functions not too much hassle, getting the work done easily such as sending big files or links in the chatbox or group has really helped me because before I had to check my Gmail for the Documents related to my business and it mostly was really hard to find the exact document I was searching for in Gmail because there were a lot other more emails so I think how WhatsApp has enabled this function is really good. Also, the best part about WhatsApp is anyone can use it as it's really simple to use and almost no restrictions. Also, it helps me to see messages on my notifications rather than going back to the app to see the whole text and I think it helps me not let people know that I saw their message because sometimes you are just not in the mood to check anyone messages and if they give something not so important but you still have to reply to them because you have seen their text. And finally, I believe it's trustworthy for my privacy because of its end-to-end encryption.

Nachteile:

I don't quite think there is anything bad with WhatsApp but I think it would be really good if they enable chat backgrounds to their web-based application as it would look good and more interesting to work on their. And I believe WhatsApp will come with a update soon for this feature.

My choice for mobile messsenger

Kommentare: This software is very easy to use and doesn't consume too much space in my phone. The software is very stable and i have never experience system crash from this software.

Vorteile:

WhatsApp only need internet connection for sending text to my contact list or having video call with any other money charges. The quality for the video audio for the video call is in High Definition(HD) and i am very happy with it. Many of my colleague is using this software, so we have choose it as our alternative communication hub.

Nachteile:

What i like the least is, this software will compress and downgrade the picture quality that I sent to others with no option to sent it in the original quality. Other than that, the recovery process is quite confusing and i have not successfully recover all my chat history to my new phone.

WhatsApp for your On-the-Go Communication Tool!

Kommentare: WhatsApp is the best communication tool I have used so far that I've been using it for years already! While it may seem plain to others, WhatsApp efficiently served it's purpose as a free, simple to use and a trustworthy app for you communication tool needs. More so, you can avoid getting spam messages for you can only get messages from people whom you gave your number to! Those spam messages is one of the things I am highly disappointed with other messaging apps and what WhatsApp has saved me from.

Vorteile:

What I really love about this software is that this real-time chatting platform didn't consume as much bandwidth as the other software I have previously used, thus, it allows me to still communicate with my family, friends or associates even in the remotest areas I've been where the internet is so slow. Its end to end feature also gave me a bit of sense of security that the conversations will remain private. Another plus for me is its file-sharing feature wherein it permits sending various file type and the resolution of graphic images remains high. There are no annoying adds as well! And with all of this really good features, it is really awesome that WhatsApp is free!

Nachteile:

Aside from the need to publicize your phone number which is totally understandable especially when used in business, so, so far, there's nothing else I dislike about WhatsApp 'cause it is totally worth installing for what it is worth!

What I like most with WhatsApp is the fact that I can easily send or receive messages and files from friends, family or my employees even when I am in areas with slow internet connection. Moreover, its end-to-end functionality provides me with a comforting sense of confidentiality, assuring that my conversations remain strictly private.

Nachteile:

What I like least with WhatsApp's is the fact that primary identification method is through phone numbers, which means I need to share my phone number with contacts to connect on the platform. This is a concern because I prefer to maintaining a higher level of privacy and anonymity.
