Need more automation and a better phone app
Kommentare: Good, easy to use, need more features, more detail reports, forcast.
Vorteile:
Easy to use, friendly. easy to integrate with other apps, in general is this.
Nachteile:
We don't like the app to ios, we need a catalog of products or services, we most have this feature, and more automation.

Vorteile:
The app is very friendly and easy to use, the stats are very useful, is good idea to integrated with Facebook messenger and Sirena could work as omnichannel very soon.
Nachteile:
The app is a great idea, but still, with some technical problems such as the integration with messenger that is not working on the mobile, the customer support is so slow to answer and many times they don´t have the knowledge or decision power in order to solve the issues, to be honest, is the worst part in Sirena

This is the most painful review to receive, not only is it a low rating but there is no opportunity for improvement. Has it been the worst? Why has it been? This review was sent last year. Have you managed to use it again? Now the platform is much more robust, allowing more messages, functions and channels such as Instagram. Looking forward to having you with us again.

Easy to use Intuitive Feels like using whatsapp web
Nachteile:
Poor reports. I manage a team of 30 analysts, who talk to clients on Sirena all day long. I cant control which analyts has the longe reply time, how many clients are online waiting for a reply and for how long... etc

Kommentare: I like it because its easy and quick to learn how to use it.
Vorteile:
I like the easy way to manage the app and to work in it.
Nachteile:
That we have to open every 24 hours a conversation in whatsapp instead of having it open until we close the lead.
Intuitive and value-oriented
Kommentare: I recommend Sirena as the best solution, at least in LatinAmerica, for managing whatsapp for sales teams.
Vorteile:
Sirena has a simple and whatsapp-like design, that makes it very intuitive to be used. Really simple. In terms of functionality it counts with almost all you need, without complexity.
Nachteile:
The platform is not so stable. Frequently appears delays in messaging sent/received, and sometimes the platform has some functions not working well. The customer support in many times do not have a solution or an estimation of when the problems would be solved.

Vorteile:
Sirena helps with teams to comunicate with an unique and automatized channel, such as WhatsApp. The integration with severals tools allow to external software, but, the most like about the software is the possibility to use one WhatsApp number for all my team!
Nachteile:
A bot developer option, massive sending message to your opt-in contactas

We work faster, easier and more organized, it makes the reports more efficient and easy for users to understand.
Is a great tool for the marketing team
Vorteile:
The part that is most functional to marketing area is the reports of results, clients and media. I like that its very easy to use, no need an exhaustive training to the users. The sales persons can use it like a helpfull tool and we can handle what they load into the database
Nachteile:
Sometimes the sales or comertial managers demand some fields or filters that its a little complicated to ask Sirena to develop it

Great CRM & Chat Software
Kommentare: It is a tool that is constantly evolving and that allows us to use its new features in order to provide the best experience to our contacts and prospects. As I mentioned previously, for us the main problem that we were able to solve was the formalization of our communication process through WhatsApp with our contacts and prospects.
Vorteile:
It is a great tool to manage all your WhatsApp contacts and prospects. It allows you to record digital sales and thus measure the effectiveness of your marketing effort. Highly recommended if you are looking to formalize communication through WhatsApp!
Nachteile:
It would be great to have a flow module, where we can see how some automatic responses can appear depending on the questions.

Kommentare: in general I have had a very good experience since it is a fast and very didactic application that allows to maintain control with the client portfolio.

Client administration
Vorteile:
I liked the most that it was easy to select customers and templates. Stats are very useful!
Nachteile:
Everytime you have to initiate a conversation you must send a custom message which is not always useful to the purpose you have for reaching out to the clients, but we understand this is a convention established by Whatsapp and not Sirena.

Customer Support is to slow, very slow! Inacessible every time.
Kommentare: Great for little companies, with few customers and few employees.
Vorteile:
Interface, facility to use, interactive, very sample.
Nachteile:
The support, the UpTime, the software is very instable in Brazil.
Tremendous change, some features should be implemented
Kommentare: I am using it for the first month yet but things are working pretty well and I am really enjoying the better results.
Vorteile:
I really can expand the capability of the team where we can be helping clients at the same time. Before Sirena I was depending on Whatsapp Business and a phone son our attention to customers was pretty bad.
Nachteile:
Since you are having conversations with customers, sometimes de responses that customer do over a previous text are quite important. But Sirena does not support that, so you dont know what is the customers message reffering to, so you need to lose time asking what message is he reffering to. Pretty bad in that sense.
My Sirena overview
Kommentare: It is a great tool but still checking if it is functional for our segment. Because they are not salespeople who use it, but analysts of the accounts in our portfolio who use it to improve communication with our customers.
Vorteile:
The visual ease of monitoring the activity flow of the whole team. Conversation progress and response time.
Nachteile:
There are some things that can be improved, for example, being able to edit and delete data, without having to delete the created profile, because once a profile is created you cannot edit (delete data to insert another current one).
