Funktionalität ist etwas schwierig

Aktuell sehe ich keine Vorteile, alles funktioniert nur äußerst langsam, und widerwillig. D.h. häufig muss man Dokumente doppelt hochladen und speichern, bevor das System dies akzeptiert und hinterlegt.
Das ist sehr anstrengend.
Vorteile:
Die ursprüngliche Version, die eine einmal eingestellte Landesssprache bei jedem Login wiedererkennt, man kann Daten zum jeweiligen Vertrag einpflegen und monitoren.
Nachteile:
Aktuell sind seit vielen Monaten (!!) in meinem Account viele Funktionen nicht mehr nutzbar: Ich kann z.B. keine Counterparty mehr eingeben, da Feld ist ausgegraut und funktioniert schlichtweg nicht, ebenso dauert ein Upload und ein Öffnen von Dokumenten ewig, wenn bereits mehrere Dokumente im System archiviert sind. Aktuell ist alles sehr langsam, und schwerfällig, da macht die Nutzung keinen Spaß und ich habe diese leider auf ein absolutes Minimum reduziert. Schade, denn ursprünglich war es ein wirklich gutes Programm.

Kommentare: The software is best for small and medium enterprises!
Vorteile:
The cloud-based knowledge management solution allows enterprises and firms to manage and organize documents and files. The powerful search engine and automatic filling function along with the possibility to archive and view contracts make the software different from other similar software. It also allows searching for specific keywords in the cloud storage and provides restricted access to individuals.
Nachteile:
I have not faced any problems with the software yet.

Kommentare: We are using Knowliah as our contract and corporate database. We do not only use it as our filing repository but also to find actively for corporate management and contract (and other legal matter) management.
Vorteile:
The powerful search engine and the automatic filing function. The reporting features which allow to extract csv files that can be filtered in excel.
Nachteile:
The corporate management section could improve the org chart function.

Comprehensive way to manage your knowledge assets
Vorteile:
Knowliah help us capture, classify, and store information in a central repository and easily find and share information across all different teams and department seamlessly making collaboration effectively. Through its machine learning algorithms, it helped us classify and tag information making it easy to find and retrieve relevant information asap.
Nachteile:
Haven't encountered anything that would break my confidence with this software.

Vorteile:
This enabled us to record, categorize, and store information in a centralized repository, allowing us to conveniently access and exchange information across all different teams and departments, resulting in productive collaboration. Knowliah's various adjustable features and fields appeal to me. It's incredibly adaptable and user-friendly.
Nachteile:
Its extensive features and customization options may require some time and effort for you to properly utilize

La fonction de recherche avancée est vraiment utile pour trouver facilement les informations nécessaires. En outre, je peux personnaliser le logiciel pour répondre à mes besoins spécifiques.
Nachteile:
Je trouve certaines fonctionnalités avancées un peu difficiles à utiliser pour les utilisateurs peu expérimentés. Parfois, la performance du logiciel peut également être lente en cas de grande quantité de données.
