Kommentare: Trackabi helps us to know which employee is comfortable with the computer (keyboard, mouse) and word processing etc. because our activity is with people in remote working mode It even calculates the salaries of our freelance employee who are paid by the hour.

Efficient and User-Friendly

Vorteile:

The app is looking good and easy to navigate, making time tracking straightforward. Features such as project management, time tracking, and reporting, all in one platform. It is Highly beneficial for monitoring project progress and productivity.

Nachteile:

The app can sometimes send too many notifications, which can be overwhelming. I encountered occasional bugs and glitches that disrupted the user experience. Also Time Track is inconsistent many times. The Timer is not turning off if we didn't turn it off manually. It is running continuously for 96 hrs +

Time clock it's nice. Nice to have the possibility to select my leaves.

Nachteile:

The Time tracking never work as it should. Snapshots it's agressive.

Great software for budget and time tracking

Kommentare: Overall has been good. Customer support is also very responsive.

Very user friendly and that I can have a budget for each individual client to track team members.

Nachteile:

I wish that there was a way to accept payment.

Time Tracking for Small Businesses

Kommentare: Overall I am very glad that we were able to find trackabi for what it is it check almost all of our boxes I highly recommend it and have let several people within my industry that are small business owners know about it so they can help scale their operation and allow for time tracking as well as some of the other benefits that the software has built in

It allows my remote workforce to be mindful of their time, track the projects that are being worked on and allows me the ability to make an informed decision when it comes to tracking hours worked

Nachteile:

I wish there was more of HR functionality built in like the ability to use it to onboard employees, integrate with a payment platform so I can pay my staff and have some ability to aid with the hiring process whether it be allowing applications for employment or other processes that help with hiring

It bugs sometimes where the hours recorded are not the actual hours I timed in.

What I like best about Trackabi is the drive that it gives me to stay productive, I use it almost daily, and being able to track my work hours (and even my unproductive hours) allows me to stay organized and focused. This is essential to a driven and structured person like me since it helps me not only in managing my tasks but also driving me to become more effective, disciplined, and productive. The application is also very easy to use and not disruptive at all, and its integration to tracking work productivity will be very seamless to anyone who might want to use it.

Nachteile:

There is one thing I dislike in Trackabi, its limitation to log other browser activities such as "Udemy" or "Coursera", which are productive sites for taking crash courses on many things. I would love to see the number of hours I've spent on those specific sites rather than being logged as "Google Chrome". And, I believe this more granular tracking for other browser activities will make the application even greater.

Very Good, I'm Comfortable with Trackabi

The time tracking is really cool, It helps a lot to monitoring employees and learn about employees progress like how much time an employee need for a simple project and it's screen monitoring is best with the apps using time.

Nachteile:

Need to be fast on starting, And some times some bugs like time tracking on going after shutting down the computer.

Easy and convenient tool

Vorteile:

The fact that this has a proper tracking system. Also, the auto-stopping feature seems niche.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the app can show an error to run or if the internet is slow then the app would go blank. I guess these issues need to be addressed by a proper community or forum, which would reduce the confusion. Cause I'm sure there are people like me become dumbfounded when an unknown error occurs.

Updates are too frequent, best to reduce the number of updates

App to Track Employee Activity

Vorteile:

A very accurate data can be fetched from the use of the Employee. Hence the working period is tracked more accurately. Gives an overall out of work and time taken for a project to complete.

Nachteile:

The UI is a bit difficult and hard for daily use. Increase the size of the overall view of the app so it will be more easier to use.

Trackabi is a must have for employee/developer time tracking

Kommentare: It's a must have tool for any business. It's extremely easy to use and having the ability to see logged time per project is very helpful when discussing time spent with a customer.

Vorteile:

Trackabi is really easy to use. The screenshot feature has come in handy on several occasions where I knew developers were not doing what they said they were doing. Before Trackabi, developers would login and leave their computer and stay clocked in, now it auto logs off if no activity is taking place. Saves us $$$!

Nachteile:

Screenshots could be better quality. I understand why they are lower quality, space reasons I'm sure, but in my opinion there should be an option to store high resolution versions of the screenshots.

The app is very simple yet very powerful. It has become a critical app for us where in we use it daily.

Nachteile:

If they can add the functionality of importing timesheet via csv or zapier then that would make it perfect.

Easily manageable and lightweight tool to track

Kommentare: Overall its good tracking tool to manage team activity, leave tracking and desktop activity

Vorteile:

Tracking team activities easier for both desktop activities and task activities. Creating and assigning task to team is really good. Leave management and work hour management.

Nachteile:

Team members without admin privileges can also add time for the task manually without approval, so finding bit difficulty between manual entry and auto entry

Vorteile:

I did liked it being user friendly, and simplicity of the application.

Nachteile:

The frequency of the update that sometimes crashed the app.

Trackabi on the daily

Vorteile:

Simplicity and ease of use. Also a great tool for project management and employee tracking. The frequent screenshot feature is also useful.

Nachteile:

There is not much to hate about it. Sometimes I am reading something, part of my work. There is no activity from input for mouse scrolling. That counts as not working.

TA for Daily Use

Vorteile:

Was able to manage everything from beginning to end of shift.

Nachteile:

none so far but maybe the notifications are sometimes slow

Complete Productivity Tools with Gamification

Kommentare: Tracking employee productivity and idle tracking.

Vorteile:

Gamification! This is the main feature and reason why I purchase Trackabi. So far no app out there that can offer complete features with idle tracking and gamification. If you are a startup or even a huge company you will get more than enough to use Trackabi for your productivity tools.

Nachteile:

Need more integration, especially for Project Management, if you can add Nifty integration this will be the most perfect productivity tools in the planet.
