We like the most:Options to pay contractors: They are flexibleCompliance: Has standard, country specific agreements and also does the KYC and tax forms.Wide services: Depending in where you locate, types of contractors or employees, Deel has a wide range of services and products and as a CEO, I can decide the cost/benefit and choose one. We are not forced to fit a solution but can choose.Client Service and Support: Our client manager is great and we discuss the risks and options and methodologies to choose the right solutions.

Nachteile:

None that comes to my mind... but I would say their EOR solution is a bit costly.

Managing My International Team with Deel

Kommentare: My experience with Deel was largely positive, providing an efficient solution for managing international payments. The platform excelled in handling various tasks, although improvements in the report section would enhance the user experience.

Vorteile:

Deel offers an intuitive interface with features tailored to international payments, such as handling multiple currencies and automating compliance. The real-time tracking and invoice management greatly simplified transactions.

Nachteile:

The report section in Deel lacked customization and was cumbersome to use, making extracting specific data time-consuming. Improving this feature would be beneficial.

Very bad support - extremely inefficient

The concept sounds good - the problem is big and is worth solving - could have an amazing impact

Nachteile:

Deel sounds really good on paper, the problem they are addressing is important and their impact could be huge on both their clients and their employees. On actuality, Deel failed to meet the minimum expectations every time they were needed.The processing of the visa was delayed multiple times, and the process is full of inefficiencies. The employee is asked to use the portal to upload their documents, the portal looks good and is comprehensive but is never used by the Deel team and the employee is asked for the same information and documents every time.First payroll was delayed, the rest so far has been arriving on time.The health insurance coverage had interruptions and the support to recover insurance was delayed and underwhelming.Every government application where you'll need them will take 10 times the normal time and cost 10 times the normal cost.The support is really lacking, you will need to reach out over chat to a team that has no knowledge nor ability and is always blocked by other teams that you cannot reach to.

Great payroll services

Kommentare: With Deel I am able to manage my offshore hires and their payroll with ease. I don't have to know local law - Deel takes care of it for me.

Vorteile:

It's an easy onboarding for both employer and employee.

Nachteile:

The time reporting is a bit confusing (for employer). It's difficult to find historic time reports and know exactly which reports belong to which invoices. It takes unnecessary time for me to put the pieces together.

A very easy to use payment software

Kommentare: Overall, my experience has been great. My boss asked me to look for ways I could receive payments along with my other team members, I found Deel, and until now, payments are on time, costs are less and we don't have to wait too much time to receive the money on our bank account.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that I can have a contract and automatically receive my payments on time.

Nachteile:

I would like to be elegible for a Deel card. Also, the bank where my debit card is associated no longer accept Deel's transactions, but I still can get the money through Swift, which is expensive.

Amazing platform

It is clear and user friendly, it has all the info that you need and it is super fast and on time always! International tansfers can be hard to manage but Deel makes it amazingly easy!

Nachteile:

Does not have an app, and really average it is all good.

All you need in one place

Kommentare: I'm a one person HR, Finance dept, so far.Deel helps me with processes that would take so long every month or, with new on/off boarding.

Vorteile:

Super easy to use, set and manage on your HR, Payroll and compliance tasks.

Nachteile:

A bit expensive for every payment you make, there is a fee.

Great Payroll Tool!

Kommentare: Being able to pay worldwide in the same platform without having to hire an agency to do so.

It's very user friendly. Edit monthly payments by adding expenses or bonuses.

Have to enter to each profile to edit a payment to be due.

I need to take my money in less than 30 days. I dont understand this rule.Oh and I will love to have an app for my phone.

Best solution when you need to hire someone globally

Vorteile:

1. An industry leader that entered the market early in terms of international salary and compliance.2. The solutions are relatively comprehensive, with both contractor and EOR options available. There are physical entities in Russia and Belarus, and our services are not outsourced through third parties.3.The platform itself is free, and services are charged. The overall price is low, with no startup fees. Compared to several other suppliers, Deel' prices have an advantage.4. The settlement exchange rate is close to our daily algorithm and is reasonable.5. Invoicing is done on the 25th of each month for settlement, and salaries are paid to employees on the last day of each month, which is more convenient for our internal salary settlement and adjustment.6. It is worth mentioning that [sensitive content hidden], the Sales Consultant we are working with, is one of the main reasons we chose DEEL. He is fluent in both Chinese and English, has a very positive and proactive attitude, responds quickly, provides professional services, and has a professional understanding of payment risks in Belarus and Russia. He will be in charge of our entire project and will also provide us with a customer service team in the future.

Nachteile:

During our usage, there have been settlement issues due to exchange rate fluctuations, but [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful and we were able to reach a reasonable solution in the end. We haven't thought of any particular issues at the moment.

Never have to worry about our international workforce

Kommentare: Their CS team is the best. Periodically, they make sure to check in with us to see if there are any ways they can improve or assist. They will also make sure that we're aware of new useful feature or tool. Whenever we have a question, they make sure to respond asap and help us out.

Vorteile:

What I like most about Deel is that they make sure you are compliant in every location you'd like to employ in. Whether there are policy changes in existing contracts, or you'd like to hire in a new country, I can count on their expertise and advise to make solid decisions about expanding our workforce.

Nachteile:

I wish we could integrate Deel with our US HR system, to pull in the information straight to Gusto for example.

Kommentare: All in all, I am quite satisfied with the Deel as a product. It works very well and is easy to use.

Vorteile:

Deel is simple to use. Its features are easily accesible, and they work flawlessly. The payment is always received on time and is the correct amount.

Nachteile:

Most of the deel features are excellent; however, in my opinion, the only downside is the recently introduced authorization because it takes too much time and is a bit complicated.

Ability to Manage Offshore Contractors with Ease

Vorteile:

Deel is crucial to the management of our offshore team. It's refreshing to know that we have compliance documents auto-populated for each country and that takes the worry off our plate. It's easy to pay our team, record time off, adjust contracts, add additional contractors, etc. Overall very happy with this platform and highly recommend!

Nachteile:

When updating a contractors pay you have to terminate the contract and start a new one - I would love to see improvement here. It would be extremely beneficial to update a contract without the hassle of ending the contract, paying the contractor off cycle then starting a new one.

Takes the burden off employers to hire globally!

Kommentare: I have had a great experience with Deel and it has allowed me to expand our talent across the world without putting a burden on me and my team. I can easily get any information I need from them and [sensitive content hidden] who I work with are wonderful!!

Vorteile:

I love the ease of use with Deel and the resources that have to make sure we understand what our employer costs are, and what the requirements are in each country. The support/client success team we have as well are the most responsive I have ever seen, and are so friendly, intelligent, and helpful.

Nachteile:

It is quite costly when we wish we could hire more people globally but have to keep out budget into account.

Simple and easy way to get paid

Kommentare: Deel has nothing been but a blessing for me, as an individual working remotely and expecting to be paid on time. I never had a problem with the platform, ease of use, convenient access and user friendly through and through. The support team is always a click away if I have any questions or concerns and the perks they offer is just a cherry on the top. Would highly recommend businesses to seek deel services.

Helps manage and contracting remote human resources. Makes payment process user friendly, straight forward and direct above all. Multiple payout options give user the liberty of choosing their preferred method. Perks of using Deel in form of advance payment on top of means to get paid.

Nachteile:

Integrating crypto wallets and other payment gateways could be a welcome change.

Helpful for remote contract management

Vorteile:

We hire contractors across multiple states and countries. Deel has made it easier to onboard and pay them, as well as manage their contracts. It's nice to have everyone in one place.

Nachteile:

The user interface can be a bit clunky at some times. Deel is constantly making updates to their platform and revising their workflows. Every update has improved the user experience so far.

Nachteile:

There's a ghost $5 fee charged to me every time I process my payment. This is separate from the $5 you charge. In total, I'm always paying $10 to tranfer my money out of the deel account.

Best way to get paid and spend worldwide as an international contractor

Vorteile:

Super easy onboarding and a debit card that I can use worldwide

Nachteile:

1. No app which makes it a pain especially since I generally use my phone instead of my laptop2. Cannot add cards to Apple/Google Wallet3. Cannot withdraw from ATM

Great HR software

Kommentare: It’s great. I use it every day to manage our team, payroll and other aspects.

Vorteile:

Friendly platform, easy to navigate. Easy to submit expenses and deductions. Easy to find information.

Nachteile:

There is not a page for employee interaction. There is not a calendar that shows who’s on PTO or not.

A Game-Changer for Global Contractors

The automated invoicing and payment options have saved me time, although I haven't tried the Deel Card yet. The user-friendly interface keeps everything organized. In summary, Deel has definitely made my contractor life smoother and more efficient.

Vorteile:

Deel has made my life as a contractor way less complicated. It's more than just a payment platform – it's like having a friend who takes care of the boring stuff so I can focus on what I do best.

Nachteile:

I haven't given the Deel Card a shot myself, but just looking at those transaction fees, it seems like they could pile up before you know it. Another thing I would like to use is to be able to send a transfer to NUBANK in Mexico, seems that this is not an official bank on your platform.

Essential for remote hiring

Vorteile:

The fact we can create local contracts almost anywhere. Deel will do 90% of the heavy lifting.

Nachteile:

Customer support is sometimes not as a reactive or savvy as we would like.

How useful was Deel for me

Vorteile:

The platform is useful for freelancers like me especially in receiving your salary from your client/employer. They have a number of withdrawal options for you to choose.

Nachteile:

When I first used it, I had trouble adding my work hours. As time goes by, I was able to adapt to it and it's now easier for me to use. Hoping they can still improve it's UI so that it will be more user-friendly for new users.

I'm absolutely loving Deel for receiving payments! This platform has made getting paid a breeze. The interface is so simple to use, and I've never had an easier time managing payments in different currencies.

Most versatil, usefull and friendly online payroll platform

Kommentare: I have been using Deel around two years and I never have lost my money in the withdrawal process, it has always been on time in my bank accounts, and it has been very easy to renew or sign a new contract. It has simplified my nomad style of life.

Vorteile:

All the different payment withdraws that are allowed, the possibility to do a local transfer without a need of the SWIFT code for cheaper withdrawal costs, the possibility to withdrawal in many countries and the facility to select many withdrawal methods like crypto currency platforms, PayPal among others.

Nachteile:

By the main use that I give it as an employee I think it matches all the requirements that I need, I haven't had any compliant against Deel.
