Kommentare: Zur Zeit nicht zu gebrauchen da es nach dem Stat hängt. Meine Aufgabe ist es nicht, ständig nach Lösungen zu suchen.

Vorteile:

Am besten gefällt mir, das das Programm nicht mehr startet und ich Geld für eine Lizenz bezahlen durfte

Nachteile:

Sorgt einfach dafür, das das Programm startet, damit ich damit arbeiten kann !!

Starke Alternative

Vorteile:

Einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen, sieht man sofort die Qualität der Software als definitive Alternative zum Quasi-Standard.

Nachteile:

Das ist eine sehr subjektive Einschätzung, aber es ist am Anfang ungewohnt, eine neue Software in den Prozess einzubinden, wenn man bisher das gesamte Paket der Creative Cloud nutzt.

All the features of the other PDF editors at a much better price.

Kommentare: Great, it speeds up production and improves our productivity.

Vorteile:

Overall a great product. Easy to use and great support.

Nachteile:

The text editor. It needs to be more flexible and the text box needs to be smaller. Preferably expand as the user types instead of starting out across the whole page.

Kommentare: Very satisfied with the product and glad that my employer is now also a user of the product via a corporate license.

Vorteile:

Especially now that I try to keep everything electronically instead of on paper, it makes the scanning and conversion process very easy.

Nachteile:

On occasion, the Reduce function makes the image extremely blurry and illegible. But this is generally rare.

Lousy software that our company switched to for cost savings

Kommentare: See above. It crashes a lot which wastes my time.

Vorteile:

I don't like Kofax. It's fine as a reader, but for anything else I definitely prefer other applications.

Nachteile:

I don't like Kofax at all. It crashes all the time which wastes so much of my time. When we first got it in 2001 it crashed so much that it was totally unusable and really messed up our work flow. Our IT team spent a lot of time (like weeks) trying to get it to work. One of the people on our team spent her own money to just buy Adobe Acrobat so she wouldn't have the headache of dealing with Kofax. Kofax functions now, but it still crashes a lot during edits. The adding pages feature really sucks and I have to do the steps very specifically or else it crashes, and I save after each step when adding pages and redoing the page numbers to avoid loosing the work I've already done. Weird things also happen if you remove a page and try to renumber. The page numbering function needs a lot of improvement.

Kofax cheaper alternative to Adobe Acrobat

Kommentare: The experience is good, but I miss Adobe Acrobat Pro

Vorteile:

No annual subscriptions! No annual subscriptions! No annual subscriptions! I started with this software (version 3) because it came free with my Epson scanner Then I upgraded to the version 5. It does the job.

Nachteile:

It is not the same as Adobe Acrobat. Adobe Acrobat is easier in several vital functions (like merging documents). Also, Kofax is slow to load when viewing only a document.

Every Day User

Kommentare: Printing out drawings from Autodesk Inventor, creating PDF files from word documents, merging files

Vorteile:

Creating one file from both together: PDF files and JPG files

Nachteile:

Finding recently opened files, e.g. from my downloads. Kofax does not have them in its list.

An Essential Tool for anyone in business

Kommentare: I have used Power PDF for more than 10 years and have found it to be a completely essential part of my daily work. I have it on my computer at work and also at home and I could not live without it.

Vorteile:

The versatility of this product exceeds anything else available today.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to add pictures or other objects more easily. However, this IS possible and hasn't kept me from using Power PDF in this way.

Excellent Non-Cloud Product!

Kommentare: A fantastic alternative to Adobe. Even better if you don't want to move to the cloud.

Vorteile:

I like that it is NOT cloud based. I prefer to use it on my own computer and network.

Nachteile:

There are some tune-ups that are needed like the highlighting feature. But, overall, excellent!

Kofax Power PDF, a prefered PDF Editor

Vorteile:

I have found that Kofax Power PDF is extremely easy to use and less intrusive than other PDF editing programs.

Nachteile:

I have not yet found anything I do not like.

Better than Adobe

Kommentare: I'm a long-time user who depends on PDF for all my document management and form signing

All the features of Acrobat without the high price

Nachteile:

Some issues with licensing were frustrating but easily solved

A very useful tool and does not require subscription to each feature individually

Kommentare: I am very happy with Power PDF, it has met all my needs without getting a message that to do anything it will cost additional money as the default PDF reader does.

Vorteile:

Power PDF is easy to use, fill out documents, combine documents and everything else.

Nachteile:

It could use some more drawing tools and the ability to highlight multiple items without selecting to highlight every time.

Kodfax Power PDF makes my job easier

Vorteile:

I use this software to redact documents that are being filed with courts. It is super simple and quick to use

Nachteile:

Noting.it is a great tool for the work I do.

Great Product, Very Useful!

Kommentare: I do a lot of billings every month and most of my documents are PDF, without Kofax Power PDF, it would take me 5 times longer to generate the billings and all the lien releases that are associated with them.

Vorteile:

I have been using a PDF Converter for 20+ years and have introduced many people to the programs. Power PDF saves so much time with being able to type or edit in a PDF, I use it several times a day. The money saved by being able to work in a PDF rather than hand writing everything is amazing.

Nachteile:

I don't have any cons except I would set up the toolbars differently and make that part more user friendly.

Kommentare: It has been excellent experience while using Kofax Power PDF.

Vorteile:

Kofax Power PDF is all in one solution for PDF viewing, editing and exporting PDF files. It is very easy to use.

Nachteile:

The process of merging PDF files can be ade more simpler so that even a layman can use it otherwise its great.

Why Kofax is a valuable PDF choice

Kommentare: It is a valuable software in my arsenal that is mostly easy to use and effective.

Vorteile:

The conversion is very integrated and seemingly automatic

Nachteile:

Text Editing can be somewhat difficult, identifying which menu that appears to be change at times

Kommentare: My experience has been phenomenal. I very much like what i have.

Vorteile:

The same features I found in Adobe is the same here. I very much like to pricing of this product over the competitor.

Nachteile:

I don't use the workflow management feature but willing to pay the price for this product as it is.

I've been using Power PDF for years

Vorteile:

Power PDF allows me to create and edit pdf documents at a cost much lower than Adobe's pdf product.

Nachteile:

Resulting pdf document file sizes seem to be larger than other pdf create applications.

A very good and powerful PDF toolbox and manager

Kommentare: Very good, this is the reason why I have been buying or upgrading since version 7 of PDF Converter Pro.

Vorteile:

Freedom to edit PDF in a way that I cannot do without much more expensive software.

Nachteile:

A bit slow to open, sometimes it does not share information well with other Windows software

Kommentare: This software have become my tool for reading purposes as it is so comfortable using all the features. It can solve almost all file conversion issues. My experience with this application is really good.

Vorteile:

I love all the features. I have seen some software which can do all the other functions but i have not seen any software which provide so much comfort for reading pdf files. I love the day and night mode while reading and all the other features like commenting, marking, signing etc. It is an ultimate application of all the pdf software i have come across.

Nachteile:

I love most part of this software and i have almost nothing to say of the things I don't like. I wish that there was option available even in mobile version to easily get all the features by changing to premium mode. Which I was searching all over.
