Notion - das perfekte All-In-One Tool

Kommentare: Ich habe schon alle möglichen Projekt-Tools ausprobiert, aber keines ist so gut wie Notion! Die Möglichkeit alles auf meine Bedürfnisse anzupassen passt perfekt zu meiner Tätigkeit als Freelancer mit vielen unterschiedlichen Projekten.

Vorteile:

Der größte Nutzen ist, dass man die Oberfläche und Struktur komplett selber aufbauen kann und somit an seine eigene Bedürfnisse anpassen kann. Durch die Funktion der "databases" und "relations" kann man Projekte und Aufgaben miteinander verknüpfen und perfekt visualisieren.

Nachteile:

Das Dokumentenmanagement finde ich zu umständlich. Ich mag es, dass ich Dokumente an die unterschiedlichsten Projekte, Kunden, Aufgaben, etc anhängen kann. Aber bei Abruf der Datei erfolgt immer ein neuer Download aus der Cloud. Da ist eine genrelle Cloud Lösung übersichtlicher.

Notion für Start-Ups

Kommentare: Wir nutzen Notion um kontinuierlich eine Wissensdatenbank aufzubauen und zu erweitern. Dank der Tagging-Funktion können wir einzelne Einträge übersichtlich kategorisieren und schnell finden.Darüber hinaus planen wir Epics und Sprints in Notion und können einzelne Aufgaben Mitarbeitern zuweisen und mit einer Deadline versehen - alles sehr intuitiv und übersichtlich.

Vorteile:

Modernes, übersichtliches und dennoch umfangreiches Projektmanagement- und Wissensdatenbank-Tool, Desktop-App für Mac verfügbar, attraktive Start-Up Förderung

Nachteile:

Teilweise ungewohnt lange Seiten-Ladezeiten (zumindest in der Desktop App für Mac)

Verbesserungswürdig

Kommentare: Notion ist ein gutes Projektmanagement Tool. Es ist belliger und nutzerfreundlicher als amdere Tools.

Vorteile:

Ich kann meine alle Projekten in verscheidenen Aufgaben verteilen und jede Aufgabe eine Frist zuweisen. Das hilft mir meine Aufgaben zu verfolgen.

Nachteile:

Der einzige Nachteil den ich sehe ist dass wenn ich ein neues Projekt Template eratellen möchte, das bestehende Template wird auch geändert.

Das bessere Word/Google Docs!

Kommentare: Statt tausende Google Docs in Ordnern, habe ich nun ein geordnetes Content/Wissensmanagement-System indem ich Text und anderen Content super einfach aufbereiten sowie z.B. Websites oder PDFs einbinden kann. Hat meinen Workflow deutlich verbessert.

Vorteile:

Die vielen Funktionen zum darstellen von Inhalt und das einfache Erstellen von Subdokumenten oder Datenbanken in einem existierenden Dokument. Das ganze ist zudem noch sehr benutzerfreundlich.

Nachteile:

Task und Checklisten management ist ein wenig limitiert. Leider gibt es bisher auch keine Integrationen wie Grammarly etc.

Hilfreiche Knowledge-App mit erweiterten Funktionen

Vorteile:

Notion ist intuitiv zu bedienen, übersichtlich und bietet meiner Meinung nach viel bessere Optionen, als zum Beispiel ein Markdown Editor. Gerade die sortierbaren, filterbaren Datenbank-Blöcke (Tabellen, Boards, Kalender etc.) sind super hilfreich in der Organisation.

Nachteile:

Am wenigsten gefällt mir, dass SSO nur in der Enterprise Version verfügbar ist. Auch kleinere Unternehmen, die sich nicht gleich das teure Enterprise Paket kaufen möchten, sollten die Möglichkeit haben SSO zu nutzen.

Das beste Tool für Notizen und Dokumente

Vorteile:

Das es mir die Möglichkeit gibt, in einem Dokument mehrere Arten von Information festzuhalten. Neben einfachem Text integriere ich z. B. Miro Boards und Grid Diagramme in die Dokumente.

Nachteile:

Die Funktion für Todo Listen sollte noch verbessert werden, da diese terade einfach mur bessere Excel Sheets mit Checkboxen sind.

Praktisch, einfach, intuitiv

Kommentare: Für mich mein Wissensmanagement an einem zentralen Ort. Intuitiv, einfach, klare Struktur.

Vorteile:

Klare Struktur. Papiergrösse nachempfunden. Einfügen von pdf, Bildern usw. gut gelöst. Nutze die integrierte Funktion im Browser und Seiten direkt in Notion zu speichern. Synchronisiert mit meinen Geräten.

Nachteile:

Suchfunktion durchsucht die eingefügten pdf nicht.

Optisches ansprechend und praktisch

Vorteile:

Die frei wählbaren Headerbanner sind sehr schön und die Übersichtlichkeit zu jedem Zeitpunkt gegeben. Features mehr als ausreichend für private und berufliche Zwecke.

Nachteile:

Nichts nennenswertes. Schade, dass ich die Software erst so spät entdeckt habe.

Super für die Contentplanung

Kommentare: Ein super Programm, dass bei Organisation auf jeden Fall sehr wertvoll ist, auch teamübergreifend

Vorteile:

Ich sortiere über Notion meinen Content und finde es dafür extrem praktisch. Mit den unterschiedlichen Labels, Boards und Möglichkeiten kann man das sehr gut organiseren und planen. Empfehle es auch meinen Kunden für deren Contentplanung.

Nachteile:

Wenn ich ein Contentpiece geplant habe, kann ich die Farbe von nicht anpassen. Da fällt es mir manchmal schwer den Überblick zu behalten, was als nächstes dran kommt.

Mit Notion hat man (fast) unendlich viele Funktionen in einem

Vorteile:

Egal ob man die Software zum To-DOs aufschreiben oder zum Notizen machen braucht, alles wird unterstützt.

Nachteile:

Die App ist manchmal ein wenig zu komplex und man weiss nicht genau, was man wo machen muss.

An aesthetic project management tool with GREAT templates

Kommentare: I think Notion is a great tool for all Business Owners and Creators. It's also such a great tool for personal use. Think shopping lists and travel planning boards! I'd recommend it to anyone that's planning anything from weekly errands to a client meeting agenda. Notion is YOUR space to create whatever you can imagine and tailor it to your needs. You're going to love it!

Vorteile:

I absolutely love all the already-made templates you can choose from that Notion offers. Having a blueprint you can work from and edit to fit your day AND aesthetic is really so convenient!

Nachteile:

Creating your own page from scratch is quite challenging if you've never used Notion before. It would be beneficial if they had an introduction to the software as part of your sign up. A couple of video tutorials with tips like 'best widget apps' would be so helpful!

Using Notion to get organized and have all my stuff in one place

Kommentare: Extremely adaptable table and database layouts. Used it as my primary method of note-taking and journaling. I like it better than both OneNote and EverNote combined. One of, if not the greatest, note-taking apps available.

Vorteile:

Simple to input text and numbers. Terrific shortcuts for a variety of jobs. Excellent for including and embedding media. The app allows me to quickly photograph handwritten notes and store them in a folder I can sort through on my computer later.

Nachteile:

Don't try to reinvent the wheel when it comes to table cell entry; if I click into a cell and start typing, it will replace the existing content (just like Excel does), and choosing cells is far more cumbersome than in Excel. The process of making a template is not the most straightforward, and it took me some time to master it.

Notion: The platform for organizing

Kommentare: The benefits that I have realized while using notion are that I can completely organize everything on one platform, from scheduling to grocery shopping.

Vorteile:

The thing I like best about notion would be the variety of templates that are there for use. My favourite one is the school planning one, where you can organize all of your class, the due dates, exams etc., into one place to give an overview of the semester

Nachteile:

It can take a bit to get the hang of how to use notion. There is many features that don't come natural to most, but with a little practice you will become familiar with the functions and features

Managed the Transitioning to Notion and It Improved Our Productivity

Kommentare: Notion helped us centralize project management, documentation, and knowledge base into a single place. Now we have a strong way of doing things and documenting the knowledge across teams.

Vorteile:

Customizable databases and different views make it pretty easy to manage resources and documents. The new "projects" feature was something I had been looking forward to for months, and finally, we have it.

Nachteile:

Some team members find it a bit difficult to start with. Getting the whole team to adapt using Notion took a while.

The best scheduling and work organization tool

Kommentare: The disjointed and chaotic nature of digital workflows is addressed by Notion. It was useful for both my professional and personal life because it consolidated my team's efforts and my own into a single app, eliminating the need for me to juggle numerous programs and platforms.

Vorteile:

The finest app I've found so far, it's helped me get my life in order and better manage my time. I really like how I can choose from pre-made templates or make my own custom collection. Another helpful aspect is its adaptability, which lets me make different kinds of content, such as checklists.

Nachteile:

It's inconvenient that I can't access the concept from my mobile device, and it would benefit from more widgets, possibly even dedicated ones, for use on mobile apps.

Notion is an application to take notes with great simplicity

Kommentare: Notion takes a novel approach to note taking, finding an ideal middle ground between extensive features and user friendliness. The structure of most databases is rigid and cannot easily be changed. The addition of this versatility in Notion is simple and straightforward.

Vorteile:

It offers a lot of room for data and information storage, and I appreciate how easy it is to use. I use it in both my professional and personal life, for everything from day-to-day scheduling to formulating comprehensive plans.

Nachteile:

Using it would give them an advantage they don't (yet) have, and there aren't many things I despise. It's not always clear to me how all of the interconnected databases function. yet I blame much of that on myself.

Notion is a winn

Kommentare: SOOO happy about this product. I was using Microsoft OneNote before and I've switched everything over to Notion now.

Vorteile:

Everything honestly. From the new added AI features to the ready made templates, notion is EVERYTHING. I cancelled my other social media calendar schedulars and now I use Notion as my SM calendar for my clients! Keeps me on track with what events they have coming up, what posts to create/win. ANNNND my clients are able to access Notion and approve or update caption ideas!

Nachteile:

Sometimes getting the right template can be a little cumbersome.

Notion is collaboration multiplier!

Kommentare: We really like Notion to collaborate as a team. Overall, it has been a positive experience with a high adoption rate. This has supercharged our productivity and allowed us to be more focused as a team.

Vorteile:

Notion makes it easy for us to manage tasks, collaborate, and create "living documents" that are used within singular teams and across our organization. It is a powerful tool that is intuitive and easy to learn!

Nachteile:

Notion is fantastic, the only negative I can think of is that I wish it had better functionality with Microsoft Teams/Office products.

I'm literally obsessed with Notion

Kommentare: I'm more productive, organized, and using fewer tools to be productive and organized. Notion replaced five other programs that I was using. I'm saving time and money - what's not to love?

Vorteile:

I like the flexibility of Notion. As a creative, Notion is the only platform of it's type that gives me the freedom to set up my environment the way I want so that when I'm working in Notion, it feels like I'm working in MY space and not someone else's.

Nachteile:

Notion gets better all the time, there are more integrations I'd like to see and I'd love even more customization options, but I know they're coming so these aren't cons so much as my own personal patience issues.

All in one tool

Vorteile:

Previously we used different tools for knowledge base and project management / task management and could be different between departments as well. Thus created a higher cost and not as good oversight. Moving to notion enables to set up all functions in notion. With the flexible setup, you can setup anything in notion.

Nachteile:

You need to understand what you are setting up as you are building it from scratch basically.

Notion: The Best FREE Note-taking software to date!

Kommentare: Ultimately, I would recommend Notion to anyone in an instant. It has a suite of features, user-friendly UI and organisation benefits. Furthermore, the personal subscription recently became free for everyone and the business prices are reasonable, giving people no reason not to use Notion. I believe that Nation can fit into many workflows very easily due to its plethora of features.

Vorteile:

Notion is absolutely brimming with useful features and is the Swiss army knife of note-taking applications. The overall software is so minimalistic and intuitive to use that I personally learnt it within a few days. The whole software revolves around using "/ " to create blocks and edit text; for example, a /toggle would create a toggle block which acts as a dot point except that you can hide/show it. This makes the learning curve of notion virtually non-existent and creates unparalleled flexibility in the structure and style. I find that the simple and uncluttered UI helps clear my mind and focus on the current task. The data management is superb with extensive sorting, classification and customisation features for the spreadsheet and databases functions. The timeline features are also an extremely welcome addition in the recent updates and allow for the seamless moving of date-specific records. There are countless useful templates as well which certainly help give me ideas about what I wanted my Notion notes to look like.

Nachteile:

Some features make little sense and unfortunately cannot be disabled. One of these issues occurs when clicking on a page in a table and it opens up as a tiny square and you need to press "Open as page," to make the page full screen. This is just a small annoyance and is honestly not that big of a deal. Another lacking feature is the scarce customisation options for text formatting however there are solutions to this through Google Text Fonts. There are also a few limitations of the free Personal Plan but if you needed the full collaborative features of Notion, your company would usually pay for that. The offline mode for Notion is frankly quite bad as you have to preload the pages when you have internet beforehand. Otherwise, your notes would be inaccessible. However, this isn't at all a deal-breaker as there is usually internet everywhere. Notion has also indicated that they are focusing on this problem for future updates. The mobile app is also sluggish at times but it is mostly alright.

The ultimate knowledge sharing tool

Kommentare: I tried Notion first with it came out. I did not made the switch from Evernote, my personal "knowledge base" at the time. Then I gave it a second chance after seeing it being used by productivity experts and was actually amazed. My personal workflows changed from day one. I could not stop thinking into turning more parts of my life into ordered processes. I dumped my yearly account on Evernote right away. Then I pushed it to be used in my new founded company. We managed to organize ALL the company inside Notion. I continue to be impressed

Vorteile:

The product is just right. They got it at a somewhat unexpectedly hard problem: note taking is not about note taking, but about mental models and processes. They got it right. They added the features those app needed, to replace whole tools categories such as project management and tracking, knowledge databases ... even no-code public site drafting! The care they put into the product is amazing, full of details. The community and templates, amazing. UX is great from onboarding.

Nachteile:

There are some missing features. Mainly, an API to boost integrations; that will be great. Also, databases, formulas, relations ... need a few second-level yet-important features. All that is in the roadmap, so I'm happy to wait.

Notion, the digital brain tool that you need for your business !!

Kommentare: We had a very positive and joyful experience with Notion. I think when we started using Notion, it came out a little earlier than our small family company. We feel that we have grown with them, and I think that is a very amazing feeling. It's like they have followed very nearly their community and tried to listen as mush as possible and give them all the tools they need to grow. It means a lot. We know that financial gain is important but being capable of that but still being very present to the community is much harder, and they have succeeded that!Now, students, anyone has accessibility to use a powerful tool like this one. It's so cool ! I still use Notion for myself and my personal life. It makes everything easy-peasy !

Vorteile:

I still like this kind of architect approach from Notion. They are the pioneers of this approach, and for that they have a very special place in our note-taking approach. I think it's because we feel understood as Business entrepreneurs that we need a white canvas to start, but with tools that will help us to build an organized library of knowledge and interactive libraries of knowledge and information.You can start very simple, but you can also make it more robust and complex and also, decide to reduce the complexity and go back to a simple structure.

Nachteile:

I started to use Notion in 2018, and I saw the changes they made. I think in 2020, I tried to use other software, but I was still observing it from far. Furthermore, I was still using it for inventory, articles gathering, but that's it because I felt overwhelmed by the tools and feature they were adding.I think we got lost a little by the intensity of the features, but now, they went back to simplicity, and we can see it in the way they have presented their new recent features.

Notion is a great tool to organize just about anything

Kommentare: I use Notion to plan blog posts, collect research, make notes and save webpages. It has almost fully replaced evernote for me. I really love the mobile app and can see this tool developing further so it will be an all in one go to tool for organizing and planning.

Vorteile:

You can organize your entire life using Notion, your work, study and home life can all be taken care of within Notion. You can replace so many other tools with this one tool that runs on your computer or phone. There is heaps of templates to get you started such as calendars, to do lists, meeting notes, saved websites and much more.

Nachteile:

There could be a bit more of a similar way to bookmark webpages like evernote but this functionality is developing.

The Best Productivity and Project Management Tool in the Market

Vorteile:

Not only do I appreciate the design of Notion, which is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, it's a wide range of views and templates that perfectly suit my needs, including calendars, task lists, project boards, and knowledge bases. Notion's real-time collaboration allows my team members to work on projects together in a single interface, commenting and updating information is easy. It also made me use Notion for my personal and business, and now my life has evolved with Notion. It integrates my life, and my work thru devices like my iPhone, iPad, and multiple computers. Just the perfect tool for me and others, both personal and business. Highly recommend it!

Nachteile:

Accessing shared pages in Notion as a guest is a little more involved than downloading a shared file from Google Drive. However, it is still possible to view shared pages in Notion without creating an account, as long as you have the correct link and the person who shared the page has set the correct sharing permissions. Besides this, Notion is perfect!
