Good email management for beginners

Kommentare: Overall it's been good. I've been using it since it's bundled with my website on wordpress and they give a good deal. It's simple and easy to use. I haven't had any issues other than color patterns showing up weird when reading emails but nothing when writing

Vorteile:

I like that it has a simple ux design that's easy to navigate. It also allows multiple signatures and categorize them for each part of your business. Not too expensive either

Nachteile:

I can't think of much but I would say maybe work on the way that the ESP renders colors because some emails I've gotten show up in different colors that don't look right

Kommentare: Great product and easy to install and use.

Vorteile:

Easy to use with our own personal domain. The tracking feature is great to know when people have read emails.

Nachteile:

Not the most inexpensive option (compared to gmail or other free options).

terrible email hosting - beware!

It was affordable and easy to set up. I liked that there was an iphone app.

Nachteile:

Imagine competing for bids on projects with thousands of other companies, and then having to tell potential clients, oh wait, sorry, I don't seem to be getting your emails at all, they are not even in my spam. Would you mind having your IT department complete the following steps so that my email provider can approve and send your messages to me? thx! All communication with Titan was like, yeah, it's their problem, not ours....very important emails are simply not delivered (and no rejection to sender either), resulting in thousands of euros of lost income! I am switching to Google. The iphone app is a joke. Every message I receive is in one long line, I have to literally scroll 5meters to the right to be able to read the entire text. It's impossible to know what message is the most recent in a conversations. Or sometimes, emails are white font on white background - wow that's really useful! I find myself constantly forwarding messages to other email addresses to read them, I mean come on...my favorite is how today, the webmail app just doesn't work. Blank screen in Chrome. Cool, I'll just take the day off eh?

Titan for small business really works!

Kommentare: Use it with Outlook 2016. Works smoothly and very reliable. In more than two years no problem providing the service.

Integration is easy to use, reliable and cost-effective.

Nachteile:

could provide a discount coupon to renew the subscription. You could offer a cloud space (200 Gig) coupon discount for renewing the subscription.

Total beginner using Titan Email

Kommentare: As a total beginner with my artist website, Titan Email has been making my brand look very professional and easy to use, I use it with 3 other websites and love the fact that I can log into just 1 account and access all 3 accounts.

Vorteile:

Two things I really love about Titan Email are the "Read Receipts" feature that makes sure the receiver opened their email and the "email templates" which are so so important and useful when it comes to send the same emails to many people at different times. Smart feature Titan!

Nachteile:

I think more themes could make Titan Email "cooler" to use, especially if it suits the users' profile.

Titan email just works!

Vorteile:

There has never really been a down time and this made me so glad. At first l, I was skeptical as to why I’m signing up with a new service I’ve never used before. I was not disappointed and in fact I should have moved a long time ago! :(

Nachteile:

Nothing really. Perhaps maybe find a way to integrate other free email providers into the app so one doesn’t need too many email apps.

Easy to use....efficient communication tool

Kommentare: I first encountered Titan Email when it came as a customized business mailing feature of a web hosting plan I had signed up for. The process of creating the email accounts of team members was extremely easy.... and managing admin privileges of the accounts was also a breeze. I have loved my experience with Titan very much.

Vorteile:

The email tracking feature has been my favorite so far. By allowing me know exactly when a sent email has been opened and read, I am able to assess time on task by team members much better now.... particularly useful in these remote working periods.

Nachteile:

I haven't had much to complain about regarding the utility and functions.....it's been really great. However, background customization would be a nice addition.

Light, fast and cute

Kommentare: I like Titan Email. It is simple. Cheap prices according to their competitors. Affordable for small businesses like us.

Vorteile:

Lightweight, easy to use, cute user interface and very cute mobile app.

Nachteile:

The e-mail search option does not work as well as I expected.

Read notification is very helpful, ease of finding relevant information in various email threads for my business is super-fast, it's just a very nice professional email client! Highly recommended!

Nachteile:

A quick way to delete all unsent drafts would be nice, currently you have to do them one-by-one, no big deal really!

Great product with many features & low price

Kommentare: So far, it's been a perfectly seamless transition and allows me to forward all emails to the free gmail account I started off using for my business.

Vorteile:

I think this is one of the lowest prices from what I've seen of other services and it has many of the features that are useful for me.

Nachteile:

Still hoping to get the ability to use a profile icon that shows up to receivers so they see my logo in the from sender part of an unopened email (as gmail does).

- Very smooth UI - Love the dark mode - Great features - schedule mail, bulk operate, etc

- Search can be improved - Need an easy way to reorder the filters

Clean design, good iOS app. I really like Templates, Signature. The best feature is that it tracks and inform who and when opened your e-mail!

Nachteile:

Calendar could be developed better. Could be automated rules for incoming emails

Kommentare: We are using Titan day by day for our communication tasks and we are satisfied.

Vorteile:

This software is easy to use. It is really fast working with almost no problems.

Nachteile:

The mobile app could be more developed and advanced.

Best Email Account Yet

Vorteile:

The email is very easy to use and far faster that Gmail or Hotmail for sending and receiving emails. Nothing sits and waits, when u send, off it goes. Love that.

Nachteile:

The fear I will forget to renew when my time is up and I lose my email address. Unlikely I'm sure but still a worry.

New Company Starting with great product

Vorteile:

All the features are nice. Something new but easy to understand and work.

Nachteile:

How the newest email shows up. Just something I have to get use to.

The search feature could be improved upon, as I’ve noticed certain emails I would search for would not pop up at all through the search but I could still find by scrolling

There is hardly much to hate about it, to be honest. Great decision taken by our organisation to have used this email provider.

Cannot go to previous and back in email messages when need to

Titan Email

Kommentare: I love it. I enjoy seeing my 'notifications' sliding in on my Mac Screen letting me know what to look forward to in my Titan Email. It is not flashy and confusing but clean and neat while using.

Vorteile:

Titan Email is quick and easy to use. There are no complications and if you have any questions, Customer Service replies in a timely manner.

Nachteile:

Nothing. There is nothing that I least like about Titan Email. Even the name makes you feel good using it. It is a strong name.

The Titan of emails

Kommentare: I am able to consolidate all of my business emails down to one client and enjoy the ease of use. The search features are second to none.

Vorteile:

The emails are always quick to arrive to the inbox with little time between when they were sent from other clients. I thoroughly enjoy the email tracking so that I know when my emails are being seen. It is one of my favorite features overall.

Nachteile:

I haven't had any problems whatsoever. It really is a great product.

An Excellent Email Management Suite for Business Owners

Vorteile:

Titan Email is an excellent business email service provider that allows you to easily create an email, track emails, send follow-up reminders, forward emails, create signatures, import contacts, and much more.

Nachteile:

I had only a small problem using Titan Email. I couldn't directly set up a logo on my business email from the Titan Email dashboard.

Awful Software - Awful Service - DO NOT USE

Kommentare: Awful software, awful service.
They don't provide any telephone service and everything is laboured due to you having to raise tickets.
Please, please do not use this company!

Cannot think of a single feature that is good about Titan Email

Nachteile:

Where do I start. For a company that only provides an email interface, the features are non-existent. You cannot sort the emails. You cannot mass delete emails. When it comes to email storage quotas, they suddenly switch your plan and you find that a) you cannot receive/send emails b) they hold you to ransom by forcing you to upgrade your 1Gb free quota. It's seems to me a deliberate policy of getting more money from you
