I changed it with Vestwell, thinking they would transfer the information. A pop-up or indicator explaining that this doesn't make the change with the payroll company would be helpful.

> **Nachteile**: My small business' 401(k) transferred from Accrue, which was acquired by Vestwell. Shockingly, Vestwell does not integrate with Quickbooks Desktop (not exactly rarely used or niche accounting software). This means fully automated, error-free processes that had run smoothly for 15 years were now ENTIRELY MANUAL. I am expected to run Excel reports and cut \& columns of data. The inefficiency and risk of error is staggering.

I do not have a lot of knowledge about financial markets, but the information is presented in a way that makes sense to me and allows to understand how my money is invested. I also found it very easy to adjust the monthly contribution.

> **Nachteile**: I haven't had any major issues with the software at this point. However, it may be helpful there was an easier and more direct way to get information on requesting a distribution.

> Overall I have been satisfied with Vestwell. I use it for my company's 401(K) and as someone with limited knowledge of these types of product and services I have found it easy to use and understand.
