Sometimes the theme or words become repetitive, and even the fact that you stop accessing the application makes you go back to the beginning, this demotivates you a bit.

Duolingo is great for learning a new language

Kommentare: Insgesamt ist Duolingo eine fantastische App, die das Sprachenlernen auf unterhaltsame und effektive Weise zugänglich macht. Absolut empfehlenswert für jeden, der eine neue Sprache lernen oder vorhandene Kenntnisse auffrischen möchte!
Vorteile:
Ich benutze Duolingo nun seit mehreren Monaten und bin absolut begeistert von dieser App! Die Benutzeroberfläche ist intuitiv und ansprechend gestaltet, sodass das Lernen Spaß macht und nie langweilig wird. Die Vielfalt an Sprachen, die angeboten wird, ist beeindruckend. ( zur Zeit lerne ich koreanisch, chinesisch und dann/danach möchte ich noch japanisch anfangen) Besonders gefällt mir, dass die Lektionen kurz und interaktiv sind. Dadurch kann ich jederzeit und überall eine schnelle Lerneinheit einschieben, ohne mich überfordert zu fühlen. Die spielerischen Elemente wie Punkte, Levels und Belohnungen motivieren zusätzlich und sorgen dafür, dass ich am Ball bleibe. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass die Basisversion kostenlos ist und trotzdem eine Fülle von Funktionen bietet.
Nachteile:
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist allerdings, dass die Grammatik-Erklärungen in den Lektionen manchmal etwas knapp ausfallen. Hier wäre es hilfreich, wenn es mehr detaillierte Erklärungen und Beispiele gäbe, um das Verständnis zu vertiefen.
Spielerisches Lernen für Anfänger mit großer Sprachauswahl
Vorteile:
Duolingo hat eine große Sprachauswahl und kurze, leicht integrierbare Lektionen. Es bietet kostenlosen Zugang, personalisierte Lernpfade und motivierende Gemeinschaftsfunktionen. Es ist ideal für Anfänger und Gelegenheitslerner, mit Einschränkungen für fortgeschrittenes Lernen.
Nachteile:
Für fortgeschrittenes Lernen ist die Software leider begrenzt und es liegt ein starker Fokus auf Wiederholungen statt Grammatik. Zudem werden teils unnatürliche Satzbeispiele genutzt und manche könnte die Werbung in der kostenlosen Version stören.
Sehr nützliche Plattform zum Sprachenlernen.

Vorteile:
Sehr nützliche Plattform zum Sprachenlernen. Wir können so viele Sprachen lernen, wie wir wollen. Sie ist überall und auf jeder Plattform zugänglich. Ich benutze dieses Duo Lingo seit Jahren und habe so leicht Deutsch gelernt, sowohl was den Wortschatz als auch was die Grammatik angeht.
Nachteile:
1. Ich könnte sagen, dass Tests nach jedem Level besser wären. 2. Gleiches Führungsgremium für alle Sprachen. Wenn ich Deutsch lerne und eine andere Person eine andere Sprache lernt, zeigt die Führungstafel den Fortschritt auf demselben Dashboard an.
Ganz schlechte App in der kostenlosen Version
Vorteile:
gar nichts, App ist sooooooooo langsam, das ist wohl beabsichtigt um Leute ins Abo zu zwingen. In der Abo version läuft die App problemlos, Komisch nicht wahr????
Nachteile:
in der kostenlosen Version ist die App laaaaaangsam, es macht keinen Spass damit zu lernen. Mein Partner hat ein Abo, das funktioniert schnell. Feedbacks werden nicht beantwortet, sie ändern auch nicht, also braucht man auch kein feedback schreiben.
Probleme werden nicht behoben

Abwechslung bei den Übungen, Fehler werden gesondert aufgezeigt
Nachteile:
Es besteht keine Möglichkeit bei auftretenden Problemen mit einem Mitarbeiter Kontakt aufzunehmen.

Leichte Bedienung
Kommentare: Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden, da ich die App nutze, um meine Sprachen aufzufrischen und weitere Vokabeln zu lernen.
Vorteile:
Mir gefällt, wie die App aufgebaut ist und wie verständlich sie ist. Zudem mag ich, dass man seinen Fortschritt verfolgen kann und individuell in die Sprache einsteigen kann, je nachdem wie viele Vorkenntnisse man hat.
Nachteile:
Das man seinen Lernstreak nach einem Tag verliert und nur kostenpflichtig wiederherstellen kann.
Super Lern-App für jedes Alter
Vorteile:
Übersichtlichkeit, Bedienbarkeit (wichtig für kleinere, jüngeren User), Inhalt und Sinn der App sind sehr gut.
Nachteile:
Es gibt bis jetzt nichts, was mir inhaltlich fehlt.

I recommend this to everyone I speak to that wants to learn Spanish. It has really helped me increase my vocabulary.
Nachteile:
"Spanish" is actually Mexican Spanish on the app... rather than Castellano which is Spain's main and official language. The world is biggerthan America but some companies don't allow for that in your software. I know that i can still input Castellano but when learning new words it's not helpful.

Some lessons repeat phrases and expressions used, but maybe it's a good thing as it ensures that the word is learnt, I don't really have a bad words to say about Duolingo as it's a great tool to learn

Kommentare: The recent changes in the program are too focused on forcing sign-ups. Very annoying, to be constantly bombarded with ads. Too much WOKE influence, language learning is simply not the place for this!
Vorteile:
Accessiblity, I can do a quick lessons on my phone. Could be a fine app if appropriate changes were made.
Nachteile:
Too much WOKE, not really appropriate for children, some negative characters, rude comments about others, lack of verb tense background, lack of flexibility in responses. Recent change in heart availability for non-subscribers is set up to try to force payments.

A fun way to learn a language
Kommentare: I have had a positive experience with Duolingo. I have switched from Duolingo to another platform to increase my ability to instinctively connect the foreign language to words/actions without intermediate english translation steps.
Vorteile:
I love how accessible Duolingo is! It is nice that there is a free option to test out before upgrading to a paid track. I love how the program is broken down into bitesized pieces. I learned a good basis of a foreign language I had zero experience with before this program.
Nachteile:
I don't think this way of learning a language is the best option for everyone. This program makes it easier to sound out words and read another language, but doesn't cultivate instinctual understanding of another language. It feels reading and writing heavy and less conversationally based. I think using cartoon characters doesn't connect as well for me.
Best Language-Learning App
Kommentare: I have found it to be the most effective, engaging and interesting of language apps I have explored.
Vorteile:
It is easy to use the app. It is a valuable tool to acquire a second language, or enable me to join in a conversation.
Nachteile:
There are no cons in my opinion. I have tried other apps, and enjoy it the most.

Duolingo is as good as a face-to-face language course.
Kommentare: My experience was very good, despite having a lot of ads in the app, I thought it was worth investing in my education in other languages and that's why I subscribed to the super version of the app. That way I wouldn't have to watch ads and I would have several other features of the super version.
Vorteile:
I really liked it because using the app I feel like I'm taking a face-to-face language course. All this while paying a much more affordable price than a face-to-face course and without having to leave home.
Nachteile:
In my opinion, the app could have more languages available to learn even if you only know Portuguese. Since this is not yet possible, Brazilians need to learn English first and then learn most of the other languages in the app.
Duolingo is Like a Fun Game

Awesome software to learn and practice foreign languages. I have used this tool for practicing English and now I am using it for practicing Spanish. It is well worked on the phone so I can practice anything I want whenever and wherever I have a phone with me! Duolingo makes me feel like learning a language is a game, which keeps me interested in it.
Nachteile:
I have had a really great time with Duolingo, no complaints! If you are satisfied with a free account, but feel you want to enjoy more features, I recommend you to try to use the Super Duolingo - which costs $7.99 per a month, $47.99 per a year! Totally worth it.
Forced to Learn!

I like (but also hate at the same time) the fact that they have a learning streak... I'm currently on 1488 days.
Nachteile:
I hate that I'm forced to study at least every two days (with a learning streak freeze used). I don't know what I'd do I it went down to 0 days! I know it's good for me to study everyday but I mean come on, like I said, yu can't have two days off.
Duolingo review

Duolingo is one of the best apps for language learning. Duolingo is supporting many languages, process of learning is entertaining and motivating.
Nachteile:
Overall I don't have negative experience with Duolingo.
Best Language Learning App
Kommentare: I can't forget this one time when I couldn't believe I understood full sentences in Spanish, and Duolingo stated that I was only 23% fluent in Spanish. I thought it wasn't much until I shocked myself by fully understanding what those full sentences were saying. Duolingo seems so easy in terms of making it a kind of game in learning and the next thing you know, you can easily understand the language. I appreciate the reminders as well, they can be persistent but do mean nothing but well.
Vorteile:
I've been using Duoling for 9 years now and appreciate how I can easily retain the lessons about foreign languages I thought would be hard to learn. I love the fact that I can not only track my progress but the app itself is encouraging, it shows you how far you've come and how much you've learned. You won’t even feel that you've been learning for quite some time now because the tests and assessments appear to be easy but then the next thing you know, you'll be able to read and comprehend sentences in a foreign language you are learning.
Nachteile:
As a user of Duolingo for 9 years, I can't say anything against it because it helps me learn a new language. I can easily change the language I want to learn whenever I want to.
Why you should use duolingo

Vorteile:
I like the most its useful feature that suit perfectly with the level of each individual, providing the best content and a scalable improvement.
Nachteile:
Sometimes I do not feel comfortable with too much reminder when I stay a without using the app for a while.

Kommentare: I've had enough of it, I'm off to find an app that can do translation and learning of Frrnchbto English properly.
Vorteile:
Very little, too annoying with all its mistakes to put up with any longer. And saw no benefits to the app in giving feedback, as it was never improved.
Nachteile:
Couldn't get French French to English English translation, just sloppy american English, which is so very annoying.
Learning can be fun
Kommentare: Very pleasant, the first platform that allowed me to get back to learning languages, I can't thank them enough!
Vorteile:
I always found learning languages to be quite the chore, exams, tests and whatnot, for someone with an actual phobia of exams (long story, horrible experience in school), this is the only platform that allowed me to learn a language and not feel like I'm learning anything, the gamification is on a whole new level, Thank you Duolingo team for allowing me to learn and actually enjoy learning!
Nachteile:
Most users abuse the leaderboard, this is not much of a problem, all one has to do is turn their account private and learn in peace.
Just get it!
Kommentare: I've been working on learning Japanese which has pretty much 3 alphabets and duolingo has made this fun and in a way I retain the information
