Payments take a long time to get into our account (7-8 days) vs the competition (1-2 days). We stopped processing payments with Amilia. Also if you have to stop payments or make changes it is very difficult to do. It's not just cancel and done. Lastly my customers found the installments confusing. It shows the yearly payment. in my industry some people do charge monthly what we charge in a year. I would work better to have installments listed as monthly instead of annually. Also don't like you have to sign up for a yearly contract. We are just stuck with the service if we are not happy. Lastly credit card fees should be deducted when the transaction happens instead of being invoiced at the end of the month. > > Overall there are some things that I really like but not sure if the things we really dislike are a dealbreaker. We have 6 months left on our contract and feel a little stuck.
